Bendi Mirchi Fry Andhra Recipe

Items :-
  • Lady fingers 250 grams
  • Red chillies 4
  • Ground nuts small cup
  • Cashew nuts small cup
  • Onions 2
  • Green chillies 2
  • Dried coconut 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 spoon
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil for fry lady fingers
  • Oil 5 spoons
Method :-
  1. Take a jar add red chillies, dried coconut, garlic cloves, salt grind it fine powder. 
  2. Next take a pan add ground nut fry, then add cashew nuts fry move to jar and grind it fine powder.
  3. Next take a pan add oil, oil is heat fry lady fingers lite golden brown colour then turn to a bowl. 
  4. Then take a pan add 5 spoons oil to heat then add onions green chillies fry. Then add ginger garlic paste fry it. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, grind coconut powder mix it. 
  5. Then add fried lady fingers, salt to taste (little bit check and add salt.). Grind ground nut powder, cashew nut powder and mix it well. (Mix it careful) Then add curry leafs mix it for 3 mins. Then turn to a bowl add some coriander leafs and serve it.....
