Tasty Aloo Chatpate fry How To Prepare

  Here is a quick dish that can be made in less than 30 minutes! Perfect for a weeknight dinner. Makes for a great side or you could eat it just like that! My dad likes spicy food whereas but we have a medium spice level, while the kids have very little tolerance for spicy food. I have to therefore often try to strike a balance between the three. Hence often I make one side dish that is low in spice and another that is spicy! That ways everybody is happy! Me and my dad loves potatoes and this is my go-to on a weeknight. I make a batch of this and he is a happy camper for two days! Actually we prepare with potatoes like potato fry,  potato kurma, potato sweet also we prepare but now we prepare Aloo Chatpate so tasty.. You can take this recipe with chapati, roti, side dish for rice, pappu, rasam to serve this... Lets see the process to make...  

Ingredient :-


  • Baby potatoes 200 grams
  • Onion big size 1
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Jerra(cumin) 1/2 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Red chillis 3
  • Curry leafs, Coriander leafs
  • Oil for deep fry & for shallow fry

Method :-
  1. First boiled baby potatoes, and also add salt to potatoes. And then remove the peel.
  2. Next take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat add baby potatoes fry it golden brown colour. (Fry it in medium flame).
  3. Next take another kadi add 5 to 6 spoons oil. Oil is heat add mustard seeds, jerra, red chilli pieces, ginger garlic paste, curry leafs fry it for few mins.
  4. Next add chopped onions fry it for 5 mins.
  5. Then add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste,red chilli powder add mix it for few more mins. Now add tomato pieces fry it for 5 mins.
  6. And then add fried potatoes and mix it for 5 mins. And then add chopped coriander leafs mix it well for 1 min. And move to a serving bowl and serve it........

kothimeera roti (Coriander leaf roti) how to prepare easily

  Hi friends, Today recipe is "Kothimeera Roti" recipe... I saw this recipe in t.v channel.. next time I will start to try this recipe in my home..  This is the first time I am trying and I liked it very much. I love the taste and this coriander roti  and will often make appearance in the kitchen. It comes out really soft and stays soft even after long time. So perfect to pack for your lunch box and boondi raita is the perfect side dish for Kothimerra roti. You can indulge without counting the numbers! The kothimeera roti also known as the Coriander roti is a simple and healthy roti that is extremely rich in fibre and nutrition. This roti is a refreshing change from the regular roti and phulkas and can be had as snack or packed into a lunch box for the kids school. It is also attractive to kids because of its beautiful green color, and getting them to eat this at school will seem a breeze. The same way can be adapted and made kothimeera roti too. But here I am posting coriander roti as I like coriander flavor most. Or you can try mixing both coriander and pudina together. Restaurant style pudina roti or coriander roti.      For Stuffing :-
  • Coriander leafs 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 spoon
  • Jeera powder 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon
  • Besan 1 spoon (gram flour) 1 spoon
  • Finely chopped green chillis 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste        
Prepare for flour :-
  • Wheat flour 1, 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 spoons
  • Salt  to taste

Preparation for roti ingredients :-
  • Rolling for flour
  • Oil for fry
  • Brushing for oil

Method :-

  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, and mix it, then add water to make a soft dough. Then put a side for 10 to 15 minutes to soak.
  2. After 15 minutes take the dough add oil 2 spoons, again mix it well for 5 minutes.
  3. Now take dough and make a small  balls, and then roll it with rolling pin and make roti's with the help of wheat flour.
  4. Then add stuffing coriander mixer and close it the dough again roll it like a roti.
  5. Now  take a pan heat it, when the pan is heated then add  roti  to fry it for both sides. When roti is fried both side, then add oil and then move it to a plate....
And now Kothimeera Roti is ready to eat.. Its so tasty and easy to make this roti, its very healthy and tasty.. You can serve this roti in break fast / lunch / dinner so good.....   2. Next take a bowl add besan flour, salt, red chili powder, cooking soda, ginger garlic paste and mix it well. And then add water again mix it like a bajji batter.
  3. Next take a bread pieces and cut it in to a triangle shape and then dip into besan, and move it to oil for deep fry.
  4. Fry it golden color both sides, when the bread is fried both sides then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce...

Easy and Simple Recipe Egg Custard With Fruits

This recipe is so easy and tasty. And also so healthy and heavy nutrine food. If take morning break fast. Any age can eat and enjoy this recipe. If take after lunch, or evening snack. But take it lite in that time.

Ingredient :-

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Honey 10 spoons
  • Fruits 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 spoon
Method :-

  1. First take a bowl beat egg for 3 mins. 
  2. Next add milk & honey also mix it well.
  3. Then also add essence and mix it well.
  4. Next take kadi this mixture add and mix it well. Put it sim flame.
  5. We the mixture is came thick contains move to a bowl.
  6. Next put it for 15 mins in freezer it.
  7. Next take it out side than add some fruits mixer in that and put for 1 to 2 hours in freez it.
And serve  it cool. If u like add some honey also add. Not only honey if u like add chocolate syrup, straw berry syrup also use. It more taste and taste.......... Enjoy with this new recipe..........

Bread Roll Preparation (Veg Stuffed)

Ingredient :-
  • Bread pieces  6 or 8 
  • Onions 1 
  • Carrot Grated 1
  • Boiled Beans 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Green Peas 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Jerra Powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Green chillis 3 chopped
  • Red chilli power 1/2 spoon
  • Chat masala powder for sprinkle

Method :-                                                                                                          
  1. First take a kadi add oil, when oil is heat add chopped onions fried it for.
  2. Next add grated carrot, boiled green peas, boiled beans, chopped green chillis mix it for fry.
  3. Then next add boiled potato mash it and mix in the mixture, and fry for 5 mins.
  4. Then move to a side put for cool. Then the curry is cool. Then shape it small round balls.
  5. Next take bread just deep in water, press it tight.
  6.  Next heat oil. And then curry ball take put it in the bread. Then roll the balls all is complet fry it in oil. They will came golden colour cames move it to a paper towel. 
  7. And serve it tomato sauce.

  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Onions 1
  • Cinnamon 3 pieces
  • Cloves 4
  • Cardamom 3
  • Coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
 How to Prepare Coconut Milk Rice
Method :-
  1. First take a cooker add oil and ghee to heat it. And then add whole cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, red chilies to fry it for. 
  2. Next add ginger garlic paste fry it 2 minutes, and then add chopped onions fried it for lite golden colour.
  3. And now add green chili pieces fry it for 1 minute. Then add salt, coriander, curry leafs and mix well and then fry  it for  2 minutes.
  4. And then  add coconut milk, water and then mix it well, and now put the lid and then boil it for one boil. 
  5. When the milk is boiled, and then add soaked rice and mix it well. And again put the lid and then cook it for the boil rice in medium flame.
  6. Next take a pan add ghee to heat, and then add cashew nuts to fry it for lite color and then move to a plate.
  7. Next the rice is boiled  80% and then dum the rice to cook for 15 to 20 minutes in low flame.
  8. When the rice is boiled and then move to a bowl, now add fried cashew nuts, fresh coriander leaves and then serve it hot.

Method :-

  1. First take banana, then  peel it and cut into small pieces and now add to a jar. 
  2. And then add sugar, grated coconut, maida powder, baking powder.
  3. And now grind it once's, then add some milk again grind it for fine paste.. When the mixture is totally pasted then add milk then turn to a bowl....
  4. Next take pan add 1 spoon butter, when the butter is melted then add this banana mixture to pan and spread it like a small cake. 
  5. Next add ghee and put lid for fry it one side. Next turn another side fry it for.
  6. Same all like that prepare. 
  7. Next take a plate add honey and serve it.......
