Ingredients :-

  • Pine apple pieces 1/2 cup
  • Pine apple grated 1 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Full Cream Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 6 tbsp
  • Almond pieces 2 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts pieces 2 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk or Milk Made 5 tbsp

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add ghee to heat, when ghee is heated then add pine apple grated fry it in low flame for 5 minute.. (fry it for good smell it will be leave raw smell)....
  2. Now add sugar and mix it well.. And boil it for sugar is melted, when sugar is totally melted then add cardamom powder and mix it well.
  3. Next take a pan add milk and boil it... Boil it for 1 cup milk will be came.. milk, when the milk is totally ticked then condensed milk add and mix it well.....
  4. And then mix it well, boil it for 5 minutes in low flame. Now add almond pieces, cashew nut pieces and mix it well for.. And cook it for 2 minutes...... Then move it to a serving bowl....
  5. Then move it to freezer and cool it for 4 hours.. then serve it cool..... and enjoy the desert...
