Andhra Special Spicy Sorrel Leaves Chutney How to Make

       Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Andhra Special chutney Spicy Sorrel Chutney... Very easy to make this chutney adding some spices... In Andhra very special, we serve this chutney hot steam rice adding spoon of ghee mix this chutney eat, mmmmmhhhhh no words to tell its really awesome friends....  So watch this with english sub titles...... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Red sorrel 4 big cups
  • Red chilies 20 nos
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 5 tsp
  • Onion 1 big
For tadka :-

  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Curry Leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add 1 tsp oil to heat, then add red chilies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, to fry.. Fry it for lite golden color... 
  2. When it came golden color then move it to a plate let it cool... In same pan add oil 4 tsp to heat, then add cleaned sorrel leaves mix it well... Fry it for oil will oozes out...
  3. When red chilies are cool, then move it to a jar add salt and grind it crush... 
  4. When sorrel is boiled it cames oil will oozes, then mix this grind spice powder mix it well... 
  5. Now take a tadka add oil to heat, then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili pieces, curry leaves and fry it for then add to sorrel chutney again mix it well...
  6. Then in same jar add onion pieces crush it, then add it also to sorrel mix it well and switch off the gas and leave it for cool........
Now the chutney is ready to serve... This chutney is store in fridge 10 to 15 days... Its spicy and so yummy friends... Also eat in dosa, idly, vada etc.., very to eat with rice add some ghee eat no words to share friends really awesome chutney.......

  1. First boil eggs and remove shall... Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then take boiled egg cut it like in video.. Then add to oil and fry it for golden color...
  2. Egg are fried then move it to a plate, in same oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. 
  3. Then add chopped onions mix it well, then add curry leaves mix it well... Then add salt to taste, turmeric powder again mix it well and fry it for lite brown color..
  4. Then add fried eggs again fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.....

        Hi, friends today am sharing recipe Drumstick Toordal Recipe. In south side we prepare regularly dal recipe like tomato dal curry, dal curry, sambar etc.., But today am sharing Drumstick Dal curry..  Very easy to make this recipe friends.. Ingredients :-

  • Drum sticks 2
  • Toor Dal 1 small cup
  • Tomatoes 3 Onions 2
  • Green chilies 8

  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add toor dal and clean it, then move it to stove add some water, then add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder and then close with lid boil it for 3 vissels..
  2. Now take a bowl add chopped drum stick pieces, salt for drumstick pieces and boil it for 90%...
  3. Now cooker is cool then open lid add salt to taste mash it, then add boiled drumstick pieces and mix it well...
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry.. Add chopped red chilies fry it for then add curry leaves add dal mixture and mix it well boil it for 5 minuets for hig flame...
  5. It will be boil for first boil, then second boil came then switch off the gas and leave it for 1 minutes and then move it  to a serving bowl and then serve it with rice...

Spicy Yummy Andhra Prawn Masala Fry Recipe How to Prepare

       Hi, friends today am sharing recipe is Prawn Masala Fry.. Very simple to  make this yummy recipe.. Simple ingredients and easy to cook..  I prepare this fry item for rice.. Its so yummy to eat also roti, chapati etc.., You can serve with side dish also so good... :) This is my signature recipe friends.. Its so fast to make this fry item friends, but must to prepare only one ingredient friends, that is Onion paste you will prepare this and then start process... Limit ingredients but taste is mmmmmhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! no words friends you just make this fry item taste it and then tell to me am told right or not :)... Ok then move to recipe details here..... 

Ingredients :- 

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Tomatoes medium 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add cleaned prawns, add salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix it well and then leave it for 5 minutes...
  2. Now switch on the gas move this bowl to stove, then add salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander and then mix it well... Then add coriander leaves mix it well, now close with lid boil it for 5 to 10 minute...
  3. And now take a jar, add chopped onions and grind it like crush.. Now check prawn boil are not, when prawn is boiled then move it to a side..
  4. Now take another pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, grind onion paste mix it..  
  5. Then add salt for onion paste, turmeric powder mix it well.. Fry it till good aroma.. When it came good aroma, it will oozes oil then add curry leaves, green chilies 3 mix it well...
  6. Then add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp again fry it till 30 sec.. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well.. Fry it till tomatoes are soft...
  7. When tomatoes are boiled, then add boiled prawns (add 3 tbsp water in boiled prawn bowl mix it then add to prawns) and then mix it well... Then add little bit red chili powder, garam masala powder and then mix it well... (Here you also add coriander powder actually in chili powder have so am not adding friends am using chili powder home made we prepare in home that's y am tolding friends..)
  8. Now add coconut powder and mix it well... Fry it for 1 minute, then add coriander leaves again mix it well.. And then move it to a serving bowl...
So Yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Masala Fry Recipe is ready.. Its so yummy to eat with rice, roti, chapati etc.., Also good to serve with any soups for side dish friends...         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Spicy Prawns Thick Gravy recipe.. Its so yummy and so simple to prepare this recipe.. This is also my signature recipe... Actually I prepare this recipe first in my home.. Its really so yummy and so delicious... I like this very much little spicy its mouth watering recipe friends :).. First time I am prepare this recipe, my husband taste this he told me wow am really so happy :):):)... Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, curry leaves to fry.. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, rock salt to taste and then mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame..
  2. After 5 minutes open lid add ginger garlic paste and then mix it well.. And fry it for onions are fried like golden brown color..
  3. Onion are fried then add marinated prawn and mix it well (I already marinated prawns with turmeric powder only...)... Boil it for low flame for 5 minutes...
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it for... Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.. After 5 minutes add kashmiri powder, red chili powder and then mix it well and close with lid and boil  it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well, and then add garam masala powder again mix it well.. Then add chicken masala powder again mix it and fry it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl add some coriander leaves and then serve it hot....

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Drum stick Milk Recipe.. So yummy so tasty recipe simple to make this.. So simple to prepare this for lunch box friends time also save.. In my child-hood my amma prepare this for my lunch box this is my one off my favorite recipe in veg items.. Actually I love to drink milk but not add sugar am drink only puree milk friends.. I like to drink tea with sugar but in milk I don't like to drink.. In my child-hood I eat only milk rice now also hahaha... :) Friends today am sharing to all my self introduction to u all friends.. preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram to fry..
  2. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well.. And fry it for onions are soft.. 
  3. When onions are soft, then add drumstick mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes then add milk, 1/6 glass water mix lite and then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame...
  4. After 5 minutes open lid mix lite, again close with lid boil it for again 5 minutes more...
  5. Now open lid water is totally vapor then add red chili powder mix it well.. Fry it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot...

         Hi friends today am sharing recipe is Chicken Dum Biryani... Its so tasty yummy recipe... So simple to prepare this biryani... In this special means my sister prepare this briyani... This is so yummy friends I love to my sister's Biryani.... So yummy friends.. Am so happy to share my sisters recipe...... Ok then lets move to recipe details... 
Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Basmati Rice 1 kg
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Onions 6 medium
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 3, 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste 
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Cardamoms 8 to 10
  • Cloves 6 to 8
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 8
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 5
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add rice clean it, then add some water soak it for 30 minutes.. Then take a cooking vessel then add oil to heat, when oil is heated add cinnamon stick pieces, cardamoms, cloves, bay leafs to fry...
  2. Then add green chilies, chopped onions to fry... Fry it till golden brown color, onions are fried then add ginger garlic paste to fry...
  3. Ginger garlic also fried, then add chicken pieces, salt and fry it for lite roaste.. Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, fry it for...
  4. Chicken is roasted then add curd again mix it well..... And roasted it for 10 minutes... After 10 minutes add 7,1/4 glass water...(I take 4 glasses of rice)....
  5. When water is boiled then add soaked rice mix it well.. Then close with lid boil it for 70%.. After boil 70% mix it slowly, then put it in dum for 10 to 15 minutes..... After 15 minutes open lid mix it once and then switch off the gas.... And leave it for 5 minutes and then serve it hot....

Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

         Hi friends good evening to all.... Today am sharing recipe Sweet item Vermicelli Sabudana Payasam Sweet... This desert is so good to eat after lunch or night dinner serve this cool or hot so ymmy... In south side we prepare this sweet in functions, festivals, etc..., not only festivals and function, any occasion we prepare this sweet friends... In this desert we prepare only vermicelli payasam or sabudana payasam or mixed we prepare friends... Actually this recipe prepare my sister-in-law for small occasion in my home friends... So friends lets move to recipe details........ :)

Ingredients :-

  • Vermicelli 250 grams
  • Sabudana 100 grams
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • Cashew Nuts 50 grams
  • Raisins 50 grams
  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Water 1 ltr
  • Sugar 1 cup (200 grams)
  • Cardamoms 4

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add ghee 3 tbsp to heat, then add cashew nuts, raisins to fry.. When cashew are fried then move it to a bowl..
  2. Next in same pan add vermicelli to fry, vermicelli also fried then put it a side... Now take a bowl add 4 to 5 tbsp ghee, and then add sabudana to fry... (Sabudana is fried for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame friends tome will be taken) When sabudana also fried like in video then add water 1 ltr and boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame... 
  3. After 15 minutes check once sabudana is boiled or not, when sabudana is boiled then chick it for it soft are not, sabudana is soft then add fried vermicelli again mix it and now boil it for 10 more minutes...
  4. After 10 minutes check it vermicelli is soft are not, vermicelli soft then add sugar mix it well... Again add 1 glass hot water in sweet mix it well and then boil it for 10 more minutes in medium flame...
  5. After 10 minutes sweet will be thick, then add boiled milk mix it well and then add cardamom powder again mix it and then switch off the gas and serve it cool or hot...
Now so yummy and tasty juice sweet recipe Vermicelli Sagbudana Payasam is ready to serve... Actually my dad love payasam my amma prepare this for my dad any occasion friends.. I know payasam but my amma prepare this I love to eat.. My sister also prepare this payasam, but my amma recipe so yummy to me... love u ma and I miss u alot :(....

  • Onions medium 2
  • Dry Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Roasted bengal gram 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 6 to 8

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp (black garm)

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add chopped potato, curry leaves mix it well for, fry it for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes add chopped onions, turmeric powder mix it well for and close with lid and fry it for 2 minutes...
  3. Now take a jar add coconut, roasted gram, red chilies, garlic cloves, salt little bit and grind it fine powder.... 
  4. Now open lid when potato and onion is fried, then add grind powder mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl....
Now so yummy and tasty fry recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rice, add some ghee in hot rice add some curry mix it then eat friends... Then told to me how the fry is...              Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Sweet Pongal Sankranti special recipe... Friends today am sharing video, in this video is in telugu friends.. But I will wrote in english in down friends pls note..........

  • Rice 1/2 glass or 1/2 cup
  • Moong dal 1/2 cup
  • Bengal gram 1/4 cup
  • Jaggery 100 grams 
  • Sugar 50 grams
  • Ghee 100 grams
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 
  • Badam 
  • Raisins

Preparation:-


  1. First take a cooker add rice, moong dal, bengal gram, water 5 cups and close it with lid and boil it for 4 to 5 vissels... And now switch off the gas let it cool.. Cooker is cool then open lid mix it well.......
  2. And then put the cooker to stove mix it well like this... Next add 1 glass milk again mix it.. And then add jaggery again mix.. Then add sugar agin mix it well and boil it for jaggrey is melt... 
  3. Now add cardamom powder mix it well for.. Now take a wok add ghee to heat, then add cashew nuts to fry.. And then add to pongal.. And then add again some ghee add crush badam to fry... Badam also fried then add to pongal mix it.. And then add raisins and fry it for and then add to pongal mix it well....... now add ghee also... Cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.... And then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl........

        Hi friends sorry to late..... Today am sharing recipe is Egg Biryani little bit spicy recipe. Its very tasty and delicious, very simple to prepare this friends... Ingredients :-

  • Eggs 2
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 1 big
  • Green chilies 8 to 9
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 8 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Cinnamon stick 2 big pieces
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cashew nuts 10 no's
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Basmati rice 500 grams (2 cups)
  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander leafs
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add water and eggs to boil... After boil move it a side, then remove the shell.. Then take a wok add 1 tsp oil to heat, then add boiled eggs, little bit salt, turmeric powder and fry it for golden color.....
  2. And now take a wok add oil and ghee to heat, then add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf to fry. Now add chopped onions, chopped green chilies mix it well. Then add cashew nuts mix again..
  3. Now add rock salt, black pepper 1 tsp, chopped coriander, mint leaves again mix it well for, then close it with lid boil it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  4. After 2 minutes open the lid mix it well, then add ginger garlic paste mix it again fry it for lite golden color...
  5. And then add chopped tomatoes turmeric powder, red chili powder mix it well for... Then add sock basmati rice add...
  6. And then mix it well for then add mint leaves mix it again, then add water (2 cups rice water also 2 glass same measurement) mix it well and now check salt and boil it for medium flame for 70%...
  7. After 70% add fried eggs again close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame... After 5 minutes open the lid rice is boiled 95%..
  8. Rice is boiled 95% then put it in dum leave it for 2 minutes.. After 2 open lid mix it well again close with lid...
     
  9. After 5minutes open the lid, mix it again and then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then serve it hot.........

Capsicum Masala Curry Recipe Andhra Style How to Make

         Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Capsicum masala curry recipe.. I know all the people know this capsicum curry, but some people prepare different style's so this is my style recipe... :) So friends lets move to recipe....


Preparation :-

  • Capsicum 3 nos
  • Onions 2 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 
  •  Dry coconut pieces 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts 6 nos
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Ground nuts 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Cloves 4
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6 nos
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add coriander seeds, peanut, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, cashew nuts fry it for good smell in low flame.. And then add coconut pieces add mix it then switch off the gas and cool it for..... And now move it to a jar add ginger, garlic, tamarind and grind it fine powder, now add some water again grind it fine paste.........  
  2. Now in same pan add 2 tbsp oil to heat it, then add chopped capsicum and fry it for 3 minutes in medium flame.. it give good smell then move it to a plate.... 
  3. And now same wok add oil again heat it for, then add chopped onions mix it for.. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. Then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well and leave it for again 2 minutes in low flame..... 
  4. After 2 minutes tomatoes are soft, then add coconut paste add mix it well for, again fry it for oil will oozes like this and then add fried capsicum, red chili powder again mix it well and then close it with lid and boil it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 2 minutes open the lid and mix it again then add water again mix it well, then close it with lid again boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... When curry is ready oil will oozes out, then add chopped coriander leaves...
Now so yummy and tasty recipe ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rices, flavorod rice, coconut rice, it so good... You can serve it with roti, chapati also goooooooodddddddddd......... Chicken Drumstick Masala Curry Andhra Style How to Prepare

         Hi friends Happy Sunday..... Today recipe is Drumstick Chicken Masala Curry.. I think almost know this recipe... But this is my style so friends try this curry in your home guys....... :) So friends lets move to curry process...

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kgs
  • Drum sticks 2 to 3
  • Oil 8 tsp or 5 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fresh Coconut paste 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Whole gram masala spices
  • Curry Leaves
  • Coriander leaves 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, now add whole garam masalas fry. And then add chopped onions, green chilies mix it and fry it for 2 minutes in low flame...
  2. After 2 minutes, add curry leaves mix it well, and then add chopped tomatoes again mix it well for..... tomatoes are soft....
  3. Tomatoes are soft, add cleaned chicken, salt, turmeric powder mix it. Now add ginger garlic paste mix it well and then close with lid..... boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame... 
  4. Now open the lid add chili powder again mix it... Boil it again 2 minutes in low flame..
  5. After 2 minutes oil will ozzes out like this and then add coconut paste again mix it well for... And then close it with lid and fry it for oil will again oozes...... (when masala is fried it will be came good smell)
  6. And now add chopped drum sticks mix it slowly again close it with lid and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes low flame...... After 4 minutes open the lid mix it..
  7. Now add some water mix it well for, and then close with lid boil it for 8 minutes in medium flame.....
  8. When curry is boiled oil will came out like this, then add garam masala powder mix it well boil it for 1 minute and then add coriander leaves... And then switch off the gas, let it cool for 2 minutes...
Now so yummy and tasty curry Chicken Drum Stick Curry is ready to serve........ Its so good to eat with rice, roti, chapati.. So easy and so fast to prepare this curry...
