Bread Shahi Tukda Sweet Really Yummy Taste Recipe..............

Hi, to day recipe "Bread shahi tukda sweet recipe". Shahi tukda is a very simple and easy recipe to make especially. The shai tukra is made of fried bread soaked in sugar syrup. And then add to creamy sweet thickened milk and garnish with dry fruits.  Ingredients :-
  • Bread pieces  6 
  • Ghee for deep fry
  • Milk with cream 600 ml
  • Sugar 1 cup medium 
  • Raisins 15 
  • Cashew Nuts 10
  • Almond 10
  • Pista 10
  • Cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • Saffron milk 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
Bread Shahi Tukda Sweet Really Yummy Taste Recipe..............
Method :-
  1. First take bowl add sugar 1/2 cup, and then add water and then boil it for 15 minutes. 
  2. And then take a bread slices and cut it sides, and then cut the bread  4 cubes and then put it a side.
  3. Now take a fry pan apply ghee to fry the bread pieces in ghee.And then add bread pieces and fry it golden brown colour.
  4. When the bread pieces came brown colour and then move it to a plate.
  5. Next take a bowl add milk and then boil it for 3 boils of the milk. 
  6. Next add sugar and mix it well, when the sugar is melted and then add cardamom powder, soaked saffron milk and mix it well. When the milk is ready and then cool it for 15 minutes, and then start next process.
  7. And now it contains will came thick milk, and then take sugar syrup and mix it.
  8. And then add fried bread pieces in sugar syrup, soak it for 1 minute.
  9. And then take it to a long plate, and then add boiled milk sauce to bread pieces.
  10. Now add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almond, chopped pista, raisins and then put put in freezer for 10 minutes.

Two thread means where two wires of sugar syrup is formed in between your fingers and it’s consistency is pretty thick. Ingredients :-
  • Cashew nuts 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Rose water 1 or 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nut pieces
  • Ghee 1 tbsp

Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add Cashew nuts and grind it fine powder. It came's fine powder than put a side.
  2. Next take a wok add ghee, sugar, water just 6 tbsp and mix it. 
  3. Mix it well and boil it for thick two thread consistency came's, then put flame in medium flame.
  4. Next add cashew nut powder and it well, mix it for like a soft paste.
  5. Mix it for 2 to 3 minutes, then switch off the gas and move it.
  6. Take a plate apply ghee, and then move it to a plate and spread it both sides. 
  7. And then cool it for 10 minutes, and then cut it diamond shape small pieces.  
And then serve it, the tasty and delicious sweet Kaju Katli is ready to eat... Once again happy "Holi" to all...... Enjoy the colours of holi.... And be safe holi....   

Amrutha Gutikalu Sweet Recipe How to Make

   Sweet Recipe Amrutha gutilkalu, I prepare this in my home. Its tradition recipe we prepare this festival days. It very taste and delicious sweet. Very simple to prepare this recipe, I used rice, sugar, milk. Very tasty and healthy and easy to make this recipe... Here the recipe....

Ingredients :-
  • Rice (soaked) 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom 5
  • Saffron 3 pinches 
  • Almonds 10
  • cashew nuts 10
  • Pistas 6
  • Ghee 10 tbsp

Preparation For Method :-
  1. First soak rice for 4 hours, then grind it fine and smooth paste.
  2. Next take a fry wok add milk, and then add this rice mixture and mix it well. (U mush mix it for don't put high flame, cook it in sim flame.)
  3. It came's thick paste and then add sugar and mix it for, the rice flour is boiled then add cardamom powder and mix it.
  4. Then add soaked saffron milk and mix it well. And then boil it in sim flame to cook this recipe.
  5. Next take a wok add ghee to heat, then add chopped almond, cashew nuts, pistas and fry it for lite golden color.
  6. And then add these fried dry fruits in to rice halwa and mix it well.
  7. Next take a plate, apply ghee to plate and then turn the mixture to plate and spread it.
  8. And then cut it in to small pieces, and put it a side for cool......  And then take pieces, to serving plate and serve it.....

Sweet Potato 65 Snack Item How To Prepare

Ingredients :-
  • Boiled sweet potato pieces 1 cup
  • Corn flour 3 spoons
  • Maida 2 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1, 1/2 spoon
  • Red food colour

Andhra Sunnundalu (Black Gram laddu)

   Laddu is a sweet delicacy prepared not only south India but all over India and South Asia, for festivals and special occasions. Different types of laddus are made using different key ingredients such as Bengal gram, dhal(chickpea), flour ( besan), wheat flour, semolina (suji or rava ) and so on. Now today we prepare  Minappa Sunnundalu (Urad Dal Laddu) is a traditional Andhra sweet dish that is simple to prepare. Can be stored in an air tight container for at least 2 weeks. Sunni vunda/Sunnunda is Andhra Pradesh's famous laddu. It is very simple and you can just prepare it instantly. It is considered as the energy food. My grand mother used to say that it is must for the kids and teenagers. Generally Kids and teenagers are more prone to hunger than the middle age and old age people. This is because they require lot more energy to built muscles, bones etc.,  you can prepare this laddu and enjoy with your family members. This preparation is so simple and easy... Ingredients :-

  • Black gram  (Minumullu) 2 cups
  • Sugar 2 cups 
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
     
Preparation :-

  • Black gram with husk dal fry for good smell. (Nice aroma get a it a side.) After it cool then grind it fine powder.
        
  • Next grind sugar also fine powder. Now mix together black gram powder, sugar powder mix it well.
         
  • Slowly add melted ghee and keep mixing with hands, till the mix holds together and shape them round. (The ghee should be just enough to hold the powders together.                          
 Its very healthy and tasty sweet recipe, if u can make with sugar or jaggery to prepare this recipe.  Kids love it so much so friends try this recipe and enjoy the taste.......

Sweet Potato Chips Variety Snack Item

Items :-
  • Potatoes 2
  • Sugar 1 Cup
  • Maida 2 spoons
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt little bit
  • elachi powder 1/2 spoon
Method :-
  1. Wash  potatoes, then cut it in to  small slices (or) pieces. (If u can use for cut chips peeler use to cut the potatoes.)   
  2. Next spread maida in this pieces and mix it well. Then add salt also(It came's different taste).
  3. Next take bowl add sugar, 1/4 cup water and boil it for sugar syrup.(It contains thick syrup.)
  4. Next take kadi add oil to heat. When oil is heat drop the potato chips and fry it for golden colour. Then move it the sugar syrup put it for 2 mins then turn to a bowl and serve it.... 
It will be store 10 to 15 days...... Its different snack item......

Sugar Cane Semiya Sweet Halwa Vermicelli halwa

Ingredients :-
  • Sugar cane juice 2 cups 
  • Semiya 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Ghee 8 spoons
  • Dry fruits 
  • Sugar 4 spoons
  • Cardamom powder (elaichi)1/2 spoon
Preparation :-
  1. First take a pan add 4 spoons ghee fry dry fruits all, golden colour came move it a bowl. 
  2. In same pan fry vermicelli also. Golden colour came's add sugar and mix it well
  3. Then add milk boil it, when semiya is half boiled add sugar cane and again boil it for.
  4. Then the halwa is ready then add elaichi powder and mix it for. If u want food colour add little bit yellow colour mix it well. And then add ghee also boil it for 5 mins. Then turn to a bowl and serve it.......
Yummy Yummy tasty Sugar cane semiya halwa is ready to eat. Children will be like so much tasty and yummy delicious...........                                                                                                    

How to Prepare Tomato Halwa Sweet Recipe

     Today recipe one sweet item, "Tomato Halwa" sweet recipe, so sweet and so delicious recipe. The freshly bought red ripe tomatoes reminded me of the delicious Tomato Halwa. I saw this recipe in book. I immediately decided to make the delicious dessert for my family. How about a sweet and rich dessert with ghee. Tomato halwa a festive special or a normal day today dessert, fits both themes. Although almost all of us love the flavor of ghee, some have an aversion to its aroma and flavor, for such people this will be a great treat. You need very few ingredients to prepare this awesome tasting and delectable dessert. Though I have used ghee here, it still tastes great and rich and perfectly suits your festive mood. It has a sweet flavor with a mild tangy flavor. I love tomatoes in any form they make your curries rich and tasty gives a nice texture and color to whatever recipes you add them to, be it chunky pieces of toppings for pizza or pureed tomatoes for masala, they make the recipe look and taste great and they are also very healthy. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants which fights against cancer and also helps reduce cholesterol level; vitamins A & C, and many other minerals, when cooked the tomatoes release more lycopene an antioxidant, so try adding more tomatoes in curries and gravies, include them in your day today cooking. They say that tomatoes can help make you look fairer too am sure many must have loved this tip. Choose bright red colored tomatoes for cooking this contains more lycopene and Vitamins. Ingredients :-
  • Tomatoes 6
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour  5 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10 
Preparation :-
  1. First take a jar add tomatoes to grind, and then it fine puree, and some little bit of water and then grind it fine paste. 
  2. And now take a wok add 3 tbsp ghee, tomato paste, and then cook it for 10 minutes. Cook it in medium flame.
  3. Next add sugar and then mix it well and then boil it for 15 minutes for melt then sugar. 
  4. Now sugar is melted, then take a bowl add corn flour, water and mix it well.
  5. And then add the corn flour water to tomato puree and then  mix it well. (Don't stop mix.. If u stop the corn flour will be not mix to tomato puree.) 
  6. And then add ghee also and mix it well, when the halwa will be over then the ghee is came out side, and then add cardamom powder and then mix it well.
  7. When ghee it came out and than move it to a side,  And now turn it to a bowl, now add fried dry fruits and then serve it cool or hot.... 
And then "Tomato Halwa" is ready to taste... It will be some little sour and sweet its really so yummy recipe... Try this recipe and enjoy it........  

Sweet Rice Kesari Pulao Recipe How to Prepare

     It is one of the few sweet dish Kashmir Pulao. It is sweet, and it has saffron as its primary colour, the top colour in our tiranga. I present to you the sweet pulao.(Kashmir recipe).... This puloa uses saffron as one of the main spices, the most exclusive variety of which grows right here in Kashmir. For those with a sweet tooth...this rice is just irresistible! You have to be very attentive while preparing this recipe, but I assure you that the outcome is well worth the effort. I use the Basmati Rice but extra care is to be taken while preparing Basmati rice otherwise you might end up with a mush or under-cooked rice, rather than fluffly rice. Also, this rice is also prepared as one colour rice (Yellow/Orange or Saffron). I use in this recipe dry fruits and and spicy's.... Its very tasty and delicious recipe. In Kashmir people  prepare this recipe regularly... Its high proteins and healthy food. And also we prepare this recipe with pure ghee.. That's it high protein food..... I prefer to u eat this night dinner time...... 

Ingredients :-
  • Basmati Rice 2 cups
  • Milk 3 to 4 spoons
  • Ghee 12 spoons
  • Dry fruits 50 grms
  • Cinnamon 3 to 4 pieces
  • Cloves 5
  • Elachi (cardamom) 5
  • Bay leaf 1 (or) 2
  • Sugar 1, 1/2 cup
  • Food colour Yellow / Soak saffron 1/2 spoon
  • Salt 1 spoon
Sweet  Rice Kesari Pulao Recipe How to cook

Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add water to boil, then add 2 spoons of ghee, salt 1 tdsp, then add soaked rice and mix it. Boil it for 70% and then strain it and then put it a side.
  2. Next take a wok add ghee for it, when ghee is heat then add dry fruits to fry, it came's golden colour then move it a side. 
  3. And now take a fry pan add some ghee to heat, then add cloves, cardamom, bay leafs, cinnamon, fry it for. 
  4. Next rice is boiled 70% and then add sugar and mix it care fully. 
  5. And then take a bowl add 6 spoons of milk and then add little bit of food colour and mix it then add to boil rice and mix it. (Or use soaked saffron milk also what u like u prefer it...)
  6. Now the rice is boiled 95% then add fried dry fruits and mix it.
  7. And then put it in dum and cook it for 15 to 20minutes. 
  8. When the rice is totally boiled then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot...... 
Enjoy the new flavor rice... Its so sweet and juice rice is ready to taste. And feel the tasty and delicious recipe........ 

Rava Kesari Bakshalu Recipe How to Make

Ingredients :
  • Semolina (rava) 1cup
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Salt 1/2 spoon
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Badam 5
  • Raisins (kismis) 10
  • Cardamom powder 1 spoon
  • Oil 5 spoons
  • Ghee 50 grams
Method :-
  1. First take a wok heat it and then add semolina fry for 5 mins. It came's good smell and then add sugar in this mixture and mix it well. 
  2. And then add milk, water and mix it well.
  3. It will come together like a thick pudding. It will take 10 to 12 minutes. 
  4. Cook it in medium flame, and then add some ghee also and then mix it.
  5. Next take a wok add 2 spoons ghee, fry chopped cashew nuts, badam, raisins fry for lite brown color.
  6. And then add fried dry fruits to kasari mixture and mix it well. 
  7. And then cool it kasari for 15 minutes and then start next process.
  8. Now take a bowl add maida, salt, oil and mix it like a smooth dough. Put it for 15 mins for rest.
  9. Next take a plastic paper (or) oil paper, and apply ghee to help dough making small balls.
  10. Now spread it to ur hands like small chappati shape. And then put the kesari balls in that chappti and close it both sides.
  11. Next spread it the ball with help of ghee, like chappati shape with u r hands.
  12. Next take a dosa pan add little bit of ghee, and then add stuffed chappati's to pan and fry, it in medium flame with help of ghee.
  13. Fry it both side's and then turn to a serving plate and serve it Hot......
And now ready to taste Andhra special festival recipe Rava bakshalu is ready to taste......
