Carrot Potato and Peas Kurma Recipe Main Course How to Prepare

Ok friends today am sharing recipe is Carrot potato and Peas masala kurma recipe.. Its so yummy and delicious recipe and also spicy... Its very easy to prepare this kurma, friends I know all are now this kurma recipe.. But am sharing some tasty and different type.. You can prepare this for lunch box also so good... Firstly you cook it potato and peas, and grind it paste. Paste is coconut ginger garlic paste you want.. and then start process... 

Ingredients :-

  • Potaotes 250 grams
  • Carrots 100 grams
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 7 tbsp
  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Ginger pieces 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 7 u have paste you can add 1 tbsp
  •  Rock salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add potatoes, peas and close with lid and boil it for 2 to 3 vissels.. and then switch off the gas and leave it cool.. When potatoes are cool then peal the potato and cut it in cubes and put it a side.. 
  2. Next take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger garlic and grind it fine paste add some water...
  3. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, salt, turmeric powder mix it well.. Then add curry leaves, tomato pieces again mix it well fry it for tomatoes are soft..
  4. When tomatoes are soft then add carrot pieces and mix it again.. Fry it for 2 minutes carrot will leave ra smell.. When carrot is fried then add grind coconut paste and mix it again.. Fry it for oil will oozes out..
  5. Oil will oozes out, then add peas mix it well, then add kasmiri powder, chili powder mix it well.. Again fry it for 1/2 minute and then add water mix it well.. Then add boiled potato pieces mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame..
  6. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well... Then add coriander leave mix well
  7. Then add garam masala powder mix it well and then close with lid and boil it for 2 more minute in medium flame and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it......
Now so yummy and spicy and delicious recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to serve with roti, chapati also so yummy guys.... But I love to eat with rice and chapati friends..
