Items :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 3 spoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander leafs

Method :-
  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, and then add onions to fry. Then add turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. And then add chicken pieces, salt and mix it well. When the chicken is boiled. (Cooked it for water is vaporised)  
  3. Next add tomato pieces to fry for 5 minutes. And then add red chilli powder and mix it for and boil it for 5 minutes.                                                        
                                                                                   
  4. When the chicken is cooked add ginger garlic paste and mix it well for good smell.
  5. Next add coconut milk, one and half glass of water and mix it well and cook it for 10 minutes. In medium flame to cook.                           
  6. After 10 minutes add garam masala powder and mix it. And now put it for 5 minutes, then add coriander leaves and mix it, when the curry is ready. And then turn to a serving bowl and serve it..... 
Serve this with biryani, rice, roti..... And now the chicken curry is ready to eat...... Try this with chicken biryani and feel the fragrances..... & Taste it....

Wow the taste is really imaging we loved it.. Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Rice 3 cups (750 grams)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp(Tika lal chilli powder)
  • Green chillies 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut milk 500 ml (1 cup rice u take 1/2 cup coconut milk u take 1/2 glass water)
  • Cardamom 6
  • Cloves 6
  • Cinnamon sticks 8 
  • Bay leaf 5
  • Shahjerra 1 tbsp 
  • Oil 15 tbsp
  • Mint and coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil to heat, then add whole cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, shajerra, bay leafs fry it for 2 minutes. 
  2. Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies  and fry it for lite brown color for 2 minutes.

  3. Next add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder fry for it 5 minutes. When the tomatoes are boiled, then oil will came out side. 
  4. When oil is came out side then add chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, Salt and then mix it well, and then put the lid to boiled the chicken.

  5. When chicken is boiled, now add fresh coriander leaves, Mint leaves and then mix it well and then cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame.

  6. And then take a vessel add water to boiled. And then start next process.
  7. When the chicken is cooked and then add boiled water 3 cups, next add coconut milk 3 cups and then mix it well. Once's check the salt and then start the process.
  8. And now add soaked rice and mix it well for, and then  put the lid to boiled the rice well. Cook it in medium flame for 15 minutes.

  9. After 15 minutes just check it the biryani and then mix it well care fully. And again put the lid and bowl it for 10 minutes in low flame...

Sweet corn Paneer Masala Spicy Curry How to Prepare

Ingredients :-
  • Panner 200 grams
  • Sweet corn 150 Grams
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Coconut grated 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds 6 spoons
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil / Olive oil / 8 spoons (If u use butter add 4 to 5 spoons)
  •  Curry, Coriander leafs
sweet corn paneer masala spicy curry how to cook
Preparation :-

  1. Take a jar add coconut, sesame seeds, cashew nuts and grind it fine paste.(use water to paste the mixture.)  Next turn to a bowl and then add onions to jar grind it paste, move it to a bowl. And then add tomatoes also to grind fine paste. 
  2. Take pan add oil fry panner cubes for lite golden colour. Next take bowl add water boil sweet corn. (Add some salt for sweet corn to boil)
  3. And now take a pan add butter to heat, then add green chilli pieces, curry leafs fry. Then add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and fry it for little golden colour. Now add tomato paste and mix it well.(When the butter is came out side the start next process)
  4. Next add salt, turmeric powder,mix it. Then add coconut, cashew paste and fry it for good smell. 
  5. When the butter is came out side then add boiled sweet corn, fried panner, garam malasa powder and mix for 1 min.
  6. Then add water to cook curry for 10 to 15 mins. When the curry is boiled add some fresh cream and coriander leafs and then move to bowl and serve it hot........
Its combination is chapati, rotti, naan, puri,... If u can take with fried rices also it's very tasty... Try this in dinner time with candle light dinner... Its so nice looking like a Restaurant type try it once and enjoy the curry with u r family members.....

  • Potatoes 2
  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • Maida 2 spoons
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt little bit
  • elachi powder 1/2 spoon
Method :-
  1. Wash  potatoes, then cut it in to  small slices (or) pieces. (If u can use for cut chips peeler use to cut the potatoes.)   
  2. Next spread maida in this pieces and mix it well. Then add salt also(It came's different taste).
  3. Next take bowl add sugar, 1/4 cup water and boil it for sugar syrup.(It contains thick syrup.)
  4. Next take kadi add oil to heat. When oil is heat drop the potato chips and fry it for golden colour. Then move it the sugar syrup put it for 2 mins then turn to a bowl and serve it.... 
It will be store 10 to 15 days...... Its different snack item......

Dal Dhokli Recipe With Chapati Pieces

  • Wheat flour (Atta) 1 cup

  • Jerra 1 spoon

Dal Dhokli Recipe With Chapati Pieces
Preparation :-
  1. First take a cooker add tur dal wash it. Then add some water, onion pieces, tomato pieces, green chillies and lid cook it for 3 to 4 vissels.
  2. Then take a bowl add wheat flour add salt, oil and mix it with water like dough. And put it a side.
  3. Take a kadi add 3 spoons of oil, when oil is heat add urad dal, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilli pieces, curry leafs fry for it. 
  4. Next add tamarind puri and add 1-1/2 glass water and mix it well.
  5. Then open the cooker paste the papau add it into this mixer and mix it for.... Next add turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix it.
  6. Next take the dough shape it like a chapati and cut it in diamond shape and then drop in to pappu mixer. Put it medium flame and cook it. (Don't mix for 5 mins.) After 5 mins then mix it for. 
  7. Cook it for 5 mins. Then add some coriander leafs and serve it hot......
Its very tasty and delicious recipe. In this cool climate serve it hot kali medal..... If u take with roti, chapati else...                                                                                                            

Rava Poornalu Andhra Traditional Recipe

Items :-
  • Bombay rava (Semolina) 1 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom (Elachi) powder 1 spoon
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 spoon
  • Dry fruits
  • Ghee 6 spoons

Method :-
  1. First take a pan fry rava for good smell. Then move it to a plate.
  2. Then add ghee fry dry fruitsfor golden brown colour. 
  3. Then take a pan add 2 cups of water boil it. And then add fried rava in boiling water and mix it well.
  4. Then add elachi powder, ghee, dry fruits and it well. (It came's like a upma contains.)
  5. Next put it for cool, then we do next process.... 
  6. Take a bowl then add maida, salt and mix it for. Then add water like tight bujji mixer. 
  7. Then heat oil for deep fry. When oil is take rava small ball and dip in to maida paste and drop it in oil for deep fry. 
  8. When golden colour came's move it paper towel and serve it.....
Its (ur) Andhra traditional  sweet. We will prepare for festivals & poojja's. Its very tasty and yummy snack try it once our recipe.....

Sugar Cane Semiya Sweet Halwa Vermicelli halwa

Ingredients :-
  • Sugar cane juice 2 cups 
  • Semiya 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee 8 spoons
  • Dry fruits 
  • Sugar 4 spoons
  • Cardamom powder (elaichi)1/2 spoon
Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add 4 spoons ghee fry dry fruits all, golden colour came move it a bowl. 
  2. In same pan fry vermicelli also. Golden colour came's add sugar and mix it well
  3. Then add milk boil it, when semiya is half boiled add sugar cane and again boil it for.
  4. Then the halwa is ready then add elaichi powder and mix it for. If u want food colour add little bit yellow colour mix it well. And then add ghee also boil it for 5 mins. Then turn to a bowl and serve it.......

Egg Omelet Fish Curry With Andhra Style how to cook
Preparation :-


  1. First take a jar add onions, red chillies, Cashew nuts grind it fine paste.
  2. Next take a bowl beat eggs mix for 5 mins. Then add salt, garam masala powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it for 3 mins. Fine mix all ingredients, then take plate (or) flat bowl apply oil then add egg mixture. 
  3. Next take pan a add water boil it, when the water is boiled (first carefully drop plate), then put the bowl put lid. Next pan lid also put to close.
  4. Put it in medium flame for boiled. Then the egg mixture is boiled move it a side put it for rest.
  5. Than take a pan add oil, when oil is heat then add mustard seeds, jerra seeds fry. Then add ginger garlic paste,green chillies, curry leafs, turmeric powder, grind onion paste mix it well. 
  6. Onion is fried then add red chilli powder, salt to taste (only for curry). Next add tamarind pure add mix it well for 5 mins. When the oil will came out side than add coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it.
  7. Then take omelet cut into medium pieces, add in to curry and mix it. Boil it for 5 to 8 mins. 
  8. Then move to a bowl add some coriander leafs and serve it hot..

On Sunday, I cooked this special chicken dish along with phulkas and vegetable salad for a potluck. Everyone enjoyed the rich curry and wanted more helpings. No left overs. :-) This recipe calls for some preparation work and you need to have some time on hand to prepare it. Follow the recipe to the T and you have a truly Awadhi style chicken curry to relish. There are certain recipes which always remain our favorites and we can never be tired of cooking them over and over again. One such favorite recipe that I cook often and is enjoyed by my family is the Murgh Chicken Curry. Its better than any restaurant recipe. This chicken curry recipe is not a fancy one, very simple, straightforward and quick to make. I don’t remember the recipe source, its been there in my recipe files since ages, thought I’d share it. There are endless variations to the chicken curry and today’s chicken curry is prepared with the same basic ingredients as any normal chicken curry, the only other major ingredient is onion paste, cashew nut paste and some masala's. The spice level of the curry is high due to the use of poppy seeds paste and chilli powder. But the blending of cashewnut paste with the spices offsets the spicy flavor of the curry and gives this dish its unmistakable, and rich, subtly sweet, warm and spicy flavor. So try this recipe in sunday and then enjoy the new taste.... It's really good taste and feels like tot restaurant taste try this recipe in candle light dinner it to good to serve this recipe :-)... Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder curd and then mix it well. And then  marinate the chicken in 30 minutes in refrigerator. 
  2. After 30 minutes u can start next process, now take a fry pan add oil, butter and then heat it for. When oil's are heat and then add to fry onions paste, and also add turmeric powder, salt and then fry for it 5 minutes in medium flame.
  3. When the onions are fried, oil is came out and then add poppy seeds paste and cashew nut paste and fry it for good smell. It will be take some more time to fry.
  4. And then add marinate chicken to onions curry and then mix it well for. And then cook it for 5 to 10 minutes, and also put the lid.
  5. After 10 minutes once mix the curry and then add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well again put the lid and cook it for 5 more minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes then chicken is cooked well and then add garam masala powder,coriander powder and mix it well. And then add some fresh coriander leaves and then turn to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.............

Chicken Biryani Recipe How to Prepare

Biryani is one of the most popular dishes in India. Mutton and Chicken Biryani are the most popular Biryanis, but these days Kheema, Fish and Shrimp Biryani are also gaining popularity. However, for me, even today, when someone mentions Biryani, I still expect it to be either Mutton or Chicken Biryani. To make this item, the meat and the rice are cooked in an air tight pot on very low flame, so that the rice is cooked in the flavors of meat and gets the aroma of the meat. The meat gets the direct heat from the flame and the rice is cook with steam generated by the air tight method of cooking, also known as Dum method. Biryani is the only item for which I don’t mind spending 1 ½ – 2 hours in the kitchen preparing it. Taste of it is worth the time spent in the kitchen.  I was thinking of posting the recipe of the Biryani on my blog, but I never thought it would be Shrimp Biryani, at least not before posting the recipes of Mutton and Chicken Biryani. I made Shrimp Biryani for dinner today and decided to post it on the blog right away.

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 500 grams 
  • Basmati Rice 750 grams
  • Curd 1 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Red chilli powder 2 spoons
  • Shajeera 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Cloves 5 to 6
  • Cardamon 4 (Elachi)
  • Cinnamon stick 2 inch 
  • Bay leafs 3
  • Green chillies 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Yellow food colour
  • Lemon juice 2 spoon 
  • Oil 7 spoons
  • Ghee 3 spoons
  • Mint leafs
Preparation :-

  1. First soak rice for 30 mins. 
  2. Next take a pan add oil to heat, then add sha-jerra, bay leafs, cloves, cardamon, mint leafs, cinnamon stick and fry it for 2 mins.
  3. Then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 2 more mins.
  4. And then add chicken, curd, salt, red chili powder, yellow food color mix it well.
  5. When the chicken is boiled move it a side. (when chicken is completely fried oil will came out then start.)
  6. Now take a bowl add rice, salt to taste, ghee and boil it...
  7. Then add boiled rice to chicken and mix it well. Then add some coriander leafs and serve it hot.... When sever add some lemon juice....
It can serve hot... It can take with curd chatni (perugu pachadi) and serve it.... It so tasty and yummy spl chicken biryani is ready eat it.........

Soups are adored by most people and monsoons are the perfect time to consume soups as people avoid cold food items because of the threat to fall sick. Well, most people cook tomato soup often which gets monotonous so we bring to you a recipe of sweet corn soup which is appetizing and healthy at the same time. Read on to know the filling recipe which does not require you to slave in the kitchen. This is soup recipe is what I generally make when feeling low or very good, as generally I don’t make corn starch based soups (prefer to eat clear soups) but once in a while when I have cravings, then go for  this creamy delight which is so easy to make.Sometimes when vegetable stock is available at hand I use it instead of water. But today I use some fresh vegetables, its so tasty and delicious.. I my family almost all are love to eat this soup. My prepared in my childhood tomato soup.. mmmmhhhhh!!!!!! Am loving it so much what ever it is moms cooking is always tasty, she will cook to us so much loving and caring I love my mom so much...... There is no words to share here.   • Sweet corn 1/2 cup (boiled)
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Aji-no-moto 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 chopped (with out seeds)
  • Soy sauces 1 tsp
  • Cabbage chopped 4 tbsp
  • Spring onions chopped 3 tbsp  
  • Water 2 glass

  1. First take a sauce pan add water to heat. When water is boiled and then add boiled sweet corn.
  2. Next add coriander leaves, finely chopped capsicum pieces and then boiled for 5 minutes. 
  3. And then  add sugar, salt, aji-no-moto, soya sauces and mix well for 1 minute, and then boil it for again 5 minutes and then close with lid.
  4. And then take a bowl add corn flour and then add some water and mix it for, next add to boiled water and then mix it well. (When u add corn water to the boiled water u can low the flame and then only u mix the corn starch.) And boil it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  5. And now add finely chopped tomato, finely chopped cabbage, boil it for 5 minutes more.
  6. And then the mixture is almost done and then add pepper powder and mix it well, and then add chopped spring onions and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.....

Different Tasty Snack Item Jack Fruit Dosa

   This is a breakfast item made from jack fruit flesh/pulp. This dosa comes out best with sugar and elachi flavour. (the soft silmy variety of jack fruit). This dosa is different than the regular ones in that its thick and sweet and does not really need a side / chutney. Its very quick and easy to make provided you have jackfruit on hand. Jack fruit dosa is yet another taste. The batter here is very unique in taste with a combination of  sweet taste. After eating whole lot of gujje (raw jackfruit) recipes & receiving the tantrums from my family members, decided to impress them by cooking something different. So, tried recipes like godi shira (wheat flour kesari baath),  besan laadu,  pundi etc.. Today, While passing by the fruit stall, I again got attracted by the aroma of jackfruit :)... I saw this recipe first time in a book.. After I prepare this recipe limited to prepare.. First time to prepare this recipe in home my first to give to my dad taste this recipe... My dad eat this dosa he told me wow so nice recipe dear...... Amazing really the tasty so nice to eat this..... Bu  we eat this recipe with tomato pickle....... Its great combination recipe...   • Rice 2 1/2 cup

Preparation :-

  1. First soak rice and urad dal for 4 hours. Then take a jar add rice, urad dal, jack fruit and grind it fine paste. 
  2. Then soak it for a whole night. Next day morning to use this  dosa batter.
  3. Next day morning,  mix the dosa batter then add little bit salt, sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well then add little bit water and mix it like a dosa batter.
  4. Then take a dosa pan heat it, when the pan is heated add ghee and then add dosa batter and spread it like a dosa.
  5. And then spread grated coconut sprinkle add some ghee, fry it both sides. When dosa is fried move to plate and serve it hot.....
  6. If u like some add jack fruit small pieces also in grated coconut and mix it well then use....
Now the tasty and delicious recipe "Jack Fruit Dosa" is ready to serve...  U can serve it with tomato pickle are honey also...... Try it once and enjoy the new taste....

  Hi, friends good after noon to all, today recipe is a typical Andhra recipe... Its a old desi recipe.. In your Andhra we prepare this fry regularly... Especial y I love to eat this.. I think its my school days my amma prepare this curry for my lunch box.. Boring lunch in school, but my amma is a genius y means I love Ponnaganti Akku pappu fry very much..  that's y my amma prepare this recipe weekly twice for my lunch box...We this recipe 2 types like eat directly eat with plain rice, are serve it with pappu pulusu wow it's great combination.. Me and my dad love to eat this recipe... Specially my mom prepare this with toor dal wow amazing taste... Items as well to give a clear idea to the readers about how that particular ingredient looks like.  So friends lets see the process to make the curry to prepare.......


Ingredients :-
  • Ponnaganti Aaku 3 bunches/ Water Amaranth leaves
  • Red gram /toor dal 1 cup
  • Red chillies 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon 
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Jeera 1 spoon
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Garlic cloves
Preparation:-
  1. First take ponnaganti leafs wash it neat. Then cut it small pieces.                        
  2. Then take pan boil for toor dal. When the toor dal is boil put a side.(Just 1/2 boil that's all).
  3. Next take fry pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat add urad dal, mustard seeds, jerra seeds, chopped red chillies fry. Then add curry leafs, ponnaganti leafs,add fry for 3 mins. 
  4. Then add salt, turmeric and fry it. When the leafs is boiled add boiled dal and mix it well.
  5. Then mash the garlic cloves, add chilli powder again mash and turn to curry and mix it well... Fry it for 5 mins then turn to a bowl and serve it......

Veg Gujarati Vegetables Fry Recipe
 Method :-
  1. First cut all vegetables like a strips. Then take a bowl add corn flour, maida, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, garlic pieces, add 3 spoon of water and mix it well.
  2. Next add potato strips, carrot strips, beans, capsicum strips mix it for. When the mixture is complete sticked  the vegetables.
  3. Next take a fry pan add oil for deep fry. When oil is heat fry the veg strips, fry it in medium flame. It came's golden colour move it to a plate.
  4. Then take a pan add 6 spoons of oil to heat  it. Then add onions, garlic pieces, turmeric powder and then fry it for. Next add green chillies, kasuri methi and fry it for good smell.
  5. Next add grind curry leaves powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, fried vegetables add and mix it well. (First add 1 spoon oil and then fry curry leaves and then crush it like a powder.)
  6. And also add fried cashew nuts mix it well. Fry it for 5 minutes and then add 1 spoon cashew nut powder and mix, turn to a bowl add some coriander leaves onion rings serve it hot.... 
U can eat it in lunch time for side dish, evening tea time, or dinner time take side dish... It so good and spicy recipe enjoy the food..  U can serve this tomato sauce... Kids will like it so much..........

Ingredients :-
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour  5 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10 
Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add tomatoes to grind, and then it fine puree, and some little bit of water and then grind it fine paste. 
  2. And now take a wok add 3 tbsp ghee, tomato paste, and then cook it for 10 minutes. Cook it in medium flame.
  3. Next add sugar and then mix it well and then boil it for 15 minutes for melt then sugar. 
  4. Now sugar is melted, then take a bowl add corn flour, water and mix it well.
  5. And then add the corn flour water to tomato puree and then  mix it well. (Don't stop mix.. If u stop the corn flour will be not mix to tomato puree.) 
  6. And then add ghee also and mix it well, when the halwa will be over then the ghee is came out side, and then add cardamom powder and then mix it well.
  7. When ghee it came out and than move it to a side,  And now turn it to a bowl, now add fried dry fruits and then serve it cool or hot.... 
And then "Tomato Halwa" is ready to taste... It will be some little sour and sweet its really so yummy recipe... Try this recipe and enjoy it........

I prepare this item in my home, wow I really loved it.. my dad will like it so much.. Its preparation time also be fast... Its a Chinese dish I saw this recipe in T.V. I like it so much, one day I tried this recipe in my home... Baby corn is very fast to cooked the item so I prepared this item with paneer also its really wow. Little bit spicy and tangy, sweet flavor. Kids will be love it so much, actually my sis son, want different and different snacks, break fast he won't, so I tried some recipes to here. When he came's to my home in holiday's time, I prepare to him different types of food I will prepared. Especially he likes chicken, smoothies, drinks, pizza... etc.., so I tried so recipe I search and then I watch T.V. and some book's I search and then recipe's and then I change some change  to your flavor's.  Simple ingredients and time be also be saved so try this snack item in your home and then enjoy the taste....

Preparation :-

  1. Take a bowl add corn flour, maida, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, red colour, Some water and then mix it like a bajji mixer. 
  2. Prepare it little bit thick contains, and then add baby corn pieces and mix it well.
  3. Next take a fry pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then take baby corn pieces, dip into the maida mixture, and then drop it to oil fry the baby corn piece, fry it in medium flame.
  4. And then fry it for  golden brown colour, it came's and then move to a paper towel.
  5. Next take a wok add 3 spoons of oil to heat it, oil will heated then add garlic pieces, cashew nuts, green chillies to fry.
  6. Then add spring onions to fry it for 2 minutes, then add chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce and mix it well.
  7. And then add 1/8 glass of water and mix it well, the mixture will catch the masala. 
  8. Next add fried baby corn pieces and mix it well for, and fry it for 5 minutes.
  9. Then add coriander, curry leaves and fry it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes turn baby corn pieces to a serving bowl and serve it with tomato sauce...

I tried making homemade bread pudding last night. It turned out, well, more like a very soupy and sweet version of french toast. Apparently eggs will turn into the scrambled variety if you don’t first temper them. Who knew? But, I don't use eggs in this recipe, I use for it custard powder for the mixture will take like that. The best soupy and sweet french toast I have ever had! Panettone is a buttery bread studded with raisins and dry fruits for good taste.... Italians, especially in the north, love to eat panettone at Christmas and New Year. Dunk panettone in your morning espresso or cappuccino. Panettone for dessert pairs well with a glass of vin santo or marsala. Leftover panettone is ideal for bread pudding or even french toast. Bread pudding takes about 10 minutes of actual work to make. The rest of the time is just waiting for the panettone cubes to toast, then to absorb the custard mixture and bake in the oven. It’s an easy recipe with a big payoff. My bread pudding has a rich and honey with interior with a golden, crunchy top. The buttery flavor sparkles with sweet raisins and dry fruits. You'll want to get a little of the custardy middle and a little of the toasted caramelized crust in every bite. Close your eyes, because this particular blend of sugar and cardamom powder requires complete focus. Breakfast, brunch, or dessert, by the end of the meal this dish will be licked clean. A loaf of regular day-old bread is perfectly fine in this dish. Also, bread puddings are not the place to skimp or substitute lower-fat ingredients. And I use simple ingredients in this recipe cooking time is low but waiting for to eat...... So try this recipe in brunch or dinner time you take this recipe for the time will also have...   • Bread 6 Pieces 
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Dry fruits for use
  • Cardamom 1/2 tbsp

Preparation :
  1. First  take a  fry pan add  butter, when butter little heat and then add  bread pieces and then fry it  both side. Fry it for red colour. 
  2. And then move it to a plate and then cool it for 5 minutes. And then start next process. Next take a bowl add custard powder and then add some milk mix it like a soft paste. 
  3. Now take a bowl add milk to boil. When  milk is boiled and then add sugar, and mix it well for the sugar will be melted. 
  4. And then milk is boiled for one boiled and then add custard milk and cardamom powder in that mixture and mix it well. And boil it in low flame only.
  5. When the  mixture  is contains thick, and then move it a side and cool it for 10 minutes.
  6. When the mixture is cool, and then add  fried dry fruits and mix it well.
  7. Next take a flat plate r flat bowl arrange the bread pieces, for first layer and then add custard milk half. And then again add bread pieces arrange that all sides and then add half of custard milk. 
  8. And spread it all sides the bread, and then press it just for. Now move it to refrigerator  and cool it for 2 hours.
  9. After 2 hours once check it for. It will be thick like a cake and then take it out cut pieces and then arrange the pieces to serving plate and then add honey in the cake and then serve it.......

Rice Sweet Payasam With Dry Fruits Recipe How to Prepare
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice, water and soak it for 20 minutes.. After 20 minutes drain rice and then take a cloth add rice in to cloth, and spread it rice and then put it for 15 minutes for air...
  2. After 15 minutes, take a jar add rice and then grind it for little crush (don't grind fine powder). Then move it to a bowl.
  3. Now take a pan add boiled milk, grind crush rice flour and mix it well. Then put it into gas and bowl it in low flame for 15 minutes.
  4. When the rice flour is boiled then add sugar again mix it well for.. The rice will be totally boiled, then add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  5. The kheer is totally cooked, then take a pan add ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add chopped almonds, cashew nuts, raisins, pista and fry it.. Then move it to kheer and then mix it.
  6. Again boil it for 1 minute, and then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it cool or hot..... Its good to eat...

Special Chicken Dum Biryani How to Prepare

    Hi, today one different and tasty recipe Chicken Dum Biryani... I am lover of chicken, really I like it so much... Especially my sister make this dum biryani mmmmmhhhh!!!!! I love it so muchhhh... Anyway, anyhow, getting back to making biryani. There are a lot of different kinds of biryani all over the world. Dum is a way of cooking and it involves cooking something at low heat for a long time. The ingredients are usually inside a pot and is sealed. One could call it a way of baking. And it sure did turn out delicious and just perfect. The rice was well cooked and separated, the chicken so succulent and tender and the flavors and aroma was just mind boggling. we ended up over eating :D.
   Now there are all sorts of chicken biryanis – the awadh style, sindhi style and many more. But of all the kinds of biryani, hyderabadi biryani tops my list. I just love the flavors and spices in this Biryani. There are many recipes on the internet, but not all the recipes will bring out the exact dish. I have tried so many recipes and ultimately found the exact procedure to cook a delicious, yummy and authentic hyderabadi chicken biryani. I my blog I share some biryani, to day one special chicken briyani hyderabadi style... See the process and then try this recipe in your home and then enjoy the taste. U have mud pot u can prepare that its so good smell and taste also be great...Here is the recipe. So, moving ahead, here is a list of what you will need for the biryani.

Items For Recipe :-
  • Chicken 250 grams
  • Rice 2 cups
  • Curd 8 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Ghee 5 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • cinnamon sticks 3 small pieces
  • Cloves  5
  • Cardamom 6
  • Marati moggu 4
  • Star Anise 2
  • Bay leafs 2
  • Mint leaves 1/6 small cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/6 small cup
  • Green chilies 8
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Lemon juice 2 spoons

Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies and then grind it fine paste and then put a side.
  2. Next take a bowl add chicken and then add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, curd, mint & coriander paste, garam masala powder and mix it well for. Marinate the chicken for 20 mins.
  3. Next take a bowl add water to boil . (In water add salt to rice, 2 spoons ghee). When water is boiled and then  add soaked rice and then boil it for 70% cook, and now strain the rice put it a side.
  4. Next take a cooker add oil & ghee to heat, and then add cinnamon stick, cardamom, star anise, marati moggu, cloves, bay leaf fry it for. 
  5. And then add chopped onions to fry, then add chopped green chilies, some coriander leaves, and then fry it for...
  6. Next add marinated  chicken, red chili powder and then mix it well, and boil it for 10 minutes. Chicken will fried it for...
  7. When chicken is fried, and  then add 70% boiled rice in to chicken fry. (Don't mix it) 
  8. And then put in dum for 10 minutes, next  close the lid and cook it medium flame for 1 0 minutes in dum. Easy process to dum for take a chapati pan.
  9. And then move the chicken rice bowl to the pan and then boil it for 15 minutes... For dum the chicken is cooked good..... And the aroma is so good.... 
  10. After 15 minutes one's check the rice and then move it and then put it for 10 minutes and then serve it hot......   
And now "Special Chicken Dum Biryani" is ready to eat....... And then serve it raitha... Onions, mint, tomato rings  to decorate... Enjoy the chicken biryani.....

Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare

      I like bread what ever to sandwich, fried bread, bread with jam, or any sweets like double ka metha like what ever we know.... Today one different and easy to prepare one desert recipe that  is one of my favorite I combined my classic recipe with bread ice cream with apple and dry fruits so bring you a decadent treat. The Apple, bread and ice cream are both delicious on their own but together, well, it’s a heavenly match! It’s time once again for the Improv Cooking Challenge. Two “secret” ingredients were bread and butter. Because I LOVE bread and I had a difficult time deciding whether to make a traditional bread with a fancy butter or do something a little more out there. I ended up with “out there” with Apple, Bread, Butter and  Ice cream which was definitely worth it. I then put together the ice cream sandwiches carefully, and then take fry with butter bread and then use to  sandwiching slightly softened ice cream between each piece. The sweetness of the Aplle pieces and dry fruits of the ice cream and the texture of the sandwich  was perfect. The dessert, just colder! in refrigerator. Both the Apple, bread and the ice cream are each perfect all on their own and I’ve certainly made them separately in the past, but for the ‘Bread Ice cream Sandwich” challenge, they were the ideal combination and such a tasty treat! Ha ha. What do you know? Ice cream and bread makes a nice pairing! So try this Bread Ice cream Sandwich in this summer and enjoy it.......

Bread Ice Cream Sandwich How to Prepare
Preparation :-
  1. First take a fry pan add butter, and then add  bread pieces (Thick bread for use this recipe) to fry it both sides, and then move it to a side and cool it for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes and then apply chopped apple pieces, and then take 2 scoops of ice cream and then apply to bread and then close it with another bread. 
  3. And then take almond crush  and roll it the ice cream bread into. Next add some tutti fruit and then move it to freezer... 
  4. Freez it for 4 hour minimum for the bread will be also so soft to eat.... After 4 hours u can serve it with cooll...
  5. It's very soft and delicious and be tasty try this............
And now the desert is ready to bite.... So soft and so cool... In hot summer eat it cool... Kids will be love it so much... Children will got new taste, they also so happy to eat this desert.. Enjoy this desert in after dinner so good to eat....... So try this sandwich and enjoy it..........

Morning Break Fast Weight Loss Soup (Ragi Soup)

Ingredients :-
  • Ragi Flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger small piece
  • Saindhava lavana salt (or) salt to taste
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Lemon 
  • Green chilli 1
  • Curry leafs 
Method :-
  1. First green chilli fry,  ginger also fry, then curry leafs also fry then turn to a jar and grind it fine powder.
  2. Next take a bowl add 1 glass of water boil it. Then take a bowl add ragi flour add some water also mix it, when water is boiled, and then add ragi water mix it. (put it in sim flame)
  3. Then add saindhava lavana powder mix it. Next add grind curry leaf powder, and mix it.
  4. Then move it a side add butter milk and lemon juices... Next turn to a serving bowl add some curry leafs powder coriander leafs add and sever it.......
Its very healthy soup. And weight also morning or night u take it u will weight loss ur body, healthy and natural. It so good to health.......
