Veg Gujarati Crispy Vegetables Fry Recipe

    Hi friends, today one different snack item veg Gujarati vegetables fry recipe. It french recipe I can try this Indian style vegetable snack... Its very to prepare and good to eat... Serve it with tomato are soya sauce u can serve it hot..... I my home we prepare it regularly, when relative came to my home we prepare this tasty and crispy recipe.. Its preparation also so easy to make this snack item... I evening time u can prepare this children came to house they will enjoyed to eat this.... In this recipe so many vegetables have it very good to health so try this recipe in your home and enjoy the new taste.........

Items :-
  • Potatoes 2
  • Carrot 2
  • Beans 100 grams
  • Capsicum 1
  • Maida 2 spoons
  • Corn flour 3 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Garlic chopped 2 spoons
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Kasuri methi 1 spoon
  • Green chillies 4
  • Onions chopped 5 spoons
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leafs powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste 
  • Cashew nuts
  • Oil 
  • Ghee 3 spoons
Veg Gujarati Vegetables Fry Recipe
 Method :-
  1. First cut all vegetables like a strips. Then take a bowl add corn flour, maida, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, garlic pieces, add 3 spoon of water and mix it well.
  2. Next add potato strips, carrot strips, beans, capsicum strips mix it for. When the mixture is complete sticked  the vegetables.
  3. Next take a fry pan add oil for deep fry. When oil is heat fry the veg strips, fry it in medium flame. It came's golden colour move it to a plate.
  4. Then take a pan add 6 spoons of oil to heat  it. Then add onions, garlic pieces, turmeric powder and then fry it for. Next add green chillies, kasuri methi and fry it for good smell.
  5. Next add grind curry leaves powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, fried vegetables add and mix it well. (First add 1 spoon oil and then fry curry leaves and then crush it like a powder.)
  6. And also add fried cashew nuts mix it well. Fry it for 5 minutes and then add 1 spoon cashew nut powder and mix, turn to a bowl add some coriander leaves onion rings serve it hot.... 
U can eat it in lunch time for side dish, evening tea time, or dinner time take side dish... It so good and spicy recipe enjoy the food..  U can serve this tomato sauce... Kids will like it so much..........
