Spicy Veg Biryani Recipe How to Prepare Andhra Style

         Hi friends, my sunday recipe rice and special in... And also my husband sister daughter will came to my home so special is compulsory!!!!!!!! So I tried this vegg recipe..... Its vegg Biryani...... Simple ingredients and i take only 2 veggs only for this biryani...... Vegetable Biryani is a delicious and wholesome meal which people can relish along with different kinds of raitas or chutneys. It is usually made in many Indian homes on Sundays during lunch and is served with love to family and even friends. It is a rich and exotic rice dish which looks colorful with assorted vegetables. This is a very exotic rice dish with spicy vegetables. The rich aroma makes this dish very inviting among kids n all. Also, this biryani is a special dish on party occasions and goes very well with onion raita or any curries. This is a complete meal in itself and healthy as it has all the vegetables required and takes very less effort to prepare. Ingredients :-

  • Basmati rice  2 cups
  • Carrot 2
  • Potato 1 big
  • Onions 3
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Shahjeera 1 tsp
  • Cloves 5
  • Cinnamon Sticks 4
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Cashew nuts
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Ghee 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Meant leafs 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leafs 
    Spicy Veg Biryani Recipe How to Cook
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add oil / ghee to heat, then add shahjeera, cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamoms, cashew nuts to fry... Then add chopped onions mint leafs to fry....
  2. When onions are fried, then add chopped carrots and then fry for 5 minutes in low flame.......
  3. And then add tomatoes, chopped potato pieces, green chilies again mix it well for... Fry for 3 minutes, then add ginger garlic paste also again fry it for good smell.....
  4. Then add soaked rice, mix it care and then fry it for 2 minutes in low flame.......

  5. Then add water 3, 1/2 cup, salt to taste and then mix it well for...... And then close with lid and then cook it in medium flame......

  6.  Cook for it for few minutes,  after then check it boil 90%........ then open the lid and then mix it well for......
