Chicken Fry Recipe How to Prepare Andhra Style

        Hi friends (Delayed) Happy Ramzan Edi to all..... Today recipe is Chicken Fry.. spicy and delicious fry Andhra style.. Andhra chicken fry is a spicy chicken fry recipe with all the dry spices available at home and is done in a typical south indian style which looks mouth watering and appealing and is the best chicken side dish… Its very simple to prepare this fry recipe in 15 to 20 minutes only time will taken.... Lets see the process and making step by step pics here....
Ingredients :-

  • Chicken bone less 250 grams
  • Onions (medium) 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2, 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 3 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 
Preparation :-

  1. First take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add chopped chopped chicken, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder mix it well..
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste again mix it well for...

  3. Boil it for water will be came out, then close with lid boil it for 5 minutes in low flame... After 5 minutes open  the lid, then mix it lite oil will oozes to fry it carefully.....
  4. Oil is oozes out fry it in low flame for chicken will be roasted....... Chicken is roasted then add coconut powder, coriander powder, garam masala, curry leaves mix it well for 5 more minutes in low flame.....
  5. After 5 minutes switch off the gas then move it to a serving bowl and serve it hot for side dish.........
