Ridge Gourd Dal Tomato Recipe How to make

          Hi, Today am sharing yummy and taste recipe Ridge Gourd Tomato Dal Recipe.. Its so good to serve with rice roti and chapati good combination... Very easy to make this recipe in just 15 to 20 minutes time to take for this recipe process...

* Ridge Gourd 1/4 kg

* Dal small tea glass 

* Onions 2

* Tomatoes 3

* Tamarind Small lemon size

* Green and red chilies 10

* Water 1, 1/2 glass

* Turmeric powder 1/4

* Red chili powder 1 tsp

* Oil 4 tsp

* Mustard seeds 1 tsp

* Cumin seeds 1 tsp

1) First take cooker add dal and clean it and then add ridge gourd pieces, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, water, tamarind and then close with lid and cook it for 3 vessels..

 2) 3 vessels came and then switch off the gas and leave it for cool...

3) Now open lid add salt to taste and mash it..

4) Now take a wok add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilies pieces and fry it.. Then add curry leaves mix it then add mashed dal and mix it well and cook it for 30 sec to 1 min.. Then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it with steam rice, chapati & roti's perfect...

        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe Spicy Prawns Thick Gravy recipe.. Its so yummy and so simple to prepare this recipe.. This is also my signature recipe... Actually I prepare this recipe first in my home.. Its really so yummy and so delicious... I like this very much little spicy its mouth watering recipe friends :).. First time I am prepare this recipe, my husband taste this he told me wow am really so happy :):):)... It came restaurant taste I love it so much friends thats am share this recipe to all my lovely group members, subscribers & viewers... So friends try this yummy recipe.. Ingredients :-


  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, curry leaves to fry.. Then add chopped onions, green chilies, turmeric powder, rock salt to taste and then mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes in medium flame..
  2. After 5 minutes open lid add ginger garlic paste and then mix it well.. And fry it for onions are fried like golden brown color..
  3. Onion are fried then add marinated prawn and mix it well (I already marinated prawns with turmeric powder only...)... Boil it for low flame for 5 minutes...
  4. Now add chopped tomatoes mix it for... Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame.. After 5 minutes add kashmiri powder, red chili powder and then mix it well and close with lid and boil  it for 5 minutes in low flame...
  5. After 5 minutes open lid mix it well, and then add garam masala powder again mix it well.. Then add chicken masala powder again mix it and fry it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and leave it for 5 minutes and then move it to a serving bowl add some coriander leaves and then serve it hot....
So yummy and delicious recipe Prawn Thick Gravy is ready.. Its so simple to make this recipe, simple ingredients but taste is wow..        Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is break fast recipe Chicken gravy for Idly.. Its so yummy and mouth watering recipe.. So good to serve this gravy for Idly, dosa, vada to serve so yummy friends.. Actually I prepare this is in Sunday sorry friends late post. Iam little bit busy so am posting late sorry... Ok then this gravy you can serve with flavoured rice, coconut rice, tomato rice, plain flavoured rice etc.., Its so yummy to eat friends so simple to prepare but time time will taken min 30 minutes time will take friends... So lets move to recipe details and step by step to show in video friends...
Spicy and Tasty Chicken Gravy Recipe

Ingredients :-

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2 big
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp(ginger pieces garlic cloves 8)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 4
  • Whole Grama Masala spices

Preparation :-


  1. Take a jar add coconut pieces, ginger pieces, garlic cloves and then grind it.. Now add water again grind it fine paste... 
  2. First take a cooker add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add whole gram masala spices to fry. Then add roughly chopped onions, green chilies to fry..
  3. Then add turmeric powder, slat to taste again fry it for soft.. When onions are soft then add chopped tomatoes, chicken pieces mix it..
  4. Roasted it for good smell (chicken will fried it gives good aroma) chicken is roasted water will be vapour.. Then add grind coconut paste and mix it well.. 
  5. Fry it till good smell oil will oozes out.. Then add water 3 glasses again mix it, then add chopped coriander leaves mix it.. Then close with lid boil it for 4 to 5 vissesls and then switch the gas and leave it for cooker will cool..
  6. Cooker is cool then open lid, mix it once then put it in stove add garam masala powder mix it well.. (Now you check salt and spicy).. And boil it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot.......

          Hi friends, today am sharing recipe is Drum stick Milk Recipe.. So yummy so tasty recipe simple to make this.. So simple to prepare this for lunch box friends time also save.. In my child-hood my amma prepare this for my lunch box this is my one off my favorite recipe in veg items.. Actually I love to drink milk but not add sugar am drink only puree milk friends.. I like to drink tea with sugar but in milk I don't like to drink.. In my child-hood I eat only milk rice now also hahaha... :) Friends today am sharing to all my self introduction to u all friends.. But language problem write friends.. Ya am a telugu girl I speak in english but I have some fear friends thats Y am talk in telugu in my channel friends.. I can't reach to all of u guys I wrote in english but I can't speak well in english friends.. How I connect to all of u.. Ingredients :-

  • Drumsticks 2
  • Onions 2 big
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Bengal Gram 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves

preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, bengal gram to fry..
  2. Then add chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and mix it well.. And fry it for onions are soft.. 
  3. When onions are soft, then add drumstick mix it well and fry it for 2 minutes then add milk, 1/6 glass water mix lite and then close with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame...
  4. After 5 minutes open lid mix lite, again close with lid boil it for again 5 minutes more...
  5. Now open lid water is totally vapor then add red chili powder mix it well.. Fry it for 1 minute and then switch off the gas and then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot...

Now so yummy and tasty recipe Drumstick Milk Fry recipe is ready... So yummy taste and so delicious recipe friends try this simple to make this..         Hi friends....... How are u all... Sorry to late post friends... Iam suffering viral fever, am not post here friends... But now ok, then am stared recipes here friends.... Today am sharing recipe is Nellore famous curry Spicy yummy Nellore Fish Curry....... In Nellore very famous curry friends... When any out people came Nellore that people eat this fish curry friends... Not only fish curry in Nellore there are so many places to see and different types of recipe here we prepare friends.... :) Ok friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Fish 1 kg 
  • Onions 3 to 4 big size
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Tamarind 150 grams
  • Red chili powder 6 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 13 to 15 tbsp or 1/4 cup
  • Mango 1
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds to fry... Then add finely chopped onions again mix it well for....   
  2. Then add rock salt, turmeric powder mix it well.... Then add curry leaves mix it, add chopped tomatoes mix it well and cook it for tomatoes are soft... 
  3. I already socked tamarind for 30 minutes and make this like puree and then put it a side..
  4. When tomatoes are soft, then add chili powder mix it well for... Cook it for 2 minutes in low flame.. Then add tamarind juice, again mash juice like last pic..
  5. And then add some water again mash it like this pic.. And then add this juice in fish like this 2nd pic.. And then mix it well for...
  6. I already cleaned and put fish pieces... And then close it with lid boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame boil it for... And then open lid mix it well for...
  7. Then add cleaned fish pieces, add green chilies mix like this 4 th pic... (don't use lid after adding fish pieces....)
  8. Again close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes medium flame, then add chopped mango pieces, again mix it like the 2 nd pic... And then cook it for 10 minutes in low flame...
     
  9. After 10 minutes open lid again mix it slowly, then switch off the gas, then add chopped coriander leaves and leave it for 30 minutes.......
Now so yummy and tasty Nellore Fish curry is ready to serve.... Its so spicy and so yummy recipe.. I love very mush fish curry, fish fry, prawns I love to eat friends... Aloo Dum Masala Biryani Recipe Andhra Style

         Hi friends, today am sharing biryani recipe Aloo Dum Biryani recipe my style.... My husband love to different type's of rice's, biryani so am try to prepare rices, curry recipes, biryani's... This very simple to prepare time also so saved.... So friends lets move to recipe...

Ingredients :-

  • Aloo 250 grams
  • Basmati rice 1/2 kg
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 4 to 5
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Curd 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon sticks 3 pieces
  • Shajeera 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 cubes
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamoms 3
  • Marathi mokku 2
  • Coconut paste 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Ghee or Butter 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
Masala Ingredients :-

  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
Masala Preparation :-

First take a wok add black pepper seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds to fry.. Fry it for good smell for.. When it came good smell then switch off the gas, now cool it for... Then take a jar add this and grind it crush powder......

Preparation :-

  1. First take potato peel it and cut it medium cubes.. Now take a plate add curd, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, masala crush powder, potato cubes and mix it well for.. And leave it for 30 minutes.....
  2. Now take a wok add water, butter 2 cubes, cardamoms, shajeera, cinnamon stick, marathi mokku, salt, clove and boil it for... When water is boiled then add green chilies 4, mint leaves, soaked rices and boil it for 80%...... 
  3. Rice is boiled 80% then strain the rice and put it a side......
  4. Now take a cooking pot add oil to heat, oil is heated then add cumin seeds, chopped onions and mix... Then add green chilies to fry......
  5. When onions are fried brown color then add chopped tomatoes mix it well for...... Then add marinated potatoes, coriander, mint leaves and mix it well for...... 
  6. Now close it with lid and boil it for 5 minutes in low flame....... After 5 minutes open the lid mix it, then check potatoes are fried 50% then add coconut paste and mix it well for....
  7. And now add salt mix it well for, then add water mix it and then close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes......
     
  8. After 5 minutes open the lid water will be vapour, oil is oozes out then mix it, now add garam masala powder again mix it........ like this...
  9. Now add rice spread it like this, and then add ghee, coriander leaves, mint leaves close it with lid and put it in dum like this and boil it for 5 minutes in high flame......
  10. And switch off the gas leave it for 2 minutes, then open the lid mix it lightly......
Now the dish is ready....... Its good to eat with lunch or dinner serve with raitha...  So friends try this simple dum biryani recipe.....

            Hi friends today one different masala gravy Cauliflower and Drumstick curry recipe...... Actually my amma prepare so many types of masala gravy recipe she prepared.. like gobi aloo, all veges, only aloo or only gobi, or she prepare with beet root and aloo also prepared.. But I am prepared gobi drumstick curry... Its so yummy and tasty masala recipe.. Especially we prepare these type of recipes prepare in saturdays special items... So I am sharing one of my signature recipe here.... Lets see the process to make this......

Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower medium flower 1
  • Drumstick 1
  • Tomatoes 3 medium 
  • Onions 2 big 
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger pieces 3 tsp 
  • Garlic 10 
  • (or u can use ginger garlic 2 tbsp)
  • Coconut pieces 1/4 cup
  • Cloves 5
  • Cardamoms 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon stick pieces 3
  • Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Curry leafs
  • Coriander leafs

Preparation :-

  1. First take a pan add coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom fry it for good smell.. then switch off the gas. Now take a jar add coconut, ginger garlic, fried masala ingredients and grind it fine paste like this......

  3. Onions are soft then add cleaned cauliflower pieces, tomato pieces, red chili powder and then mix it well for..... then close it with lid and boil it 5 minutes in low flame...

  4. After 5 minutes, open the lid and mix it again slowly.. Then add grind masala paste again mix it then fry it for good smell.......

  5. It came good smell then add drumstick pieces mix it again fry it for 5 minutes... Then add 2 glass water then mix it and close it with lid and boil it for 5 more minutes in low flame...

  6. After 10 minutes open the lid it will be thick oil will oozes out then switch off the gas and move it to a side and leave it for 5 minute......
After 5 minutes, move it to a serving bowl and add some coriander leafs and then serve it with hot steam rice or chapati......         Hi, today one different and old recipe Cluster Beans (Goru Chikkudu) with Peanuts (Verusenaga) tomato curry recipe...... This recipe is my mother-in-laws, mother recipe its to old and traditional recipe..... After my marriage I learn this tasty recipe, my husband favor recipe thats y am learn it.. First time I taste this recipe in my sister-in-law home really its tasty is so delicious and spicy :)...... Its so good taste i don't tell about the taste you must try this then you one share the recipe taste :)..... So lets see the process to make this recipe step by step pics.......

Ingredients :-


  • Cluster Beans (goru chikkudu) 100 grams
  • Peanuts 50 grams
  • Onions big 2
  • Tomatoes big 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Tamarind 20 grams
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili powder 3 tbsp
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add water, cluster beans pieces, peanuts, turmeric powder, salt and boil it for 90% then strain water move it to a bowl....

  2. (Tamarind soak in cluster beans boiled water it will be so good taste)... Now take a cooking bowl add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, bengal gram dal to fry.. Then add chopped onions to fry........

  3. When onions are soft, then add curry leaves mix it well... Fry it for 2 more minutes in medium flame... Then add tomato pieces, salt and mix it well... Tomatoes are boiled then add red chili powder mix it again..........

  4. Fry it for 1 minute in low flame, then add tamarind water mix it close with lid and boil it for 10 minutes in medium flame..

  5. When tamarind water is boiled then add boiled cluster beans and peanuts mix it, then boil it for 5 minutes in low flame and then switch off the gas put it for 5 minutes a side.... Then move it to a serving bowl.......
