Ingredients :-
  • Boiled Rice 2 cups
  • Boiled sweet corn 1 cup
  • Onions 1
  • Green chilies 3
  • Shah Jeera 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom 3
  • Cinnamon 3 small pieces
  • Cloves 5
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil and Ghee 10 tbsp
Sweet Corn Masala Rice How to Prepare

Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add ghee and oil to heat, when ghee is heated and then add shah jeera, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, mint leaves and then fry it for.
  2. Next add finely chopped onions (cut onions straight), chopped green chilies and then fry it.
  3. And then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well... And fry it for light brown colour.
  4. Now add turmeric powder, boiled sweet corn, and then mix it well for, fry it for 5 minutes.
  5. Next add rice, salt to taste, add some garam masala powder  and then mix it well, and then fry it for 5 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves and then mix it well.

One day I went to my friend's home, that day my friend mother make this juicy tasty and recipe prepare mmmhhhhh!!!!! Wow amazing taste, then I ask recipe how prepare this aunt y... Then she will told the recipe, then I went to home and then I prepare the tasty and juicy recipe another day.. Wow the item is mmhh.. So good.. I change some ingredients also. Aunt y prepared this item with paneer, but I prepared with cheese and egg. To make them, cut off the crusts of sliced (loaf) bread. Flatten the crustless bread with a rolling pin. And then arrange some cheese egg mixture of each bread and top with a generous, and then roll up the bread, and then dip in beaten egg and then roll in to bread powder and then fry in plenty of hot oil. And then shift to paper towel and then serve it tasty recipe with tomato sauce... And enjoy it, kids like it so much to them... Its totally different snack item... Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl beat 2 eggs, and then mix it for 2 minutes for.
  2. And then add finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, salt to taste, chopped coriander, chat masala powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well for.
  3. Next take a bread slices cut edges and then flatten the bread with the help of rolling pin for flat the bread slice.
  4. All are completed and then start next process, and now take the flat bread and then sprinkle  the water for rolling the bread.
  5. Next take a cheese slice, put it in bread and then apply egg mixture it to the bread.
  6. And slowly roll the bread, and close it both side, and then put it aside.
  7. Next take bowl beat eggs and then add some salt and then beat it for. And then take the bread rolls and then dip the egg mixture and then roll it to bread powder.
  8. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then add to hot oil bread rolls to fry... Fry it in medium flame.
  9. It came's golden color and then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce..
