Ingredients :-
- Besan (Senaga Pindi) 1cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Ghee 2cups
- Cooking Soda 1/4 spoon
Preparation :-
- First take a bowl add besan and fry for nice aroma. After getting good aroma take the fried one into another bowl and allow it to cool for few minutes.
- Next take a kadai add ghee to heat.
- Next take a bowl add sugar and some water mix it well. Till it contains one thread consistence.
- Then add cooking soda in besan mix it well.
- Now mix the syrup and beasn well for 2 minutes.(Don't stop mixing.)
- Then add boiling ghee in the besan and mix it well for.
- When the process is completed, then turn to a plate or mould (apply ghee to plate before putting the mixture).
- Spread it and allow it to cool down for few minutes then cut in to small pieces. Now it is ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious sweet.
