Saggubiyyam Vada (Sabudana Vada) Evening Snack Recipe

Ingredients :- 
  • Saggubiyyam  (Sabudana)1 cup
  • Besan (Gram flour) 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 4
  • Onions 1 big size 
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • coriander leafs 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Oil for deep fry
Method :-
  1. First soak saggubiyyam for 2 to 3 hours. After move to a bowl then add besan, salt, green chilli chopped, onions chopped, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, coriander
    powder, coriander leafs chopped, 2 spoons hot oil.
  2. Then mix it. If want water just sprinkle and mix it.
  3. Then heat the oil. When oil is heat take small balls  press like vada and drop into oil.
  4. Put it medium flame, it cames golden colour move to paper towel and serve it tomato sauce...........

Vellulli Mamsam Curry (Garlic Mutton Curry) How to Prepare

Ingredients :-

  • Mutton (Lamb) 300 grms
  • Onions 2
  • Garlic clove paste 3 spoons
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks pieces
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 2 1/2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder 2 spoon
  • Tomatoes 2 
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil 10 spoons
Vellulli Mamsam Curry (Garlic Mutton Curry) How to Make
Method :-

  1. First take a cooker add 2 spoons oil then add mutton pieces, salt & turmeric powder and mix it. Cook for 5 mins to 10 mins. When the mutton will fry.
  2. Then use 2 glasses of water and mix it, put lid for 5 to 6 vissels.
  3. And then take a kadi add oil, whole cinnamon pieces fry, then add curry leafs. onions fry it for 2 mins. Next add garlic paste mix it, fry for 2 mins.
  4. Then add boiled mutton with water and cook it. 
  5. And now add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, mix it for few mins.
  6. Then add tomatoes cook for 5 mins. water will dried add coriander leafs mix it put for 5 mins.
  7. And then turn to a bowl add some coriander leafs.... serve it......


Its good to chapti, naan, kulcha, rice items...........

Coconut Love Cake How To Make Easily

Ingredients :-


  • Coconut grated 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1/2 glass
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Baking powder
  • Butter 150 grs
  • Vanilla essence 1 spoon
  • Rice flour 3 spoons
  • Dry fruits 
  • Cherries 
  • Elcahi powder 1 spoon
  • Cream for decorate 
  • Sugar syrup 
Method :-

  1. First coconut grind it fine paste, then move to a bowl. 
  2. Take a bowl beat eggs, separate the egg white & yellow. First beat yellow, when bubbles will came add sugar powder mix then beat for few more mins.
  3. Then add coconut milk, and coconut paste, butter and mix it well.
  4. Then add maida beat it. Then beat the egg white also. Bubbles came add this also to the maida batter. 
  5. Next add baking powder, dry fruits, vanilla essence, elachi powderand mix it for more min. It cames fine and thick paste then take a cake box apply butter and turn to cake book spread it....... And then cook it.
  6. If u cook, oven preheat the oven first 180 degrees. Then put the cake box and set it for 200 degrees for 15 to 20 mins cook it. 
  7. Then take it out for few mins. When the cake is cool take it to a plate and cut it 2 layers. Then take move a side 1st layer spread sugar syrup and apply cream and then put the 2 layer set it. Then apply cream to cover all sides.
  8. Then sprinkle coconut powder to cake, add cherries to decorate.... 
And now ready to eat the cake. Christmas & New year cake is ready.........

  • Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  • Onions 2 (chopped)
  • Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  • Urad dal 1 spoon
  • Curry leafs
  • Oil 3 spoons 
  • Ghee 5 spoons  
  • Water 2, 1/2 cups 
  • Salt to taste 
  • cashew nuts
  • Green chilies 8
  • Bengal Gram 1 spoon
Upma Tomato Bath How to make
Method :-

  1. Take a wok add rava to fry  for 5 minutes, fry it for good smell. When the rava is came good smell then turn to a bowl. 
  2. Next same wok take add oil & ghee to heat it, then add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leafs, cashew nuts and then fry it.
  3. And then add chopped onions to fry for lite gold colour, now add chopped tomatoes to fry it for 3 minutes.
  4. Now add water, salt and boil it for few more minutes. When the water is boil, put it in sim. And then add fried rava and mix it to, slowly cooked it for.
  5. The umpa will cooked turn to a bowl serve it hot.. With coconut chutney, or sugar, or sangapapu chutney...

Coconut Chutney :- 

  • Fresh coconut grated (or) pieces 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 6 to 8
  • Oil 4 spoons
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Dried red chillies 2
  • Urad dal 1/2 spoon
  • Jerra 1/2 spoon
  • Curry leafs 
  • salt to taste
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic cloves 6 to 8
Make :-

       First take a kadi 1 spoon oil add chopped onion, green chillis fry. Take a jar add coconut, 
green chillies, onions, garlic cloves, salt and grind it once, then add little bit of water to take a fine paste. And turn to a bowl. Next take a kadi add oil. When oil is heat urad dal, mustard seeds, jerra, red chilli pieces fry, then add curry leafs then turn to chutney and mix it for ......
