          Hi, Today am sharing yummy and taste recipe Ridge Gourd Tomato Dal Recipe.. Its so good to serve with rice roti and chapati good combination... Very easy to make this recipe in just 15 to 20 minutes time to take for this recipe process...

Ingredients

* Ridge Gourd 1/4 kg

* Dal small tea glass 

* Onions 2

* Tomatoes 3

* Tamarind Small lemon size

* Green and red chilies 10

* Water 1, 1/2 glass

* Turmeric powder 1/4

* Red chili powder 1 tsp

* Oil 4 tsp

* Mustard seeds 1 tsp

* Cumin seeds 1 tsp

* Fenugreek seeds 1/6 tsp

* Red chilies 2

* Curry leaves

1) First take cooker add dal and clean it and then add ridge gourd pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, water, tamarind and then close with lid and cook it for 3 vessels..

 2) 3 vessels came and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...

3) Now open lid add salt to taste and mash it..

4) Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilies pieces and fry it.. Then add curry leaves mix it then add mashed dal and mix it well and cook it for 30 sec to 1 min.. Then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it with steam rice, chapati & roti's perfect...
