Sugar Cane Semiya Sweet Halwa Vermicelli halwa

Ingredients :-
  • Sugar cane juice 2 cups 
  • Semiya 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee 8 spoons
  • Dry fruits 
  • Sugar 4 spoons
  • Cardamom powder (elaichi)1/2 spoon
Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add 4 spoons ghee fry dry fruits all, golden colour came move it a bowl. 
  2. In same pan fry vermicelli also. Golden colour came's add sugar and mix it well
  3. Then add milk boil it, when semiya is half boiled add sugar cane and again boil it for.
  4. Then the halwa is ready then add elaichi powder and mix it for. If u want food colour add little bit yellow colour mix it well. And then add ghee also boil it for 5 mins. Then turn to a bowl and serve it.......

Egg Omelet Fish Curry With Andhra Style

Items :-

  • Eggs 5
  • Onions 3
  • Green chillies 4
  • Red chillies 2
  • Tamarind 50 grams 
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Jerra 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Methi seeds 1/4 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • curry leafs, coriander leafs
  • Oil 8 spoons
Egg Omelet Fish Curry With Andhra Style how to cook
Preparation :-


  1. First take a jar add onions, red chillies, Cashew nuts grind it fine paste.
  2. Next take a bowl beat eggs mix for 5 mins. Then add salt, garam masala powder, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix it for 3 mins. Fine mix all ingredients, then take plate (or) flat bowl apply oil then add egg mixture. 
  3. Next take pan a add water boil it, when the water is boiled (first carefully drop plate), then put the bowl put lid. Next pan lid also put to close.
  4. Put it in medium flame for boiled. Then the egg mixture is boiled move it a side put it for rest.
  5. Than take a pan add oil, when oil is heat then add mustard seeds, jerra seeds fry. Then add ginger garlic paste,green chillies, curry leafs, turmeric powder, grind onion paste mix it well. 
  6. Onion is fried then add red chilli powder, salt to taste (only for curry). Next add tamarind pure add mix it well for 5 mins. When the oil will came out side than add coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it.
  7. Then take omelet cut into medium pieces, add in to curry and mix it. Boil it for 5 to 8 mins. 
  8. Then move to a bowl add some coriander leafs and serve it hot..

On Sunday, I cooked this special chicken dish along with phulkas and vegetable salad for a potluck. Everyone enjoyed the rich curry and wanted more helpings. No left overs. :-) This recipe calls for some preparation work and you need to have some time on hand to prepare it. Follow the recipe to the T and you have a truly Awadhi style chicken curry to relish. There are certain recipes which always remain our favorites and we can never be tired of cooking them over and over again. One such favorite recipe that I cook often and is enjoyed by my family is the Murgh Chicken Curry. Its better than any restaurant recipe. This chicken curry recipe is not a fancy one, very simple, straightforward and quick to make. I don’t remember the recipe source, its been there in my recipe files since ages, thought I’d share it. There are endless variations to the chicken curry and today’s chicken curry is prepared with the same basic ingredients as any normal chicken curry, the only other major ingredient is onion paste, cashew nut paste and some masala's. The spice level of the curry is high due to the use of poppy seeds paste and chilli powder. But the blending of cashewnut paste with the spices offsets the spicy flavor of the curry and gives this dish its unmistakable, and rich, subtly sweet, warm and spicy flavor. So try this recipe in sunday and then enjoy the new taste.... It's really good taste and feels like tot restaurant taste try this recipe in candle light dinner it to good to serve this recipe :-)...   • Chiken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2 (onions paste)
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds  paste 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nut paste 3 tbsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 3 tbsp
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
Murgh Chicken Curry Recipe How to cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add chicken, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder curd and then mix it well. And then  marinate the chicken in 30 minutes in refrigerator. 
  2. After 30 minutes u can start next process, now take a fry pan add oil, butter and then heat it for. When oil's are heat and then add to fry onions paste, and also add turmeric powder, salt and then fry for it 5 minutes in medium flame.
  3. When the onions are fried, oil is came out and then add poppy seeds paste and cashew nut paste and fry it for good smell. It will be take some more time to fry.
  4. And then add marinate chicken to onions curry and then mix it well for. And then cook it for 5 to 10 minutes, and also put the lid.
  5. After 10 minutes once mix the curry and then add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well again put the lid and cook it for 5 more minutes.
  6. After 5 minutes then chicken is cooked well and then add garam masala powder,coriander powder and mix it well. And then add some fresh coriander leaves and then turn to a serving bowl and then serve it hot.............
