Ingredients :-
- Sugar cane juice 2 cups
- Semiya 2 cups
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee 8 spoons
- Dry fruits
- Sugar 4 spoons
- Cardamom powder (elaichi)1/2 spoon
Preparation :-
- First take a pan add 4 spoons ghee fry dry fruits all, golden colour came move it a bowl.
- In same pan fry vermicelli also. Golden colour came's add sugar and mix it well
- Then add milk boil it, when semiya is half boiled add sugar cane and again boil it for.
- Then the halwa is ready then add elaichi powder and mix it for. If u want food colour add little bit yellow colour mix it well. And then add ghee also boil it for 5 mins. Then turn to a bowl and serve it.......
