First time I eat this item in exhibition, so I search this recipe in some sites, some many varieties... But I eat this recipe so sour and chat masala only... One day I tried this recipe in my home first time so so, next time I tried it wow its really yummy.... My amma prepared onion samosa, onion potato samosa I love it so mush... Now we tried this recipe so friends try this...  Here is the easy and quick recipe.   Of course they taste out of this word when served hot.

Ingredients :-


  • Maida flour 2 cups
  • Ajowan seeds (vamu) 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Powder 3 tbsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Amchur (dry mango)powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, ghee, ajowan seeds and mix it well. Then add water and then mix it like a dough and put it a side for rest of 30 minutes.
  2. Now take a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds to fry for 2 minutes in low flame, then add dry coconut powder again fry for good smell. 
  3. Then add hing powder also again mix it well, and fry it for 1 minute in low flame then move it to a side and then cool it for.
  4. When the seeds are cool then move it to a jar and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl. Then add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice 1 tsp, amchur, cashew nuts crush, raisins, chat masala powder and then mix it all spices well.
  5. After 30 minutes take dough and then make it small chapatis, then cut it in middle take the chapati half make it cone shape and close sides...
  6. Then take mixed spices in to cone and then close it with the help of water. And then put it a side. 
  7. Now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed samosa into oil then fry it in medium flame. Fry it for golden color, when it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then serve it hot.....
My cooking style is greatly influenced by my mother, a true inspiration!  Of course they taste out of this word when served hot. Serve with sweet chutney or green chutney it good to eat this snack.. I love prawns very much, after my marriage I prepared "Prawn biryani" wow its amizing taste.. My husband also love it... Then I tried this tasty recipe "Black Pepper Prawn Fry".... Though a bit of chilly powder and green chillies were added for spice, freshly ground black pepper dominates the recipe. Tiger prawns or jumbo prawns are best for this recipe, But I was able to get only very small prawns or crevette. Prawn is the best spicy side for rice, and best to have as appetizer too. I'm still in my holiday mood, but snowy winter outside my window making me to go for hot 'n' spicy dish like this recipe. As prawns gets cooked in seconds, this dish can also be prepared in minutes.   • Black pepper powder 1,1/2 tsp

  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Coriander leafs
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil 12 tbsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil 6 tbsp to heat, when oil is heated then add ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp, chopped coriander leafs, cleaned prawns and then mix it well for...
  2. Then add salt, turmeric powder mix it well... Then add 1/2 glass water mix it, then put the lid to boil the prawns for 15 to 20 minutes...
  3. Now take a pan add oil and ghee to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions, chopped green chilies to fry.
  4. When onions are fried then add 1,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, then mix it well. Ginger garlic is fried then add coriander leafs.
  5. The add chopped tomatoes and mix it well. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder mix it well, then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  6. After 5 minutes mix it, then add boiled prawns also add and then mix it well. Then add water 1/2 glass, garam masala powder and then mix it well... 
  7. Boil it for water will be vapor, then add black pepper powder also add and then mix it well for. Then add curry leafs, coriander leafs also add then mix it... Put it for 2 minutes in medium flame.. Then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it...

        Hi friends good morning to all.. Today one different and healthy soup, Carrot Apple Soup... Its very healthy and good taste also... I love apples very much, my husband also so I tried this healthy recipe in my home... Love to bring spirituality to the table through symbolic recipes and this combination ticks all the boxes with my chosen ingredients. Carrots are one of the significant special foods that we are encouraged to eat. In Yiddish the word for carrots is mehren, which means to increase. Soup is one of the easiest starters for family meals. Carrots, sweetened with apples and a teaspoon of honey provide a delicious warming soup. Carrot soup garnished with apples and thyme. I did not think that I would like this soup.  I really do not like carrots.  I have tried and tried, but I do not like them. However, this soup was really great!  It has a bit of “zing” to it, so go light on the ginger or spices if you prefer it less hot. Really its a great combination of this both.. One fruit one is vegetable.. Actually my husband like carrot but am so so, he asked to me you can prepare some different soup with me.. I saw this soup in T.V. so I tried this soup in my home... He will be so happy to that... I am also happy y means now on day I am also carrot lover....:) Very less ingredients to prepare this soup so tasty.... K lets see the process to make the soup......

  • Apple 1
  • Salt for taste
  • Garlic Pieces 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 3 cubes
  • Sugar 8 tbsp
  • Honey 4 tbsp
    Carrot  Apple  Soup Recipe
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water, carrot pieces and then boil for soft... When the carrot is boiled then move it to a side for cool.... 
  2. Carrots a cooled then take carrots to a jar and then grind it fine paste. When carrots are totally pasted then move it to a side. Next in same jar add half apple cut into small pieces, and then grind it fine paste....
  3. Now take a sauce pan add butter, when butter is melted then add garlic pieces to fry, then add carrot paste, apple paste, 1 glass water, salt, pepper powder, sugar and then mix it well...
  4. And then boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame, it will be thicked then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it... When your are serving this carrot apple soup add chopped apple pieces into soup.... And also add honey also then serve it tasty and yummy Carrot Apple Soup is ready to sip......
