Gujarati item dal dhokli recipe it's take like snack, dinner time..
- Tur dal 1 cup
- Wheat flour (Atta) 1 cup
- Tomatoes 2
- Onions 2
- Green chillies 4
- Tamarind (lemon size) Soak in water
- Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 spoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil 6 spoons
- Urad dal 1 spoon
- Mustard seeds 1 spoon
- Jerra 1 spoon
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 spoon
- Dry red chillies 2
- Water 4 glasses
- Curry & coriander leafs
Preparation :-
- First take a cooker add tur dal wash it. Then add some water, onion pieces, tomato pieces, green chillies and lid cook it for 3 to 4 vissels.
- Then take a bowl add wheat flour add salt, oil and mix it with water like dough. And put it a side.
- Take a kadi add 3 spoons of oil, when oil is heat add urad dal, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilli pieces, curry leafs fry for it.
- Next add tamarind puri and add 1-1/2 glass water and mix it well.
- Then open the cooker paste the papau add it into this mixer and mix it for.... Next add turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix it.
- Next take the dough shape it like a chapati and cut it in diamond shape and then drop in to pappu mixer. Put it medium flame and cook it. (Don't mix for 5 mins.) After 5 mins then mix it for.
- Cook it for 5 mins. Then add some coriander leafs and serve it hot......
Its very tasty and delicious recipe. In this cool climate serve it hot kali medal..... If u take with roti, chapati else...
