How to Prepare Andhra Style Mutton Liver Fry recipe

             Hi friends, today am sharing my birthday special recipe Mutton liver fry recipe, my sister-in-law prepare this mutton liver fry recipe... Actually this recipe 31/12/18 recipe friends.. In my birthday we are in sister-in-law home, so that's y am not post any recipe in your blog  friends.. Now am free in home, then I stared again post's to share my recipes here... Actually my sister-in-law, and my sister-in-law friend prepare this curry friends, so am only take pics not only that am missing pics also.. So am told to u the ingredients, so friends pls under stand.... :) I will share drefley to u friends... So lets move to recipe details.... :)


Ingredients :-

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Onions 3 
  • Tomato 1 
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 2 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp 
  • Cloves 2
  • Cinnamon stick small piece 1
  • Cardamom 1
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned liver pieces, salt, turmeric powder, water 1 glass and boil it for 10 minutes. Then add finely chopped onions mix it well and then close it with lid... And boil it for again 5 minutes more. After 5 minutes, add ginger garlic paste again mix it well and close it with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in low flame...
  2. After 10 minutes open lid mix it well, then add curd, tomato pieces, garam masala powder, coriander powder mix it well and then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  3. After 5 minutes liver piece is boiled 80%, and now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add garam masala ingredients to fry, then add boiled mutton curry into oil mix it well.. Fry it in low flame..  When curry is dried like (see pic no 3) this and then add coriander leaves mix it well for and then switch off the gas and then move it to a bserving bowl........ 
Now so taste and delicious Liver fry recipe is ready to serve... Its good to eat with side dish for rice, roti, chapati and pulka.... Its very simple to make this dry recipe.. (Actually am not eat mutton recipe but my husband like mutton first time i eat this liver fry in my birthday friends..but am not interested, but my family so much like this fry.. I eat only mutton biryani with out pieces, and also love to eat curry also but not mutton pieces friends)....  So friends try this recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends... Cauliflower Coconut Milk Masala curry recipe How to Prepare


          Hi friends, How are u all......... Today am sharing Cauliflower Coconut Milk Masala curry recipe.. In my blog am share so many types of cauliflower curries here, this also masala curry it's taste also so yummy friends... Actually this is my amma signature recipe friends... Am so happy to share my amma recipe to u all :), simple ingredients mostly want coconut milk friends you must prepare this in home fresh it's good to this curry ok na friends....... Once again am told to all friends after sankanti am sharing video's also here friends... So friends pls see my videos and subscribe my channel and share to me your valuable comments to me friends.... Ok then lets move to recipe detail's here... 

Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower medium size 1
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup (medium)
  • Cloves 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep (cauliflower to fry 1/2 cup) 
  • Oil 8 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. Take cauliflower and cut it medium pieces and add salt little bit, water and clean it for well.. And now take a wok add cleaned cauliflower, salt, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, water and boil it for 50% and then strain water put it a side... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add boiled cauliflower fry it for lite golden color. 
  2.  Then move it to a plate........
  3. In same wok remove some oil, remain oil will be use in this... Now add masala ingredients to fry, then add finely chopped onions mix it well. Then add salt and fry it for.. Now add ginger garlic paste again fry it for lite golden color....
  4. Onions are fried like this, then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric paste mix it and fry it for soft like this.. When tomatoes also softed then add coconut milk again mix it well....
     
  5. Mix it well, then add red chili powder mix it well, boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame. When bubbles, then add fried cauliflower mix it well for... 
  6. And then close with lid boil it for in low flame for 5 minutes.. After 5 minutes open the lid mix it well, then add coriander powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and then mix again.. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl........
Now yummy and tasty recipe Cauliflower coconut milk masala curry is ready to serve... Its so good to eat with hot steam rice, roti, chapati, pulka etc..., So friends try this recipe in your home  taste it share it to your friends also... :)... Your's Neha (Sandhyana) Satish......
