Egg Dosa Andhra Style How to Prepare

       Breakfast recipe Egg Dosa..... In our Ap we must to eat morning breakfast recipes like dosa, idly, puri, vada, pongal, uppma recipes... My childhood we eat regularly idly pongal, uppma weekdays only dosa, puri, vada... Its so boring to me daily idly same break fast am waiting for weekend for dosa.... My amma prepared ghee dosa to me in my childhood... Wow its so good to am but she prepare to my dad karam dosa with ghee, then I asked to my amma I also what that to me my told no you can't eat it very spicy... so no!!!!!! No I want that dosa... Then she to told me k but not know.. I sad k!!!!! :( Next weekend my amma prepared for me egg dosa little bit spicy wow it so tasty and delicious..... Now am eat this egg dosa spicy.... :) Ya guys its really so tasty and simple to prepare and so we eat this one or two its an-eff to eat this... My other half is especially particular about his protein and hence I rely on eggs heavily (and few minimal other options) in the morning. But in this frantic search for protein, the foods we grew up with seems to have taken a huge backseat. While Idlis and Dosa do have some amount of protein in them (thanks to lentils), the total amount is unsubstantial to his needs. So in my quest to make sure our foods still make a prominent placement in our weekly meals, I started making fusions with egg. Not only that in your AP this breakfast is also street food recipe... In your town so many restaurants, road side restaurants prepare this dosa... Now a days in your Nellore people start some dosa corner, dosa addha so many street restaurants on wheels.. Off course I am so interest to eat street food... so then lets see the process to make egg dosa..........  
  

Ingredients :-
  • Dosa batter 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry dosa
  • Egg 1
  • Red chili paste (yerra karam)
Preparation :-
  1. First take dosa batter add salt and mix it well, then add little bit water and then mix it like dosa mixture....
  2. Now take a bowl beat egg then add red chili paste, little bit salt again beat it for..

  3. Then take a dosa pan make dosa and then add egg mixture into dosa and then spread it all side's....

  4. Add oil to fry the dosa, and then fry it... One side is fried then turn it another side also fry it for....  Dosa fried both side's then move it to a serving plate serve it......

Now the spicy egg dosa is ready to eat.......... Its very easy and taste breakfast.... 
I wrote in my blog red chili paste in dosa recipe....... If you don't simple to prepare this with red chilies 8, 2 chopped onions, rock salt to taste to add jar and then grind it paste now the red chili paste is ready....... So friends try this recipe in your home and enjoy it........ :)

How to Prepare Idiyappam with Sweet Recipe

    I usually make sweetened coconut milk ( with sugar) for idiyappam as served in restaurants.I make coconut milk with jaggery only for vendhaya dosai. When i was seeing t.v there came this wonder full recipe... Actually I went kerala in my childhood for 'swami darsanam'.. first time I eat this tasty Idiyappam... Its so tasty and delicious, but there serve it in hotels, restaurants it's a compulsory recipe.... It tastes great for idiyappam and also there is no need to extract coconut milk. So this milk is less in calories too. But it tastes more like coconut milk. Also it takes lesser time to prepare than extracting coconut milk. They I ask to amma, to prepare this Idiyappam recipe, but my amma don't know the recipe to prepare... After few year's I saw this recipe in t.v channel then I noted the recipe how to prepare... What else I need to try this recipe. I tried on the same day for breakfast. It was superb. I have got a tasty sweet accompaniment for idiyappam and appam other than the usual coconut milk.Friends , do try this milk for a change. U’ll make it often. Like Idli another harmless and light dish is Idiyappam. Idiyappam also called as string hoppers is a traditional Tamil, Kerala and Sri Lankan food consisting of rice flour pressed into noodle form and then steamed. It is usually served with idiyappam kurma or coconut milk. Conventional method of making idiyappam is by first preparing the homemade rice flour and then adding boiling water to the flour and squeeze it through the press and mould to get like a noodle and then steam cook it. But now we are getting readymade idiyappam flour which makes our effort less and we can make idiyappam very easily. I have explained here the conventional method of making idiyappam by using homemade rice flour. We can very well follow the method and use the store bought idiyappam flour also. Its simple to make this recipe.. So lets see the process to make this.....

Ingredients :-

  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Water 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery 1/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
Idiyappam with Sweet Recipe How to Make
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add water to boil, when water is boiled then add oil, salt and then mix it well for.. then boil the water till the bubbles starts to rise up in the water.
  2. If you are using a store bought idiyappam flour and you have stored it in refrigerator, then boil the water nicely. If your rice flour or idiyappam flour is at room temperature, Take the idiyappam flour or rice flour in a mixing bowl. 
  3. Mix the flour with the backside of a ladle till all the flour are mixed well and you have got a soft dough.  Stop adding water once all the rice flour are mixed up. 
  4. Take the idiyappam press and fix the idiyappam mould and lightly grease the press with oil to avoid stickiness. To this add 1 fist full of  dough  and close the idiyappam press.
  5. Take the idli plate or idiyappam plate and grease the plates with oil. Squeeze the dough onto the idli plates in a circular motion.
  6. We can also place a damp cloth on the idli plate and then squeeze the dough. Now place the idli plates in a steamer and steam it until done. This is similar like how you cook idly in the cooker. And now start next process for jaggery, coconut milk.....
  7. First take a bowl add coconut milk to boil, then add jaggery mixture and then mix it well for... And boil it for thick slightly.... 
  8. When the coconut milk is little bit thick then add cardamom powder and then mix it well for like a syrup then move it to a serving bowl and then serve it with Idiyappam....

Idli Upma Recipe Andhra Style with LeftOver Idlis

     Hi friends, Today different and tasty recipe "Rava Idli Upma" it is very simple and to prepare this very easy... Idli Upma is made from left over idlis. Rava Idli Upma is similar to Idli Upma except that we use rava idlis. I made this dish from the leftover idlis made from instant rava idli mix. It was very delicious and has become my favorite go to upma recipe. It was a relaxed holidays for children there will be scene at home. Breakfast was the usual Poori, chapati, idli, dosa mmmmhhhhhh always to kids its a boring break fast.. Actually my akka children oooohhhh god... to much they are asked to akka amma pls try some new varieties for don't repeated boring idli, dosa... Then my akka asked me then I told to her you can prepare upma.. Then my akka told to me, my akka son will not eat umpa, pongal recipes (I know that) some little change is 'Idli Upma'.... She prepared that recipe in home, which the kids enjoyed. 
This quick Umpa from Leftover Idlis proved to be the best suited. These Idlis were made with Idli rava and urad Dal and were also seasoned. But you can make this Upma with the regular idlis that you make. After seasoning, the plain idlis turn into a tasty dish that one can't expect. Its very to prepare first make idlis then mash it then make upma... Kids also love to eat this recipe... When you are prepared idli kids are bored so this idli upma, like kids... You can serve this with chutney or  pickle. Lets see the process to make it........ 

Ingredients :-

  • Idlies 4
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 5
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add idli's and then mash it with your hands, put it a side for... then start next process to make upma.....
  2. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and then fry it for...
  3. When dal is fried, then add chopped onions, green chili pieces to fry for 5 minutes in medium flame.. 
  4. And then add salt, turmeric powder and mix it well for... And then add mashed idli mixture and mix it well, then add coriander leaves.
  5. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame and then move it to a plate and then serve it hot..... 
And now the tasty and delicious recipe "Idli Upma" is ready to eat... You can serve this recipe in morning break fast or evening to eat this recipe... So simple and taste is yummy... South Indian Rava Idli Recipe How to Prepare

   Hi, friends, good morning to all... Today break fast item "Rava Idli". Its south special break fast recipe. In south side we prepare morning break fasts Idli, dosa, vada, pongal, etc.., This breakfast is very good to health, months kids are to eat this idlis. In this it so good to eat the tasty item. We eat this idlis with sambar, karapodi(red chili masala powder) with ghee its so tasty and so delicious.. In Andhra have so many restaurants, hotels, small road side shops have here. There also prepare idli, dosa, its very famous in south side break fast item. Idlis are often referred to as steamed rice cakes – They are usually a healthy, yet filling way to start the day in South India. Idli is a steamed south Indian dish that is typically made from fermented rice batter. Rice batter needs to be prepared in advance however, so this recipe uses rava (semolina) to make the idlis instead. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast, this simple recipe will soon become one of your favourites. 
   But today we prepare some different and tasty idli makes... Normal idli we prepare couple of days, but today some different and taste & little bit spice. Same process to the idli batter. Then I use some coriander leafs, cashew nuts, ginger, etc..,  I love idli & dosa... Although these mixes are convenient when the going gets busy, I will recommend you find a relaxed 15 minutes somewhere to give this a shot. Since it takes just 15 to 20 minutes in all, you have enough time in the morning  break fast to make this a part of your lunch box also.... As you like but I prefer this morning breakfast... It so tasty and delicious... You can use to serve with coconut chutney it so tasty to this Idli. So friends lets see the process to make the idlis.......

Ingredients :-

  • Idli batter 3 cups
  • Ginger pieces 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts as u like
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leafs
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leafs
South Indian Rava Idli Recipe How to make
Making Process :-

  1. First take a bowl add idli batter mix it well for. (I post idli prepare process in my blog.) Then add salt and then mix it well for.
  2. Now take a pan add oil to heat it, when oil is heated then add urad dal, mustard seeds, cashew nuts, curry leafs fry it for lite red color.
  3. Then add finely chopped ginger pieces, finely chopped green chilies,  turmeric powder and now mix it well. Fry it for 2 minutes in medium flame.
  4. After 2 minutes and then move it to idli batter and then mix it well. Then add finely chopped coriander leafs and then again mix it.
  5. Now take a idli cooker add water, take idly stand make idlis and then put it into cooker now close it wit lid. Boil it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame.
  6. After 10 minutes, check it once the idli is boiled then move it a side and cool it for 5 minutes.
  7. When the idli is ready, then move it to a serving plate and then serve it hot.. Add some coconut chutney...

Different Tasty Snack Item Jack Fruit Dosa

   This is a breakfast item made from jack fruit flesh/pulp. This dosa comes out best with sugar and elachi flavour. (the soft silmy variety of jack fruit). This dosa is different than the regular ones in that its thick and sweet and does not really need a side / chutney. Its very quick and easy to make provided you have jackfruit on hand. Jack fruit dosa is yet another taste. The batter here is very unique in taste with a combination of  sweet taste. After eating whole lot of gujje (raw jackfruit) recipes & receiving the tantrums from my family members, decided to impress them by cooking something different. So, tried recipes like godi shira (wheat flour kesari baath),  besan laadu,  pundi etc.. Today, While passing by the fruit stall, I again got attracted by the aroma of jackfruit :)... I saw this recipe first time in a book.. After I prepare this recipe limited to prepare.. First time to prepare this recipe in home my first to give to my dad taste this recipe... My dad eat this dosa he told me wow so nice recipe dear...... Amazing really the tasty so nice to eat this..... Bu  we eat this recipe with tomato pickle....... Its great combination recipe...   • Jack fruit pieces 2 cups
  • Urad dal 1 cup
  • Rice 2 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee for fry 
  • Coconut grated 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Elachi powder 1 spoon

Preparation :-

  1. First soak rice and urad dal for 4 hours. Then take a jar add rice, urad dal, jack fruit and grind it fine paste. 
  2. Then soak it for a whole night. Next day morning to use this  dosa batter.
  3. Next day morning,  mix the dosa batter then add little bit salt, sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well then add little bit water and mix it like a dosa batter.
  4. Then take a dosa pan heat it, when the pan is heated add ghee and then add dosa batter and spread it like a dosa.
  5. And then spread grated coconut sprinkle add some ghee, fry it both sides. When dosa is fried move to plate and serve it hot.....
  6. If u like some add jack fruit small pieces also in grated coconut and mix it well then use....
Now the tasty and delicious recipe "Jack Fruit Dosa" is ready to serve...  U can serve it with tomato pickle are honey also...... Try it once and enjoy the new taste.... 

Idly Sambar (Andhra Breakfast) Recipe

   Idly sambar Andhra Break fast... It tasty and delicious morning break fast... If the Rava Idli isn’t flavorful enough, try your idlis doused in sambar, a spicy red stew of tomatoes, dal, onions, and whatever else the kitchen has lying around. Sambar Idly is a speciality of South Indian Cuisine. It is one of the famous healthy breakfast recipe that is loved by people all over country & abroad. 
   This recipe requires to make a lot of Sambar, as we need more sambar to soak the idlies in..! And also prepare "Mini Idlie's" tastes great & the kids will just love them. Not only in Andhra, in Tamilnadu also it's very famous. When I went to chenni we eat Samabar Idly  I love it so much... Though there are still several Karnataka dishes that I would like to try out and post, this time, I am sticking to a popular dish from Tamilnadu. Hotel Saravana Bhavan is a famous for its 14 idli. This is nothing but 14 tiny idlis dunked in sambar. And this combination is filter coffee mmmhhh!!!! I loved it so much... something people can't stop talking about once they have tasted it. A saucepan shaped (and sized) container full of their signature sambar in which the idlis soak until you dig into them - is it any wonder people keep going back for more of it?
    Today, I have for you, my version of this popular restaurant dish. Idli-Vada-Sambhar…who doesn’t enjoy this heavenly combo for breakfast? I can eat them anytime of day, anytime of year. When it comes to breakfast, this is my perfect idea of comfort food. And its healthy too (sans the vada of course!). In Andhra its very special, in restaurants, hotels it very famous in Andhra also... In my home we prepare weekly 3 days, we eat not only samdar, we with ghee and koarapodi mmmhhh!!! yummy taste mouth watering to me... So today we prepare Sambar Idly its very easy to make in your home...... 

Sambar  Ingredients:-  
                                                                
  • Arhar dal (Red Gram/yellow lentils) 1 cup
  • Tamarind 50 grams (soak for it)
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato 3
  • Green chillies 6
  • Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoons
  • Sambar powder 2 spoons      
  • Oil 5 spoons 
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Jerra 1 spoon
  • Dry red chillies 2
  • Hing(Asafetida)  1 pinch(to smell) 
  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs
  • Salt to taste 
  • Water
SAMBAR Idli how to prepare  RECIPE
  Idly Ingredients :-

  • Urad dal 1 glass
  • Idly rava 2 glasses
  • Salt to taste
  • Water for mix
Method for Idly  prepare:-

  1. First take a bowl add urad dal, water and then soak for 5 to 6 hour, next take another bowl add idli rava, water and soak it. (Then wash both sparetly).
  2. After 6 hours, take a jar add urad dal and then grind it  fine paste add little bit of water to paste the urad dal.. (thick batter) 
  3. Now take idli rava also drain it, and then press it your hands (you press the rave will avoid water you will add only rava) and then add in to urad dal paste.
  4. And then mix it well for the mixture is prefect. And then soak it for 8 hours (You prepare this batter night time and then use next day morning break fast).

  5. Now take idly bowl add 2 glasses of water and then boil it for 5 minutes. 
  6. Next take idly batter add salt to taste, little bit of  water and then mix it well. The batter is ready to make idlis.

  7. Take idli plates and then add the idly batter in to that, and then put it in to idly bowl and then close it with lid and boil it in medium flame, for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes check it once's and then move it to a side and cool it for 5 minutes and then serve it hot..
And now prepare Sambar to Idly combination to eat... Lets see the process..                                 
 Sambar Method :-    
  1. First take a cooker add arhar dal, add water 1 1/2 cup, cook it for 4 whistle's
  2. When the dal is cooked put it a side for 15 minutes. Then remove the lid mash it fine paste.
  3. Next take a cooking vessel heat it, and then add chopped onions, Chopped tomatoes, green chili pieces, tamarind paste or tamarind juice and then add some water and then mix it well. 
  4. Next add turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix it well. And boil it for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes and then mix it once's, and now add boiled arhar dal paste, and then add some water and mix it well.
  6. And now add salt to taste and mix it well for, and boil it for 10 minutes.
  7. Next take a wok add oil, when oil is heated and then add mustard seeds, urad dal, red chili pieces, hing powder, garlic clove's pieces, curry leaves and  fry it for, when the mixture is fried.
  8. The mixture is fried and then add to boiled arhar mixture and mix it well and boil it for 1 minute.
  9. Now add add fresh coriander once's and then move it to a serving bowl.. And serve it with idly...

Ingredients :- 

  • Bread slices 6 
  • Onions finely chopped 1
  • Tomato finely chopped 1
  • Capsicum Finely chopped 1 
  • Mozzrella Cheese 5 tbsp (as you use)
  • Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  • Pasta sauce  3 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce  3 tbsp  
  • Olive oil  3 tbsp
  • Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp 
How to prepare Bread Cheese Pizza recipe
Method :-

  1. First pre heat the oven in 200 degrees for 5 minutes. And then start next process, take a oven try  apply olive oil and then put it a side.
  2. Next take a bread, and then apply to bread tomato sauce or pizza sauce what u like u can use that sauce. Apply it all side to bread.
  3. And then add some finely chopped onions pieces, finely chopped capsicum pieces, grated cheese, olive oil , red chili flakes sprinkle.
  4. And then move it to oven and cook it for 10 minutes for  baking bread. When the bread is baked and open it move it out and then serve it....

And now tasty and yummy morning break fast is ready to bite. Its preparation also very easy and quickly... Its good to eat in morning breakfast... Serve this with tomato sauce.... And then enjoy it...
