How to Prepare Varki Paratha Recipe

     Today I am share one morning break fast or night dinner time recipe. The name is "varki paratha".
The parathas turned out to be one of the simplest and tastiest ever....... This thought fleets across our minds every time we eat out or take out- and every time, we make and eat a wonderful dish at home.
    As the name indicates this parotta (paratha). U can serve it with masala curry's, like cauliflower curry, channa dal masala curry, and panner curry what u like u can serve it..... And taste it. Not only that u can prepare this paratha with stuffed poricha parotta that is made using either a veg or non-veg stuffing.
    This so simple to make some ingredients only, like maidda, butter or oil to use this recipe little bit more. But the paratha so tasty and delicious  item... I thick I will prepare this well or better... :)

Ingredients :-
  • Maida flour 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Milk cream 5 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soaked Saffron milk 
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, milk cream 3 tbsp, butter 2 tbsp, soaked saffron milk and mix it for 1 minute. And then add water to mix like soft dough, put it for rest 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Next take a small bowl add 5 tbsp of maida flour, milk, cream, butter 1 tbsp and mix it like a paste, put for 15 to 20 minutes for marinate.
  3. After 15 minutes take the maida dough and press it.. Then take small small balls and make it round balls.
  4. Next roll the maida dough ball on the rolling board with rolling pin with out apply the oil to help of. And then apply the maida paste to the chappti and roll it as thin as possible, like a rope. 
  5. Next a bowl move the small dough balls and close it with plastic sheet, and then move it to refrigerator, and soak it for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes then take it out and then, now with a rolling pin, slightly roll it into a circle. (Don't press to hard and don't roll it too thin.)
  7. Same all are completed then start next process. Take a fry pan apply butter 1 spoon and then add paratha and fry it. One side fried then turn next side and apply one more spoon of butter and fry it... Both side are fried then move to a serving plate and serve it hot..... 
Now the tasty and delicious item varki paratha is ready to taste.... Serve it with panner curry items, or any non veg items u can serve it......
