Ingredients :-
  • Pine apple  1
  • Maida flour  (WHITE MILL) 1 cup
  • Ghee for deep fry
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 spoon
  • Saffron little bit
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts crush 5 tbsp
  • Pista crush 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • salt pinch
PINE APPLE JALEBI RECIPE

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, curd, baking powder, salt to pinch and mix it well.
  2. It contains like a thick paste. (Like a Bajji batter.) And then put it a side.
  3. And then take pine apple cut it round slices. And then add to sugar water to soak.
  4. Next take a thin bowl to add sugar, 1/4 water and boil it for sugar syrup. It contains one thread constance.  
  5. And then add cardamom powder and mix it well and then add soaked saffron milk also and then boil it for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas. 
  6. Next take a wok add ghee to heat. When ghee is heat and then start the process.
  7. And then take pine apple rings take and then dip the maida batter and then move it to heat ghee to fry the pine apple batter. Fry it in medium flame for good colour.
  8. It came's golden colour and then move it to syrup, and soak it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes move to a plate.
  9. And then sprinkle the cashew nuts crush, pista crush. And then serve with icecream....

We prepare this item regularly weekends.. In morning times very prepare the time will also will be saved.. So tasty item, this item will prepare in street food also... We prepare this break fast item specially we use ghee, its really taste and delicious taste... Preparation ingredients also so simple. Its one of the favorite breakfast to me... Ingredients :-   
                                                         
  • Urad dal 1 cup
  • Whole Rice 3 to 4 cups
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Boiled Rice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee to fry

Method :-


  1. First take a bowl add urad dal, Whole rice, fenugreek seeds,water and soak for 4 hours.
  2. And then wash it for, and then take a jar add the rice mixture and grind it smooth paste. 
  3. And then soak it for whole night. And then start the next process in morning break fast time.

  4. Now start the next process in the morning, shift some dosa batter to a bowl and then move it to refrigerator for next day to use.
  5. Next take a dosa pan to heat it, and then add dosa batter spread it like a dosa. And then add ghee to fry the dosa.
  6. when dosa is little bit roasted and then turn next side. And then fry it for 30 sec. 
  7. After 30 sec turn the dosa, and then put the gas sim. And apply the red chili paste spread it all side to dosa and then add some ghee to dosa and then move it to a plate.

And then serve it hot, and now the hot and spicy karam dosa is ready to eat...

 Red chili paste :-

  • Red chillies 8
  • Onions 3
  • Rock salt (or) Salt to taste
  • Water 1/4 tea glass
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add red chilies, salt, chopped onions and grind it. 
  2. And then add some little bit of water and again grind it for fine paste.
  3. And then turn to a bowl and then serve it to plain dosa or Karam dosa (Red chili dosa).
