Hi friends, today one Andhra Style recipe Beans Coconut Fry my style recipe..... In my child days my amma prepare this bean like masala curry, and also add it in fried rice for me in my lunch box... I love to eat beans in fried rice, that also my amma only prepare... If any other prepare am not so much like.... Ok lets move to recipe.. This fry is very tasty and also so fast to prepare this recipe..... Lets see the process to make this fry recipe step by step pics....
Ingredients :-
- Beans 250 grams
- Dry coconut 1/4 cup
- Bengal gram roasted 3 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 3 to 4
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garlic cloves 5
- Oil 5 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
Preparation :-
- First take beans cut it small pieces and clean it, then move it to a boiling bowl add water, turmeric powder, salt and boil it for 15 minutes in medium flame..... Beans will be soft then strain water and then move it to a plate.....
- Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry then add curry leaves to fry.. Then add boiled beans and fry it for 2 minutes in low flame......
- Take a jar add bengal gram roasted, red chilies, garlic cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces, salt and grind it fine powder like this.. When beans are little roast then add grind coconut powder and mix it well for it for 1 minute in low flame....
- Fry it for 1 minute then switch off the gas move, it to a serving bowl .........
