Ridge Gourd Dal Tomato Recipe How to make

          Hi, Today am sharing yummy and taste recipe Ridge Gourd Tomato Dal Recipe.. Its so good to serve with rice roti and chapati good combination... Very easy to make this recipe in just 15 to 20 minutes time to take for this recipe process...

Ingredients

* Ridge Gourd 1/4 kg

* Dal small tea glass 

* Onions 2

* Tomatoes 3

* Tamarind Small lemon size

* Green and red chilies 10

* Water 1, 1/2 glass

* Turmeric powder 1/4

* Red chili powder 1 tsp

* Oil 4 tsp

* Mustard seeds 1 tsp

* Cumin seeds 1 tsp

* Fenugreek seeds 1/6 tsp

* Red chilies 2

* Curry leaves

1) First take cooker add dal and clean it and then add ridge gourd pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, water, tamarind and then close with lid and cook it for 3 vessels..

 2) 3 vessels came and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...

3) Now open lid add salt to taste and mash it..

4) Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilies pieces and fry it.. Then add curry leaves mix it then add mashed dal and mix it well and cook it for 30 sec to 1 min.. Then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it with steam rice, chapati & roti's perfect...

       Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Ponnaganti Koora Leaves Toordal fry recipe... village style... My grand mother prepare this curry only ponnaganti koora leaves, but my mother add in this fry recipe toordal it so yummy taste and good to health... Its very good to kids so try to serve this weekly once's to kids.. Not only its very good to feeding mothers also so good its gives good protiens and vitamins.... This is my very very fav dish I love to eat this weekly 3 times that love so much :).... I will eat it rice, and also serve with sambar, dal curry, rasam etc..., so yummy to eat friends... This fry u can prepare for lunch box also very easy to make this.. First boil dal 90% then prepare this fry.. Its total time is 10 to 15 minutes only :)........ Raw Banana Fry Recipe:
Hi friends today am sharing recipe Raw Banana Fry recipe.. Very simple to make this fry item.. This is also lunch box recipe....... :) :) Friends Actually I stared Youtube then I add in my channel only.. Not only that friends some small problem face in my Blog so am not post here, but today awards I will share here also friends pls try to under stand.... :) :)... Friends this also very fast to make this recipe, this also for lunch box recipe.. Very fast and very tasty recipe... This is very yummy to serve with rice.. If U prepare this lunch box to ur children, so you can take rice then add ghee into rice then add banana fry into it then mix it well and then put it in lunch box.. Kids will love to eat it friends.... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Raw Banana small 2
  • Onions 2 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Garlic cloves 3
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-
  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili pieces and fry it for... Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt to taste, turmeric powder and then mix it well for........
  2. When onions are soft, then add chopped banana pieces and mix it well for... And then close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in low flame......
  3. After 5 minute open lid mix it well, when banana is soft (banana is fried it will be soft) then add crushed garlic, red chili powder, little bit salt and then mix it well and fry it for 30 sec and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it.......
Now so yummy so tasty recipe Banana fry recipe is ready to eat.. This so good to serve with rice and side dish for dal curry, dal recipes, rasam etc..., so friends try this taste recipe in your home taste it share it to your friends..... So friends pls subscribe my channel and support to me guys...
