Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Chicken Masala Curry recipe.. In my blog I will share so many chicken curry's I prepare... But this curry is little bit time taken friends, thats Y U must prepare this curry is free time friends.. Actually I prepare this curry for Biryani and also for rice.. But you can taste it with roti, chapati etc.., so yummy to eat this curry with rice & biryani.... So friends lets move to recipe details...

Ingredients :-
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Onions 3
- Tomatoes 3 medium
- Fresh Coconut 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 3 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Green Chilies
- Coriander leaves
- First take a bowl add oil 2 tbsp to heat, then add cleaned chicken, 1 roughly chopped onions, tomatoes, salt to taste, green chilies, turmeric powder and mix it well.. Close with lid and boil it for water will be vapour...
- When water is vapour, then add chili powder, kashmiri chili powder mix it well.. And then cook it for 1 minute and then move it to a side...
- Now take a jar, add coconut pieces, ginger garlic paste and grind it fine paste...
- Then a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add roughly chopped onions, curry leaves and fry it for... Then add grind coconut paste, fry it for oil will oozes out, then add boiled chicken mix it well..
- Then add water 2 glasses and cook it for, 5 minutes in medium flame.. And then add garam masala powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.......
