Boneless Spicy Fish Pieces Fry Recipe

      Hi, today one fry item that is fried boneless fish pieces, it is very easy to prepare... U can serve it with rice for side dish, are take it with snack items also u can serve it.... Its so juicy and tasty recipe. I tried this recipe in my home really the taste is so good... Same process to prepare boneless chicken and prawn also try this recipe.... Actually I taste in in Nellore hotel, amazing taste and so juicy then I tried this in my home little bit ingredients only. And then I add some more ingredients to better taste its good tooo... Yummy I really love it the taste.. My father will love it so muchhh... So I share the recipe here... U also try this recipe and enjoy this new flavor... 

Ingredients :-
  • Bone less fish 250 grams
  • Maida flour 1 spoon
  • Corn flour 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2  spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Egg 1
  • Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  • Kasuri methi (Fenugreek leafs) 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder (spice mixture)
  • Chilli sauces 1 spoon
  • Soya sauces 1 spoon
  • Garlic cloves 4 chopped
  • Curd 3 spoons
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Coriander leafs
  • Cashew nuts 
Boneless Spicy Fish Pieces Fry Recipe how to prepare
Process of Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add bone less fish to it (cut it medium pieces). 
  2. Next take a bowl add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Coriander powder, kasuri methi powder, ginger garlic paste, egg, maida, corn flour powder and mix it well.
  3. And then add some water to a thick paste, and then add fish in that mixer and mix it well for. And then marinate for 20 minutes. 
  4. After 20 minutes, take the marinate fish and then mix it for. Next  take a fry pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then drop fish into oil. 
  5. And fry it in medium flame for, it came's golden colour and then put it a side.
  6. Then take a pan add 3 spoon oil, oil is heated and then add garlic pieces, green chillies and fry it for. 
  7. When the chillies are fry and then add chilli sauces, soya sauces, coriander leaves, 1/4 glass of water and mix it well.
  8. And then add little pinch of salt and curd and mix it well, and then add fried fish in that mixture and then mix  it well.
  9. Fry it for 5 minutes and then move to a serving plate, and add some spring onions to decorate... And then serve it hot...
And now so tasty  yummy  fish fry is ready to bite....  It can serve with biryani, chaptti, roti ect..., Enjoy the new flavour and delicious taste. Kids will like it so much....
