Rava Poornalu Andhra Traditional Recipe

Items :-
  • Bombay rava (Semolina) 1 cup
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom (Elachi) powder 1 spoon
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/4 spoon
  • Dry fruits
  • Ghee 6 spoons
Rava Poornalu Andhra Traditional Recipe
Method :-
  1. First take a pan fry rava for good smell. Then move it to a plate.
  2. Then add ghee fry dry fruitsfor golden brown colour. 
  3. Then take a pan add 2 cups of water boil it. And then add fried rava in boiling water and mix it well.
  4. Then add elachi powder, ghee, dry fruits and it well. (It came's like a upma contains.)
  5. Next put it for cool, then we do next process.... 
  6. Take a bowl then add maida, salt and mix it for. Then add water like tight bujji mixer. 
  7. Then heat oil for deep fry. When oil is take rava small ball and dip in to maida paste and drop it in oil for deep fry. 
  8. When golden colour came's move it paper towel and serve it.....
Its (ur) Andhra traditional  sweet. We will prepare for festivals & poojja's. Its very tasty and yummy snack try it once our recipe.....
