How to Make Homemade Yogurt From Raw Milk

The raw milk used to make yogurt contains a higher concentration of solids than normal milk. By increasing the solids content of the milk, a firm, rather than soft, end product results. Addition of nonfat dry milk  is the easiest at-home method for doing this. Another method is using scaled milk  heating milk near boiling, then letting it cool down to 40 to 46 °C (105 to 115 °F). The process denaturates  whey proteins, which makes yogurt thicker.
The yogurt making process provides two significant barriers to pathogen growth,heat and acidity (low pH). Both are necessary to ensure a safe product. Acidity alone has been questioned by recent outbreaks of food poisoning by that is acid-tolerant. Is easily destroyed by pasteurization (heating). Therefore, pasteurized milk is used for making yogurt.
This initial process is the first step in making strained yogurt as mentioned above by eliminating some of the liquid whey.While you can definitely buy Greek yogurt from the store to complete this dish, the homemade variety is so much tastier and less expensive.  I encourage you all to try making it from scratch.
 Actually I am from Andhra, we got milk, curd plenty.. We use to prepare some sweets, some dish to prepare this products.. That's we got yogurt in ever home. In Andhra we called it curd (in telugu perugu) its very famous in your villages.. And taste is so yummy and so sweet. Today am prepare the Greek yogurt very easy to prepare in home. I think all r now how to prepare this item but how don't that people to see.. So lets see the ingredients and prepare..
Ingredients:-

  • Raw cream milk 1/2 ltr
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tbsp for good smell
How to Make Homemade Yogurt From Raw Milk
Preparation :-

  1. First take a sauce pan add milk to boil, when the milk is boil and then switch off the gas and put it a side for cool it for 15 minuets.
  2. Don't cool the milk totally, milk will be little warm 80%, and then add yogurt and mix it,and put a side. (Actually we prepare yogurt night times. The yogurt complete prepare night time only. So u also prepare this prefect yogurt night time.) 
  3. Minimum the time will to the yogurt to ready. When the yogurt is ready and then move to refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. After 4 hours, line a colander with fine mesh cloth or a clean tea towel. Pour the yogurt into the colander.
  5. You can either gather the corners of the towel and tie it before hanging it over your sink for 5 hour. 
  6. After 5 hour, then turn to a bowl and mix it for. And then add vanilla extract and mix it for 5 minutes.  And then use to Apple smoothie and salad es, etc...  
And now the yogurt is ready... It will be store in a tight container, It will store for 3 days.. to good.. In this yogurt can add some fresh fruits, or straw berry crash and mix it well. And then cool it serve it cool.. Its so good and yummy taste..

Almond Chicken Leg Pieces Fried How to Make

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken leg pieces 6
  • Curd 5 tbsp
  • Almond paste 8 tbsp
  • Almond  crush powder 4 tbsp 
  • Pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Rec chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1tbsp
  • Red food color 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil 15 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl and then add curd, salt, red chili powder, pepper powder, almond paste, lemon juice, food color and mix it well.
  2. And take chicken leg pieces, cut just then marinate for the chicken. (First chicken cut lite and then soak for 15 minutes in salt water. And then use that chicken for marinate.) 
  3. And then add the leg pieces to the marinate batter and mix it well for 2 minutes, and put a side for 1 hour soak.
  4. After 1 hour start the next process. When then is marinate now start the next process.
  5. And now take a wok add oil to heat it.
  6. Next take a bowl beat one egg beat it, and then add maida flour, salt, cornflour, Almond crush powder and mix well.
  7. And now take marinate chicken leg pieces dip in to egg mixture and then move to oil and then fry it.. 
  8. Fry the chicken in medium flame, for the chicken is boiled. Fry it all side, it came's brown color and then move to a side..
