Sweet Corn Cheese Balls Recipe Making Procedure

   Cheese Corn Potato Balls is a perfect starter or appetizer for kids and adults alike. It is very easy to make and tastes so good. I had some left over cheese in my refrigerator and wanted to try a new appetizer for a get together. I came up with this recipe after browsing a lot of recipes. I wanted to add both potato and corn with the cheese but was not sure how it will turn out until I made it. It is a big hit and everyone loved it. I used the left over mozzarella and Italian cheese blend in this recipe. You can substitute them with any of your favorite cheese.
   Sweet corn is one of the most popular vegetable, has innumerable health benefits and because of its sweet flavour is loved by adults and children. Corn is rich in anti oxidants and that helps to keep the skin younger. It is stuffed with fiber so helps in digestion. It is rich in Vitamin B and folate that prevents anemia. It controls cholesterol and prevents cancer. The recipe given below can be taken as an evening snack. Sweet corn kernels are mixed with mint leaves and cheese and stuffed in mashed potato balls.It is rolled into balls. Then it is coated with cornflour and bread crumbs. Cheese Balls is a combination of Corn and Cheese. Corn and cheese is a wonderful combo, and are kid friendly delights. Cheese Balls is a wonderful evening snack and a great party appetizer. But today I use only cheese, sweet corn and potato. And I use in this recipe some Indian spices also to use in this recipe..... Its a great combination to take it.. Some juice and some spicy snack item so friends lets see the process to make the cheese balls....

Ingredients :-

  • Sweet corn 2 cups
  • Boiled Potato big size 1
  • Onions finely chopped 3 spoons
  • Roasted gram (Chutney dal/ In telugu Teni sanaga papau) 2 spoons
  • Green chillis 3
  • Grated Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Red chilli powder 2 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour powder 5 spoons
  • Bread powder / Rava 
  • Oil for deep fry
Sweet Corn Cheese Balls Recipe How to prepare
Method :-

  1. First wash the sweet corn seeds (Kernels) then take a boiling vessel add water, sweet corn and boil it for soft.
  2. Next take a jar add green chilies, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, chutney dal, onions, salt, garam masala powder and grind it for.
  3. Now add boiled sweet corn into the jar again grind it into a rough paste. (don't use water in this mixture).
  4. And then move it  to a bowl, now add corn flour powder and  mix it like a soft dough for making small balls.
  5. Next take grated cheese, make it small balls.. Then take sweet corn  mixture and make it into a medium ball same to do all it.
  6. When the balls are prepared then press it just, then put the cheese ball into it then close it and make a ball.  
  7. Now take  rava or  bread powder in a plate, then roll it into bread crumbs. Same to do all like that.
  8. Take a wok add oil to heat, when oil  is heated then drop the balls carefully. Fry the balls in medium flame only.  
  9. Fry it golden color, when came golden color then move it to a paper towel and serve it with  tomato sauce.....

HOW TO MAKE MUGHLAI PANNER CURRY [RECIPE]

 This recipe is very, very dear to my heart for sentimental reasons. This recipe  I saw in local channel in 'Nellore'. The first dish I every tried from this recipe was Mughlai Paneer. This is a recipe that is adapted from that recipe. This dish has a sweetish taste because of the onion gravy that is its base but is very light on spices. The recipe calls for fried paneer, but that adds to the sweetish taste of the dish. Earlier in the day I cooked this easy and quick paneer curry recipe, when I realized that I had n’t yet posted this aromatic Indian cottage cheese curry. Luckily I was a bit early in preparing lunch, so I kept an extra hour for the whole picture making process, so that you could benefit of the flavors as well.
   This recipe is Moghul recipe.. Its so famous in those days. They are prepare this recipe in mostly non veg only, like mughlai chicken curry, mughlai mutton curry recipe prepare this recipe. This Mughalai Paneer recipe is easy and quick to make. With in minutes you will have a restaurant style Mughalai Paneer ready. Mughalai Paneer is one of the most famous paneer dish served in almost all Indian Restaurants Juicy creamy Moghallai Panneer.

Ingredients :-

  • Panner 150 grams
  • Grated Panner 50grams 
  • Onions 2 
  • Green chillis 6
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Tomato 1
  • Water to grave 
  • Tasting salt 1/2 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee 2 spoons
  • Cream 3 spoons
  • Oil 5 spoons
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Shahjeera (caraway seeds) 1 spoon
  • Garlic  pieces 1 spoon
  • Fried cashew nuts pieces 10
  • Soya sauces 1 spoon 
  • Coriander leafs 
  • Kasuri methi
  • Tomato 1, Onion 1, Cashew nuts 50 Grms Turmeric powder little bit, now grind it fine paste 3 spoons.
 MUGHLAI PANNER CURRY How to Prepare
Method :-


  1. First take a wok add ghee, when ghee is heat then add paneer pieces to fry it. Then take it in to a bowl and put it a side.
  2. In same wok add some oil to heat, then add shah jeera, finely chopped onions, Chopped green chilies, crushed kasuri methi and fry it for few more minutes. 
  3. When onion is fried, then add ginger garlic paste and mix it well for good smell.....
  4. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and mix it well and fry it for 5 minutes. When tomatoes are fried then add little bit of water.
  5. When the tomatoes are cooked then add fried paneer pieces, garam masala powder, coriander powder, tasting salt, salt and mix it for 1 minute.
  6. Take a jar add tomato, onion, cashew nut, turmeric and grind it fine paste. When the paste is ready then add to this mixture and  fry it for 5 minutes.
  7. And then add grated panner and mix it for, then add 1 glass of water(If u want more curry u can use another glass also).
  8. Now the curry is cooked then  add cream and mix it then move it to a side. Next start  second process. 
  9. Now  take a wok add ghee, when ghee is heat then add chopped green chilies, garlic pieces to fried then add chopped coriander leafs, and fry it. Then add to paneer curry and mix it well.. Then move it to a bowl add coriander leaves and serve it....

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Ghee for toast or butter

Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add milk to boil, take a boil add custard powder, milk and then mix it well....
  2. When milk is boiled then add custard milk in to boiled milked, and mix it well for... (don't stop it mix it only in low flame)......
  3. Then add Sugar and mix it well. It contains thick paste will be came and boil it for 2 minutes then move it a side.
  4. Next take a wok add some butter to heat, and now take 
  5. a bread slice and then dip in to custard mixture... and then move it pan and fry it both sides...... T
  6. he bread is fried then move it to a plate, then add honey and then serve it....
