Cheesvan Rice, Its variety Recipe How To Cook Easily

   It is very tasty and delicious and simple recipe. I use only simple vegetable's, to use in this recipe. Prepare this recipe in night dinner time. It's good to health also i take vegetables boiled once's. Children will enjoy to eat this recipe, u can serve with panner masala curry, are take with raitha also. U can surprise childrenin in lunch box also children will be so happy to eat this recipe cheesvan rice.....  

Ingredients :-
  • Boiled Rice 2 cups
  • Boiled Cabbage 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Beans chopped 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1, 1/2 spoon 
  • Oil 5 spoons
  • Ghee 5 spoons
  • Cashew nuts, Raisins 
  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon
  • Vinegar 1 sppon (or used lemon 1 spoon)
  • Chilli sauce 1 spoon
  • Tomato ketchup 2 spoons
  • Tandoori colour 1/2 spoon (or) 1 spoon
  • Onions chopped 1 cup
  • Dry red chillies 3
  • Ajinomoto 1/4 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 
Method :-
  1. Take a wok add ghee and oil, when oil is heat then add cashew nuts, raisins, dry red chillies, onions and fry for 2 mins. 
  2. And then add ginger garlic paste and fry it for golden colour. 
  3. Next add capsicum, beans, cabbage, carrot mix it. Vegetables also cooked add salt and mix it well for.
  4. And then add chilli sauce, soya sauce, Ajinomoto , tomato sauce, vinegar, tandoori colour, and mix it for well, fry it for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 mins add boiled rice mix it. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. And then add some fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot........

Toady Different Recipe Egg Payasam

Ingredients :-
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits u r choice
  • Eggs 4
  • Ghee 10 spoons
  • Elachi (Cardamom) 5
  • Kessar colour 1/4 spoon
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl add milk & sugar mix and boil it.
  2. Take a bowl add eggs beat it.
  3. Take kadi add 6 spoons ghee fry dry fruits. And put a side.
  4. When milk is boil add beated egg. Don't mix for 30 sec.
  5. Then mix it, boil for few more mins add elachi powderalso and put it for 5 mins. Then turn to a serving bowl......... And serve it cool (or) hot. 
Its very tasty and yummy. Children will enjoy to eat this........ Try it once and enjoy to eat it......

Radish Chutney Very Spice And Tasty (mullangi pachadi)

   Radish is one veg that available in my fridge anytime. like onion tomato veggies like radish, cabbage, brinjal are must for me. Every week i cook these veggies in any form, these veggies are rich in Fiber, anti oxidants and tons of nutritional benefits and the most important thing, it is less in calories and high in nutrients and so helps in weight loss. So, if you are a person who diet then you must include these veggies in your meal. I love making chutneys with vegetables and this Radish Chutney is one my favorite. I often make this chutney for idli/dosa but never get a chance to click. This time i purposely made it for blog since I don't have idli batter in hand simply served it as a side for chapathis. At home Everyone liked the combo. In hot steam rice add some ghee to eat this radish chutney.. mmmmmmhhhhhh!!!!!... My amma prepare this chutney regularly, for my dad.. Actually my dad eat this chutney then only eat another curry are and dish.... This Radish Chutney is very simple and similar to our regular onion tomato chutney with nice flavor and taste. Now off to the recipe.

Ingredient :-

  • Radish 3
  • Dry Red chillies 10 to 13
  • Coriander (daniya) 2 spoons
  • Jerra 2 spoons
  • Urad dal
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 spoon
  • Oil 5 to 6 spoons
  • Onions 2
  • Garlic Cloves 5
  • Tamarind  small size lemon    
  • Salt to taste

Method :- 
  1. First take a wok add 2 spoons of oil to heat it, then add dry red chili to fry for 1 minute.
  2. Then add urad dal, jerra, coriander, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds and fry it for 1 minute.
  3. And then turn to a jar, in same wok add 2 spoons of oil and then add chopped radish and fry it for.
  4. Next take a jar, add fried red chillies, fried coriander seeds, salt to taste, tamarind and grind it for powder..

  5. Next then add garlic cloves and whipper grind it crush powder only... then add fried radish pieces....
  6. Next add fried radish and whipper grind, and then  add chopped onions once just whipper grind. And then turn to a bowl and serve it...... 
Radish chutney is ready to taste...... Its take to rice, roti, idly, dosa............ Nice combination to eat....... Rice combination is perfect. Take hot rice add some ghee and 1 spoon chutney mmmmhhhhh eat it..........
