How to Prepare Potato Dry coconut Fry recipe (à°¬ంà°—ాà°³ాà°¦ుంà°ª à°•ోబరి à°ªోà°¡ి à°«్à°°ై)

         Hi friends today am sharing recipe for lunch box Potato Dry Coconut Spicy Fry recipe... Very simple to prepare this for lunch box... In child-hood my mama prepare this fry for my lunch box, its so yummy and tasty friends.. Simple ingredients like coconut, roasted bengal red chili powder it will be little spice... So fast to prepare this and so easy to prepare... Lets move to recipe details...


Ingredients :-

  • Potatoes 250 grams
  • Onions medium 2
  • Dry Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Roasted bengal gram 5 tbsp
  • Red chilies 6 to 8
  • Garlic 5
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tbsp (black garm)
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds to fry... Then add chopped potato, curry leaves mix it well for, fry it for 5 minutes..
  2. After 5 minutes add chopped onions, turmeric powder mix it well for and close with lid and fry it for 2 minutes...
  3. Now take a jar add coconut, roasted gram, red chilies, garlic cloves, salt little bit and grind it fine powder.... 
  4. Now open lid when potato and onion is fried, then add grind powder mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl....
Now so yummy and tasty fry recipe is ready to serve.... Its so good to eat with rice, add some ghee in hot rice add some curry mix it then eat friends... Then told to me how the fry is...
