Spring Onion Curry Recipe [How to Prepare]

Ingredients :-
  • Spring onions 1 cup
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Cumin seeds(Jerra ) 1 spoon
  • Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  • Green chilis 3
  • Red chili powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Tomato 1 cup
  • Coriander leafs
  • Oil 6 spoons
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
  1. First take a wok add oil, when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, urad dal and fry it for. 
  2. And then add chopped onions, green chilis and fry it for 2 minutes.
  3. Next add chopped spring onions, chopped tomato and mix it for few more minutes.
  4. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry it for. 
  5. And then add garam masala powder, fried cashew nuts mix it well.
  6. Fry it for 5 minutes, and then add coriander powder and mix. And move it to a serving bowl and serve it.

  • Pepper powder 1 spoon

South Indian Chicken Fried Rice Recipe How to Prepare
Method :-

  1. First take a wok add 5 spoons of oil heat it for, then add bone less chicken, salt and fry it. When chicken is boiled then turn to a bowl.
  2. Next take a wok add some oil (2 spoons), and then add chopped onions fry for little golden brown color, then add chopped green chili's, garlic pieces fry it for few mins.
  3. Next add 1 spoon oil then add beated egg, boil it for 1/2 minute. 
  4. Then add boiled carrot, beans and mix it for few more minutes.
  5. Next add spring onions mix it for 1 minute.
  6. Next take boiled rice add 2 spoons ghee mix it well.
  7. Then add it to vegetable mixture and mix it well. And also add salt to taste.
  8. Next add fried chicken also mix it well. Then add pepper powder, coriander leafs and mix it well.
  9. Fry it for 5 minutes, then move it to serving bowl, and serve it hot...

I use in this ingredients are so simple, we use regularly in your lunch and dinner..  So lets see the process how to prepare...   

Ingredient :-

  • Cauliflower medium size
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Green chillis 5
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Eggs 3 or 4
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  • Oil 6 to 8 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs
CAULIFLOWER  AND EGG SPICY MASALA CURRY HOW TO PREPARE
Method :-

  1. First take a wok add oil,  when oil is heated and then  add mustard seeds to fry it for.
  2. And then add chopped onions and then fry it for 5 minutes. And then add green chili pieces and then fry it for.
  3. Next add ginger garlic paste and then mix it, now add cauliflower pieces mix it. Now  put the lid to cook it for 5 mins. (First Cauliflower take small pieces cook it half boil. Then use it to your curry.) 
  4. Next then add some salt , turmeric powder and then mix it. Put lid and then boil it for 5 more minutes.
  5. Next add red chili powder mix it,  then add beaten eggs. Don't for 1 minute. Then mix it well for.
  6. Then put it for 5 minutes in medium flame to boil. And then add garam masala powder, fry cashew nut pieces, coriander leafs and mix it for 1 minute.
  7. And now take to severing bowl and then garnish with coriander leafs, and then serve it roti, chapati,  rice. It so good to eat.. You can prepare this recipe in lunch or dinner good..
