Sweet Recipe Amrutha gutilkalu, I prepare this in my home. Its tradition recipe we prepare this festival days. It very taste and delicious sweet. Very simple to prepare this recipe, I used rice, sugar, milk. Very tasty and healthy and easy to make this recipe... Here the recipe....
Ingredients :-
- Rice (soaked) 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Cardamom 5
- Saffron 3 pinches
- Almonds 10
- cashew nuts 10
- Pistas 6
- Ghee 10 tbsp
Preparation For Method :-
- First soak rice for 4 hours, then grind it fine and smooth paste.
- Next take a fry wok add milk, and then add this rice mixture and mix it well. (U mush mix it for don't put high flame, cook it in sim flame.)
- It came's thick paste and then add sugar and mix it for, the rice flour is boiled then add cardamom powder and mix it.
- Then add soaked saffron milk and mix it well. And then boil it in sim flame to cook this recipe.
- Next take a wok add ghee to heat, then add chopped almond, cashew nuts, pistas and fry it for lite golden color.
- And then add these fried dry fruits in to rice halwa and mix it well.
- Next take a plate, apply ghee to plate and then turn the mixture to plate and spread it.
- And then cut it in to small pieces, and put it a side for cool...... And then take pieces, to serving plate and serve it.....
