Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread Pudding Recipe

I tried making homemade bread pudding last night. It turned out, well, more like a very soupy and sweet version of french toast. Apparently eggs will turn into the scrambled variety if you don’t first temper them. Who knew? But, I don't use eggs in this recipe, I use for it custard powder for the mixture will take like that. The best soupy and sweet french toast I have ever had! Panettone is a buttery bread studded with raisins and dry fruits for good taste.... Italians, especially in the north, love to eat panettone at Christmas and New Year. Dunk panettone in your morning espresso or cappuccino. Panettone for dessert pairs well with a glass of vin santo or marsala. Leftover panettone is ideal for bread pudding or even french toast. Bread pudding takes about 10 minutes of actual work to make. The rest of the time is just waiting for the panettone cubes to toast, then to absorb the custard mixture and bake in the oven. It’s an easy recipe with a big payoff. My bread pudding has a rich and honey with interior with a golden, crunchy top. The buttery flavor sparkles with sweet raisins and dry fruits. You'll want to get a little of the custardy middle and a little of the toasted caramelized crust in every bite. Close your eyes, because this particular blend of sugar and cardamom powder requires complete focus. Breakfast, brunch, or dessert, by the end of the meal this dish will be licked clean. A loaf of regular day-old bread is perfectly fine in this dish. Also, bread puddings are not the place to skimp or substitute lower-fat ingredients. And I use simple ingredients in this recipe cooking time is low but waiting for to eat...... So try this recipe in brunch or dinner time you take this recipe for the time will also have... Ingredient :-
  • Bread 6 Pieces 
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Dry fruits for use
  • Cardamom 1/2 tbsp

Preparation :
  1. First  take a  fry pan add  butter, when butter little heat and then add  bread pieces and then fry it  both side. Fry it for red colour. 
  2. And then move it to a plate and then cool it for 5 minutes. And then start next process. Next take a bowl add custard powder and then add some milk mix it like a soft paste. 
  3. Now take a bowl add milk to boil. When  milk is boiled and then add sugar, and mix it well for the sugar will be melted. 
  4. And then milk is boiled for one boiled and then add custard milk and cardamom powder in that mixture and mix it well. And boil it in low flame only.
  5. When the  mixture  is contains thick, and then move it a side and cool it for 10 minutes.
  6. When the mixture is cool, and then add  fried dry fruits and mix it well.
  7. Next take a flat plate r flat bowl arrange the bread pieces, for first layer and then add custard milk half. And then again add bread pieces arrange that all sides and then add half of custard milk. 
  8. And spread it all sides the bread, and then press it just for. Now move it to refrigerator  and cool it for 2 hours.
  9. After 2 hours once check it for. It will be thick like a cake and then take it out cut pieces and then arrange the pieces to serving plate and then add honey in the cake and then serve it.......
