So so so much than q....... :) Love you all my sweet viewers...... Today recipe is sweet item, today we are celebrating na so I prepared this taste sweet recipe....  that's "Rabri sweet" recipe. Rabri is one of the easiest desserts, Rabri is a sweet, condensed milk based dish by made by boiling the milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its color to pinkish. Sugar, spices and nuts are added to it to give it flavor. It is chilled and served as dessert Rabdi is the main ingredient in several desserts, such as rasmallai, chhena kheeri, and kheer sagar. Everyone who has had the Rabri has fallen in love with it! Who wouldn’t? It is just too tasty to resist! You will rarely find someone who doesn’t like rich and creamy rabri having nice aromatic flavor of kesar (saffron), and elaichi (cardamom). This recipe uses traditional cooking methodology to prepare nice and thick rabri that has delicious small pieces of solidified milk cream. The abundant usage of almonds and pistachio adds to it texture providing something to chew on in every spoon that in turn fills up your mouth with aroma of saffron. So friends lets see the process to make.....

Ingredients :-

  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Sugar 60 gr
  • Badam 10
  • Pista 10
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10
  • Ghee 4 spoons
  • Saffron milk 10 tsp
Rabri sweet How to Make
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add milk to boil for it. Boil its in low flame for 1 ltr to 1/2 ltr came's. (Milk is boiled take time to prepare so care fully prepare.)
  2. And then the milk is came lite pinkish color came's and now add sugar and mix it well. 
  3. And boil it for 20 minutes for the milk constancies came's thick.
  4. When the milk is came's  thick contains, and then start next process...  
  5. And then take a wok add ghee to heat it, when the is heat then add cashew nuts, almond pieces to fry, and then add pista pieces also add and then move it to a side. 
  6. Now the milk is contains thick and then turn to  mixture and mix it, and then add soak saffron milk and mix it well.
  7. And then move it to a severing bowl and put it in freezer for 1 hour. After 1 hour u can serve it coollll..
So yummy and cool desert recipe Rabri is ready to serveit coolllllll..... U can sever this item with gulab jam also, it's really so nice. Combination to serve this item. Or u can serve  directly also and enjoy the new delicious sweet. So join with me and celebrate the 1st year......... 

Meal Maker Manchuria Recipe Evening Snack

      Hi to all today I choose one different item chinese recipe "Meal maker (Soya) manchurian" so hot and spicy snack item. Soya nuggets are good source of proteins, Soya Manchurian is prepare with fried nuggets and serve in soya sauce and onion based curry. You can serve it with fried rice and noodles, take it as u like..... And enjoy the delicious snack item..... 

Ingredients :-
  • Meal maker (Soya nuggets)1 cup
  • Corn flour 3 spoons
  • Maida 2 spoons
  • salt to taste
  • Food colour 
  • Onions chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 4
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Tomato chilli sauces 2 spoons
  • Soya sauce 1 spoon
  • Ajinomoto 1/4 spoon
  • Oil deep fry
  • Coriander 
Method :-
Meal Maker Manchuria Recipe
  1. First take a bowl add meal maker, water and boil it for 5 mins. When the soya nuggets are boiled and then drain water and put it a side.
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, then start nex process is. 
  3. Take a bowl add boiled meal maker, corn flour, maida, food colour, salt and mix it well. 
  4. And then oil is heat then fry the marinate soya nuggets and deep fry it red color in medium flame.
  5. Now the soya nuggets are fried then move it to a paper towel and put it a side.
  6. Next take a wok  add 3 spoons of oil to heat. When oil heat then start next process is.
  7. Add chopped garlic, chopped green chilies, and chopped onions and fry it for lite golden color.
  8. And then add 1/4 glass of water, little bit of salt and boil it for one boil.
  9. Next add chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, ajinomato and mix it well.
  10. And then add fried soya nuggets and mix it for few mins. 
  11. Next add chopped coriander and mix it well and then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot....

    Very easy and tasty morning break fast veg sandwich. Very easy to prepare this recipe.Bread pieces, kerra and tomato pieces  and ready your recipe. Simple ingredients, simple recipe... Children will be like it so much..... U can serve it with lunch also. Are send them to lunch time to school... Its very tasty and easy to prepare... 

Ingredients :- 
  • Bread pieces 6
  • Keera (cucumber) 1
  • Butter
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • Tomato ketchup 
  • Chat masala 
  • Grated Carrot 
Method :-
  1. First peel the cucumber cut it round slices. And the cut tomatoes also round slices and put a side.
  2. Now take a pan heat it, when the pan is heat then add  bread pieces  fry it for lite colour. Fry it all bread pieces and then put it a side.
  3. Next take a fried bread apply  butter one side, and then arrang vegetables, cucumber slices, tomato slices.
  4. Next add grated carrot, little bit of salt, pepper powder, tomato ketchup 2 spoons, chat masala to taste apply.
  5. And now take another bread apply butter and put it the sandwich and close it.
  6. And then cut it 2 pieces and then serve it, with  tomato sauce.

How to Prepare Paneer Tikka Recipe Evening Snack

     Paneer is a tasteless item yet, the most coveted ingredient of North-India and South. This is a classic tandoor tikkas dish which is almost everyone's favorite. I love it too and always used to think that you cannot make it without an oven or a tandoor. But here is my attempt at making it with oven and with out oven and it turned out yummmmy. Hope you will enjoy as much as I did. Tikkas are authentic punjabi snacks that are prepared in the tandoor. A tikka is basically any vegetable, paneer or meat marinated in a highly flavourful seasoning and grilled to perfection. Here large chunks of paneer have been marinated in tangy marinade made of curd, chat masala, ginger and garlic paste and then cooked in the microwave and gas stove. Paneer tikka can be serve with green chutny or sauce u can serve it hot....


Ingredients :-

  • Panner 500 grams
  • Curd 200 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon 1  
  • Onions 1 
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Little bit red colour 
  • Oil or Butter 
  • Coriander, curry leafs
Paneer Tikka Recipe  evening snack how to make
Method Oven process :-

  1. First take a fresh paneer cut it like a cubes, and then put it a side.
  2. Next take a bowl  add curd, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala powder, pepper powder, tandoori powder, salt, little bit of red colour and mix it well. 
  3. And then add paneer cubes and mix it well, the masala will complete catch the paneer cubes for. And then put it a side for marinate it for 30 minutes, after then start next process.
  4. After 30 minutes, now  preheat oven for 350 degrees  for 10 minutes.
  5. And then take oven try, then apply some oil to grease the try, and now add paneer cubes to the try and then move it to oven cook it for 10 minutes. 
  6. After 10 minutes check it, when it is fried  then take it out the try, apply  oil or butter to paneer cubes rotate it again move it to oven and baked it for 10 minutes. When  the panner cubes are totally baked  then move  it out.
  7. And then turn to a serving plate add onion rings, fried curry leaves, coriander leaves, lemon pieces to serve........
Fry pan method :- 

  1. Same process to paneer batter. 
  2. Next take a pan  add oil / butter 5 to 7 spoons. When oil is heat then add marinate paneer pieces to fry, fry it in medium flame.
  3. Turn the paneer pieces all side baked, panner is all sides baked then move it to a plate and then serve it.  U can serve it with green chunty or sweet chutny or tomato sauce..
Now so yummy and tasty Paneer tikka is ready to bit. Its so good to take this recipe in evening tea time...... Sip coffee or tea and then eat this one bit mmmmmmhhhhhhh no word to share... you must try this and then send to me a small feed back to me...... How'z it is....

Andhra Raw Banana Fry curry recipe how to make

   Raw Plantains are a low glycemic source of carbohydrate and full of nutrition.   1. First peel the banana and then wash it. And then cut it into round  pieces.(soak in to salt water.)
  2. Next take a jar add boiled red chilies, cloves, salt, garam masala powder grind it fine paste, and then add lemon juice and once grind it.
  3. Next take a bowl add bengal gram flour, salt, grind chili paste, Coriander powder and mix it.
  4. And the add chopped banana pieces and mix it well and soak it for 15 minutes.
  5. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is  heat then add banana pieces to the oil.
  6. Take each piece and fry it for both side, fry it in medium flame and fry it.
  7. And then it came's golden color and then add curry leaves and fry it for 2 minutes. And then move it to a serving bowl and serve it with side to rice.. Like papu, papupulusu, rasam great combination to eat it.........

     Hi friends Marry Christmas to all my friends & my group members...... Today special item cake.... "Black Forest Cake"..... Black forest cake  is a very popular party cake. It originated in Germany and traditionally a black forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate cake with whipped cream and cherries between each layer. Then the cake is decorated with additional whipped cream, cherries and chocolate melt. In a typical black forest cake each layer of chocolate cake is soaked with sugar syrup. Its so hard cake, I tried this so many times in my home, then came not bad.. I tried this cake in my home 3 to 4 time then good... And prefect that to decorate and then eat..... I really so happy to share here this recipe... So friends try this in Christmas or New Year........ Once again all of the viewers Happy Christmas to all..........

Ingredients :-


  • Coco powder 1/2 cup
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Eggs  3
  • Sugar 1, 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate crush for use
  • Chocolate essence 1 spoon
  • Butter 150 grams 
  • Baking powder 1, 1/2 spoon
  • Whip Cream for decoration 
  • Cherry's pieces 100 grams
  • Cherry's 50 grams
  • Chocolate grated 100 grams
  • Sugar syrup for spread 
  • Butter paper

    Homemade Black Forest Chocolate Cake Recipe How to Prepare
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add coco powder and maida mix it well then add baking powder also mix it well.
  2. Next take a bowl add eggs and beat it for bubbles came, and then add sugar and again beat it for 10 to 15 mins. 
  3. Sugar will melted then add maida mixer little bit beat it, and then  add some more maida in the mixture and then beat it, like cake mixture.
  4. And then add some cherry pieces and mix it and then add butter and mix it for 5 minutes.
  5. Next take a cake bowl apply butter all over box. (Are apply butter paper also.) 
  6. Oven heat it 180 degrees, pre-heat. And then add to cake box, put it for 30 to 35 mins bake.
  7. And put a side for rest of minutes, and then remove slowly turn to a plate.
  8. Next cut it two layer careful, and put it a side. Then spread sugar syrup for the cake in side. Same process to all layers to do.. Then start next process to prepare the cake.
  9. And then start the process to cake decorate. And now take a cake layer and then add some whipped cream, cherry pieces to apply the cake layer.
  10. And then add next cake layer to the cake and adjust the cake properly. And then spread sugar syrup and then apply whipped cream, some cherry pieces and again add last layer cake and apply the cream all side.
  11. And then decorate the cake with chocolate chips chocolate crush and cherry pieces. And now  yummy taste Black forest cake is ready to eat....  
Note :-

Bake with cake box in gas stove preparation. U have oven then prepare it in oven. U don't have oven this is the process to bake the cake. Here it the bake process.. 

If there is no oven u have, can do the cake with cake box also. First take cake box u can apply the butter or oil to cake box and then add the ckae mixture in it. And bake it for 40 to 45 minutes, in medium flame.When cake cook r not check it with tooth pick or knife. The mixture is not stick the knife or tooth stick  now cake is baked, then put a side for cool. And then start next same process.

Andhra Idly Pindi Attu How To Make Tasty le

Hi friends good morning to all.... Today Am  telling to a one new recipe. In andhra people know this recipe, but north side people don't know that's y am tell this easy and tasty morning break -fast recipe. (First day u can prepare idly next day u can prepare idly attu it's so tasty and delicious food.)
Ingredients :-
  • Idly batter 3 cups
  • Ghee / oil
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
  1. First take idly batter add salt to taste and mix it well.
  2. Next take a dosa tava add 1 spoon ghee / oil to heat, when is heat then add 2 ladle spoons of batter and spread it like a dosa.
  3. Little thick to spread it, and then add 2 spoons of oil  and roast it both sides with the help of lid.
  4. Both sides fry then move it to a plate and try another attu also in same process.
Serve with chatni, karapodi, sweet chatni what u like take it....

Prepare for Karapodi :-

I prepare to u for this break fast eat karapaodi. Its very hot and spicy podi. Not for attu, u can eat with hot rice adding with ghee, dosa, vada, idly.. Its good combination is ghee... To sever with this karapodi........

Ingredients :- 
  • Red chillies 8
  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Jeera 3 tbp
  • Urad dal 2 tbp
  • Tamarind small size lemon
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Salt to taste
  1. First take wok add 2 spoons of oil, when oil is heat then add dry red chillies to fry.
  2. Next add coriander seeds, jerra, urad dal and fry it for golden colour. Then put it a side for cool it for.... 
  3. And then cool the mixture now turn to a jar, add salt to taste, tamarind  and grind it fine powder.
  4. Next add cloves and then grind it powder. 
  5. And then turn to a jar and close it lid, the smell will not gone. 
When ever u use the smell be same....... It will be 10 to 15 days store.

And now the karapodi is ready to serve with ur break fast, ghee and karapodi so nice taste. In also serve it idly, vada, etc...,, serve it enjoy the taste and smell......... If u take idly and also use ghee. It so tasty and delicious................
