How to Prepare Mushroom Pepper Fry South Indian Style

   Hi friends, today one different recipe "Mush room Pepper fry". It’s very simple yet tasty recipe. I love mushroom and this recipe, is easy to cook and you don’t need a lot of ingredients. If you eat spicy food this is the perfect recipe for you. It goes well with Fried rice or even with Chapathi, Naan items... Certain kinds of Mushrooms are high in fiber, vitamin B1, B2, B3 and Vitamin C. Mushrooms are much more than just Fungus. They are highly nutritious and they taste fantastic in the right recipe.  I was of the opinion that mushrooms are non-vegetarian due to their meaty flavor. Mushrooms are vegetarian and would be a crowd favorite. Since I hadn’t cooked with mushrooms before, I tried to keep it simple by adding the asian flavors which I am comfortable with. I my family we eat non veg likely but I don't know how to prepare this recipe in home. When we want to restaurant, in Saturday's we don't eat non veg... That time we eat Mush room Special... First time I tried this recipe but its not good taste to me, again I will try this recipe with my mother help it so good taste... Really so good to eat that tasty spicy  recipe.. Its preparation also easy to cook this recipe...  And mine too... Button mushroom are the most popular.  So try this tasty recipe for a starter. 

Ingredient :-


  • Mush room pieces  1 cup
  • Onions 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1, 1/2 spoon
  • Green chillis 3
  • Pepper powder 2 spoon
  • Curry leaf powder
  • coriander leafs 
  • salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Lemon juice 1 spoon
  • Oil (or) Olive oil 5 spoons

Method :-


  1. First take a bowl add water to  boil. When the water is boiled,  then add salt, mushroom pieces soak it for 30 minutes.
  2. After 30 minutes move it to a bowl and then press it... And then put it to a side..
  3. Next take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped onions, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic past, salt and then mix it well. 
  4. When onions are fried, and then add boiled mushroom pieces, turmeric powder and mix it... Fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  5. Then add pepper powder, curry leaf powder, coriander leafs, and mix it for 10 minutes.
  6. And then add lemon juice and mix it for 2 minutes.  Then move to  serving bowl add some coriander leafs....... And now the dish is ready to serve it hot...

South Indian Kadai Mushroom Curry Andhra Style

  The south Indian Mushroom is like the chinese wok but much deeper than the wok. The whole recipe is cooked in the kadai and hence the name Kadai Mushroom. In India the kadai or kadhai is used for cooking semi dry or dry veggie dishes, making sweets and also for deep frying. It is one multi purpose pan which is found in every Indian kitchen. The kadai mushroom recipe can be made spicy and hot depending on the kind of red chilies you add. dry red chilies are added to make the kadai masala. So if you use hot chilies, the curry will be hot. If you use less hot and pungent chilies, the gravy will not be hot. so depending on the heat in the chilies, you can decrease or increase their amount. Mushrooms, spices, onions, tomatoes and peppers and tamarind juice. Their combination never goes wrong :-) Taste also so good to eat this recipe... Who will not eat non-veg that people will eat this recipe...   • Mushrooms 2 cups
  • Tomatoes 1/4 cup
  • Tamarind Little bit sock it in water
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Chana dal 3 spoon
  • Pepper powder 1 spoon
  • Rai 1 spoon (In telugu avalu) 
  • Dry red chillis 2
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Oil 4 spoons
  • Curry leafs 
  • Coriander Leafs 
South Indian Kadai Mushroom Curry How to Prepare
Method :-


  1. First take a wok add chana dal to fry, when chana dal is fried then move it to a jar. And now add pepper powder grind it fine powder.
  2. In same wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then add dry red chili flakes, rai, curry leafs to fry.
  3. When the mixture is fried then add tomato pieces and fry it for few more minutes. It will be cooked for.
  4. Now the tomatoes are cooked, add mushroom pieces, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well. And now put the lid to cook for 10 minutes.
  5. The mushroom is cooked well, add tamarind juice and 1/2 glass water mix it well, and put it for boil again 10 minutes in medium flame. 
  6. When the mush room is boiled, then add garam masala powder, coriander leafs and mix it well. And put it for 3 minutes. And then move to a serving bowl and serve it with roti, chapati pulka etc....,

Mohanthal Sweet Recipe How to Prepare

      Mohanthal is a popular gujarati sweet that is often prepared during Diwali. khoya, milk or cream, ghee, sugar and intensely fried besan are used to prepare this. The recipe i am sharing is not an authentic one. But is a short cut and quick method to making Mohan thal in less than 25 mins. This recipe is good for those who do not know how to check the string consistency properly which the traditional mohanthal recipe calls for. I love sweets.. I like making Burfi’s for the fact that it can be stored for several days and I can have a little sweet everyday. Lets see the process to make easy and simple method...... :)

Ingredients :-

  • Besan 250 grams
  • Ghee 2 spoons
  • Milk 5 spoons
  • Unsweetend Khoya (or) Mava (In telugu pachi kova)
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 spoon
  • Ghee 150 grams
  • Badam, Pista for decorate
Mohanthal  Sweet Recipe How to Cook
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add sugar, water and mix it, and move it to heat in medium flame only.
  2. When sugar syrup consistency will came one thread, then add khoya, ghee and mix it well for.  
  3. Now take a pan add besan and fry it for good smell. It came good smell, then add cardamom powder mix it well then move it to a side. 
  4. And now the besan is ready to prepare another step, then add to sugar syrup and  mix it like a thick paste. 
  5. When it came thick then move it to stove again boil it, (don't stop to mix). When ghee oozes out then move it to a side.
  6. Take a plate apply ghee, and then turn to the mixture into plate and spread it. Now add fried dry fruits spread to the sweet.
  7. Put it a side for 10 minutes for rest, then cut it into  small pieces then move it to a serving plate and serve it.......

CRISPY VEGETABLES FRY..

Ingredients :-


  • Capsicum 1
  • Beans 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Corn flour  6 spoons
  • Maida flour 2 spoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Butter 2 spoons
  • Garlic cloves 3 
  • Onions 1/2 cup
  • Green chillis 3 (cut it small pieces)
  • Tomato sauce 2 spoons
  • Chili sauce  1/2 spoon
  • Tasting salt
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leafs
  • Chili powder
  • Water
  • Spring Onion 
  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon


Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add vegetable pieces all, then add salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida flour, tasting salt little bit of water and mix it.
  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add vegetable each pieces to deep fry. It cames golden brown colour move to papaer towel.
  3. Next take a pan add Butter & some oil heat it. Next add garlic pieces, green chilli pieces fry it few sec. Next add onion pieces fry it lite brown colour. 
  4. Then add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, salt, Coriander. Mix it well for few more sec.
And now add fried vegetables and mix it for 5 mins. And move it a plate and serve  it tomato sauce......... Its taste good. Eat it hot only...... In lunch time are dinner time u will try this tasty crispy veg recipe........

Sweet Dry Fruits Rice Pulao How to Prepare

  This pulav dish from Kashmir is rich in ingredients but mild in taste. It is not at all spicy and it is even somewhat sweet to taste. It goes well with spicy chicken or mutton dishes like mutton rogan josh or Chicken Dhanival Kurma. It contains dry fruits like almonds, cashews, sultanas and walnuts. And like all Kashmiri cuisine, Saffron is an integral part of this recipe. So, I start with my favorite Kashmiri Pulao with dry fruit – enriched with dried nuts, milk and strong spice flavors, and added with the sweetness of dry fruit makes this pulao very different from any other rice preparation. I first tasted this dish at a hotel in Banglore. I didn’t like it at all. It felt like I was having a dessert. Since that time I strictly avoided this dish whenever I was dining out. The taste is so but the flavour is so tempted to me... So I serche it in net.. And then I tried this recipe.. ok good taste.. One day I want to my friends house,  I asked here  share to a Kashmir Sweet Pulav recipe.. Actually she is a north idian girl so I asked here so different style recipes..  So here is the recipe which I learnt from my friend that day. I really don’t know whether this variant is authentic Kashmiri cuisine.  So, I start with my favorite Kashmiri Pulao with enriched  dried nuts, and strong spice flavors, and added with the sweetness of pomegranate makes this pulao very different from any other rice preparation. This is highly and rich recipe it is so tasty so juice and sweet recipe..... So lets see the process to make this Sweet Pulav....... 

Ingredients :-


  • Basmati Rice 1 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 
  • Ghee 10 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp 
  • Saffron 3 pinches  
  • Garlic cloves  3
  • Water 2 cups
  • Salt to taste 
  • Badam 8
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Raisins 10
  • Dry Apricot 8 
  • Pista 8
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Method :-


  1. First take a bowl add basmati rice soak it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes drain  the water put it a side for 30 minutes.
  2. Now take a bowl add 2 cups  of water and salt to boil it for 15 minutes..  
  3. Next take a wok add ghee 7 spoons,  when ghee is metaled then add finely chopped onions to fry. Fry it lite brown color, then add drain rice and mix it for few more seconds.
  4. And then add boiled water and mix it well, then  put in medium flame cook it for.
  5. Next take a wok add ghee to heated,  then add cumin seeds,  garlic pieces, cinnamon powder, pepper powder, fry it all for.
  6. When rice boiled then move it to the mixture and mix it well for, 2 minutes.. It cames good aroma...
  7. Take a pan add ghee, when ghee is heated then add almonds, cashew nuts, pista, raisins, apricot pieces  to fry it for gold color. 
  8. Now add  boiled  rice and mix it well, and also add saffron milk mix it for, and then cook it for 2 minutes.. And then move it to a bowl  add mint leaves and sever it hot..........

  • Pasta sauce  3 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce  3 tbsp  
  • Olive oil  3 tbsp
  • Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp 
How to prepare Bread Cheese Pizza recipe
Method :-

  1. First pre heat the oven in 200 degrees for 5 minutes. And then start next process, take a oven try  apply olive oil and then put it a side.
  2. Next take a bread, and then apply to bread tomato sauce or pizza sauce what u like u can use that sauce. Apply it all side to bread.
  3. And then add some finely chopped onions pieces, finely chopped capsicum pieces, grated cheese, olive oil , red chili flakes sprinkle.
  4. And then move it to oven and cook it for 10 minutes for  baking bread. When the bread is baked and open it move it out and then serve it....
