Ingredients :-
- Ragi Flour 1/4 cup
- Ginger small piece
- Saindhava lavana salt (or) salt to taste
- Butter milk 1 cup
- Lemon
- Green chilli 1
- Curry leafs
Method :-
- First green chilli fry, ginger also fry, then curry leafs also fry then turn to a jar and grind it fine powder.
- Next take a bowl add 1 glass of water boil it. Then take a bowl add ragi flour add some water also mix it, when water is boiled, and then add ragi water mix it. (put it in sim flame)
- Then add saindhava lavana powder mix it. Next add grind curry leaf powder, and mix it.
- Then move it a side add butter milk and lemon juices... Next turn to a serving bowl add some curry leafs powder coriander leafs add and sever it.......
Its very healthy soup. And weight also morning or night u take it u will weight loss ur body, healthy and natural. It so good to health.......
