That's y today I share to you some different and tasty snack item "Bread Roll Recipe". Bread Roll recipe is most popular snack item and it is always healthy. Bread with potato filling makes a mouthwatering snack. This is a perfect snack with afternoon tea or served as an appetizer. Bread Potato Rolls are crunchy outside, spicy and soft inside.You can make it from fresh or leftover potatoes. My dad love to eat some different and tasty snacks.. My amma prepared so many varieties like mirchi bajji, bonda, masala vada etc.., daily prepared for tea time to take snacks with combination of tea time. First time my amma prepared this recipe in my home wow it's so tasty and mouth watering snack recipe.. So hot & so spicy... It is an popular Indian snack which taste great with a cup of tea. In India, when prepare approaches, a platter full of bread rolls with a hot cup of tea is a must for every north Indian. They treat themselves with these tasty and crispy Bread Rolls. The best part about the bread rolls is that are made of basic ingredients which are available in everyone's Kitchen. It is a quick and yummy snack. This occasional treat is relished by kids too. Here we are sharing simple cooking method of the homemade Bread Roll recipe and enjoy this tasty recipe at your home. Easy to prepare it tastes great with sweet tamarind chutney, mint chutney or tomato sauce.
Ingredients :-
- Bread Slices 8
- Boiled Potatoes 2
- Carrot 1
- Onion 1
- Capsicum 1
- Green chilies 3
- Salt to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
- Cheese grated 1/2 cup
- Oil for deep fry
- Coriander leaves
Preparation :-
- First take a pan add 5 tbsp of oil to heat, when oil is heated then add finely chopped onions and fry it for lite gold color.
- Now add finely chopped capsicum pieces and fry it for, then add mashed potato, grated carrot, green chilies and fry it for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, then add salt to taste and again mix it well. Then add garam masala powder and mix it well. And fry it for again 5 minutes.
- Then add grated cheese and mix it well then switch off the gas and move it to a side for cool..
- Take a bowl add water, and take bread pieces dip into water and press it with your hands. Now put the curry into the bread and then roll it and put it a side same to do like all bread pieces.
- And then take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add bread roll into oil to heat it.. (fry it in medium flame only). It came golden color then move it to a paper towel, and then move it to a plate serving plate...
