Pulla Kura Recipe Andhra Style How to Prepare

          Hi friends, today I will share to u leafy curry, name in telugu 'pulakura' in english and hindi i don't no....... :)... Pulakura curry, (pula means sour) this is very tasty and delicious recipe. So simple to prepare curry... So lets see the process to make..

Ingredients :-

  • Amaranth leaves (Chirakku) 2 cups
  • Onions 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies 8 to 10 (if u want spicy u can use more, in this recipe don't want to use red chili powder)
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Curry leaves
Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooker add cleaned leaves, chopped onions, green chilies, chopped tomatoes, tamarind, turmeric powder, water and close it with lid and leave it for 4 to 5 vissels..... 
  2. After 5 vissels switch off the gas and cool it for....... Now open the lid, then add rock salt mash it like this.....
  3. Now take a wok oil to heat, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreedk seeds, hing to fry, then add curry leaves mix it..., then add mashed curry and mix it for and leave it for 1 minute and switch off the gas move it to a serving bowl..........

Now the taste and so fast to prepare Chiraku pulakura (Amaranth leaves curry) ready... Its good to eat with hot steam rice, add 1 tsp ghee the taste is mmmmmmmhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! no words to share.. You must try this and enjoy guys..... Yours Neha Satish........ Love u all.....
