Crape Indiana Chicken Rolls Recipe With Creamy

         Hi, Today recipe "Crape Indiana Chicken" its Italy recipe, I saw in inter net this recipe. I like it then I tried this recipe in my home......  Tender crepes are filled with boiled chicken pieces, some selected vegetables, cream, tomato sauce and chilli are capsicum sauces and finished with cheese. I used boiled chicken for this recipe. Crapes can prepare with sweet also next time I will give the recipe method....... First chicken marinated for 4 hours a day......

 Ingredients :-
  • Bone less chicken 200 grm
  • Maida flour 1 cup
  • Corn flour 5 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 150 ml
  • Carrot 1
  • Beans 10 no's
  • Spring onions 5 tbsp
  • Onion small 1
  • Pepper powder 2 tbsp
  • Cream for use
  • Cheese for grated
  • Garlic pieces 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce for use
  • Butter 10 tsp
  • Salt to taste
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add chopped boneless chicken pieces, (Chopped chicken small pieces) then add salt and pepper powder and mix it well. Marinate for 4 to 5 hours a day.
  2. Next start the process, take a bowl add maida flour, baking powder, corn flour powder, salt and mix it well then add egg yolk and mix it. 
  3. And then add milk and mix it well, it constance little bit thick, and then soak for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes take the mixture and mix it then heat the pan, when the pan is heated then add butter and spread it all sides.
  5. And then take ladle a scoop of the mixture and spread it thin layer, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame, until the crape is came side out  and then move it to plate. All are same to do like it...(Crapes how many u want u prepare it.) Crapes apply some corn flour powder spread it to the crapes..
  6. Next take a wok add butter to heat, and then add garlic pieces, marinated chicken pieces to fry, when the chicken is boiled then add finely chopped carrot, finely chopped beans, and fry it for lite golden color, then add little bit salt. 
  7. Next add capsicum sauce or chili sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, and mix it well. Fry it for 2 minutes then move it a side, and cool it for 10 minutes.
  8. Next take the crape layer one, then take 2 tbsp of chicken curry, cream apply and roll it care fully, same to all.
  9. And then take oven plate apply butter and put the crape rolls in the try, grate the cheese in this crapes and put it in oven to cook it 150 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes to cook.
  10. After the crape is cooked then move it to out, and then take it to a serving plate and serve it hot.....

Preparation :-
  1. First take chicken cut small cubes, then cut onions cube size, tomatoes also same but remove seeds, capsicum cubes all cut it.
  2. Next take a bowl add corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, food color, turmeric powder, pepper powder, curd, red chili powder, jerra powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce and mix it well for..
  3. And then add chicken cubes, tomato cubes, capsicum cubes, onions cubes and mix it well. 
  4. And marinate for 3 hours for chicken put it in freeze.
  5. After 3 hours then take it out, and then take tooth pick, first add chicken cube, onion cube, tomato cube, capsicum cube, and again chicken cube. So all are same to prepare it.
  6. Next take fry wok add oil 10 tbsp to heat it for, when the oil is heat then add chicken tikkas to oil and fry it 4 sides in medium flame(put lid to cook the tikka). 
  7. Then the tikke are cooked 4 sides then move to a plate and then serve it....
Serve it with tomato sauce..... And now the dish is ready to taste the "Chicken capsicum tikka" is ready serve it with tomato rings onion rings to serve........

Preparation :-
  1. First take fish pieces, add some sea salt and mix it well and then wash it and then put it a side. (Like this type wash it came's good smell)
  2. Next take a cooking vessel to heat, then add oil to heat it, when the oil is heat then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and fry it for.
  3. And than add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, cut green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder  and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. Next add tamarind thick juice and mix it well, and put the lid and boil it for one boil the mixture.

  • Brinjals (small size) 1/2 kg
  • Onions 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Bengal gram seeds 8 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 4 tbsp
  • Dry Red chilies 10
  • Coconut powder 8 tbsp
  • Jeera 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind small lemon size
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves, curry leaves
Method :-
  1. First take wok, and then add dry red chilies, coriander seeds, jeera, bengal gram, coconut powder and fry it good smell.
  2. The spices is fry then add to jar, and then add turmeric powder, salt and grind it fine powder. 
  3. And then cut the brinjals 4 sides and then stuffed the powder to brinjals, all are same to do.
  4. Next take a fry bowl add oil to heat, then add mustard seeds to fry, then add curry leaves to fry.
  5. And then add stuffed brinjals to oil and fry it care fully. Fry it in medium flame for cooked brinjals.
  6. When the brinjal is half cooked, then add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and fry it for 5 minutes.
  7. Next put the lid and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes.  And then add grind powder and mix it, then add soaked tamarind paste water, 1/2 glass water and mix it just.
  8. Next turn to a cooker and put the lid, and boil it for 1 vissel. Then switch off the gas. 
  9. Next take a wok add some little more oil to heat then move it to wok again boiled.
  10. Boil it for dried the curry, but care ful the brinjal will broken... That's y fry it care..... When the curry is dried then move to a serving bowl and serve it.......

Method for curry :-
  1. First take the chicken clean it then close with plastic paper and then put it for 4 hours in fridge. 
  2. After 4 hours then take the chicken out, then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd, corn flour powder, lemon, oil 2 tbsp, food color and mix it well. Again put it for 1/2 hour to marinate the chicken.
  3. Next take a jar add chopped onions and grind it fine paste and then move it to a bowl, then add tomatoes and grind it fine paste, and put a side.
  4. Next take fry wok add oil, ghee to heat, when the oil is heat then add bay leaf fry it for, then add onion paste, salt (I use salt for curry so see then use it.) to fry it for oil will came out, fry it in medium flame.
  5. Next add cashew nut and poppy seeds paste and fry it for good smell, oil will came out then add tomato paste and fry it for.. 
  6. Then add chopped green chillies and fry it for 5 minutes then add marinated chicken and mix it well. 
  7. Boil it for 5 minutes water will came out then add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well... And boil it for....
  8. After boil the chicken then add coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it well... Boil it for lite thick then add some fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot.... Now the dish is ready to serve....... Hot and spicy green chilli chicken is ready......

Paneer is also conidered to be a fresh cheese, and it is the case with most cheeses. In addition, since paneer has no rennet, it is safe for vegetarians to eat. Since it is made with whole milk, it is also very high in protein, making it a sound addition to a vegetarian diet.

Preparation for Method :-
  1. First take a wok add 3 tbsp of butter, and then add paneer cubes to fry, it came's lite golden color then move to a bowl, and then add some water and soak it for 5 minutes for soft.
  2. Next take a wok add 1 tbsp of butter to heat it, when the butter is heat then add cashew nuts, green chilies and fry it for, then add coriander leaves and fry it for.
  3. Next cool it for 5 to 10 minutes, then add to jar and grind it fine paste.
  4. Next take a wok add butter and heat it, then add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onions, salt and mix it well. 
  5. And add grind coriander paste and mix it well. When the oil is came out then add some water and mix it well.
  6. And add pepper powder, garam masala powder, fried paneer cubes, and mix it well for, close the lid and boil it for 5 minutes in medium flame.
  7. When the butter is came out then add cream and mix it, and then turn to a bowl add some fresh coriander leaves, pepper powder add and serve it hot.....
U can serve it with roti, chapati, pulka, what u like...... I serve it with chapati..... My dad love it eat this recipe.. :-)

How to Prepare Varki Paratha Recipe

     Today I am share one morning break fast or night dinner time recipe. The name is "varki paratha".
The parathas turned out to be one of the simplest and tastiest ever....... This thought fleets across our minds every time we eat out or take out- and every time, we make and eat a wonderful dish at home.
    As the name indicates this parotta (paratha). U can serve it with masala curry's, like cauliflower curry, channa dal masala curry, and panner curry what u like u can serve it..... And taste it. Not only that u can prepare this paratha with stuffed poricha parotta that is made using either a veg or non-veg stuffing.
    This so simple to make some ingredients only, like maidda, butter or oil to use this recipe little bit more. But the paratha so tasty and delicious  item... I thick I will prepare this well or better... :)

Ingredients :-
  • Maida flour 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Milk cream 5 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soaked Saffron milk 
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, milk cream 3 tbsp, butter 2 tbsp, soaked saffron milk and mix it for 1 minute. And then add water to mix like soft dough, put it for rest 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Next take a small bowl add 5 tbsp of maida flour, milk, cream, butter 1 tbsp and mix it like a paste, put for 15 to 20 minutes for marinate.
  3. After 15 minutes take the maida dough and press it.. Then take small small balls and make it round balls.
  4. Next roll the maida dough ball on the rolling board with rolling pin with out apply the oil to help of. And then apply the maida paste to the chappti and roll it as thin as possible, like a rope. 
  5. Next a bowl move the small dough balls and close it with plastic sheet, and then move it to refrigerator, and soak it for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes then take it out and then, now with a rolling pin, slightly roll it into a circle. (Don't press to hard and don't roll it too thin.)
  7. Same all are completed then start next process. Take a fry pan apply butter 1 spoon and then add paratha and fry it. One side fried then turn next side and apply one more spoon of butter and fry it... Both side are fried then move to a serving plate and serve it hot..... 
Now the tasty and delicious item varki paratha is ready to taste.... Serve it with panner curry items, or any non veg items u can serve it......

Amrutha Gutikalu Sweet Recipe How to Make

   Sweet Recipe Amrutha gutilkalu, I prepare this in my home. Its tradition recipe we prepare this festival days. It very taste and delicious sweet. Very simple to prepare this recipe, I used rice, sugar, milk. Very tasty and healthy and easy to make this recipe... Here the recipe....

Ingredients :-
  • Rice (soaked) 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Cardamom 5
  • Saffron 3 pinches 
  • Almonds 10
  • cashew nuts 10
  • Pistas 6
  • Ghee 10 tbsp

Preparation For Method :-
  1. First soak rice for 4 hours, then grind it fine and smooth paste.
  2. Next take a fry wok add milk, and then add this rice mixture and mix it well. (U mush mix it for don't put high flame, cook it in sim flame.)
  3. It came's thick paste and then add sugar and mix it for, the rice flour is boiled then add cardamom powder and mix it.
  4. Then add soaked saffron milk and mix it well. And then boil it in sim flame to cook this recipe.
  5. Next take a wok add ghee to heat, then add chopped almond, cashew nuts, pistas and fry it for lite golden color.
  6. And then add these fried dry fruits in to rice halwa and mix it well.
  7. Next take a plate, apply ghee to plate and then turn the mixture to plate and spread it.
  8. And then cut it in to small pieces, and put it a side for cool......  And then take pieces, to serving plate and serve it.....

  2. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is  heat then add finely chopped onions and fry it for lite pink color. 
  3. Now add chopped green chilies fry it for. And the add chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and fry it for.
  4. And then add chopped ginger pieces, to fry for. And now add jerra powder, garam masala powder, salt, cashew nuts and fry it well. The curry is fried then move it a side cool it for 6 minutes.
  5. Next take potato mixture small balls and press it. Then add 1 spoon of onion curry put in side and close it like a ball. And then shape it as u like. And then roll it in bread powder and then move to a plate.
  6. Next take a fry pan add 6 to 8 spoons of oil, then add cutlets to shallow fry. Fry it both side's for red color...... And then turn to a serving plate and serve it..... Serve with tomato sauce are green chatni.....

I usually make sambar using the method, I have mentioned in this post as this is a very easy method for making sambar and less time. In this sambar recipe, I use sambar powder and cook the vegetables and yellow lentils (Arhar dal, in telugu Kandi papu) in a pressure cooker.Usually the vegetables are cooked separately and the add boiled mashed dal to the cooked vegetables. In this recipe, I have used veggies like brinjals, okra (Lady's finger), drum stick, cucumber, radish, onions and tomatoes. However you can have your own choice.

How to Prepare Andhra Pradesh Sambar Recipe
 Method for :-

  1. First sock tamarind. Next take cooker add dal and add water 2 cups and close with lid and boil it for 3 vissel's.
  2. Next cut all the vegetables put aside. And then take a vessel bowl add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, 2 glasses of water and boil it for 10 minutes.
  3. When the vegetable's are half boiled then add soaked tamarind water, and mix it well. And now boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Now the vegetables is boiled then add mashed dal and mix it well.
  5. Next add salt to taste, sambar powder and mix it well. Boil it for 5 minutes in high flame.
  6. Next take a wok add oil to heat, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, jeera, fenugreek seeds, chopped red chillies, hing, curry leaves fry it for, and then add to boiled vegetables and mix it well. Boil it for 5 minutes in high flame....
  7. When the sambar is boiled then turn to a serving bowl and add fresh chopped coriander leaves and then serve it with rice........

Preparation :-

  1. First take a cooking vessel add oil and ghee heat, then add cloves,cinnamon, cardamom, shahjeera fry for.
  2. Next add chopped onions, chopped green chilies fry it for lite golden color.
  3. And then add chopped capsicum, and fry it for. (Fry the capsicum pieces for good smell.)
  4. Next add boiled vegetables chopped carrot, chopped potatoes, chopped cauliflower, peas, chopped green beans and mix it well. Fry it for 5 minutes.
  5. Next add chopped tomatoes salt to taste and mix it well. 
  6. And then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and mix it.
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, aji-no- motot and mix it well. and fry it for 5 minutes.
  8. Next add soaked rice, add water and mix it well.(3 cups rice, u use only 5 cups of water.) And close with lid and and boil it for.
  9. When the rice boiled then turn to a serving bowl, and add ring onions some coriander and serve it hot.

Nilgiri literally means Blue Mountain! I happen to taste this interesting korma at Nilgiri, Top slip & Yercaud. All three fascinating hill stations! First thought its some hill staion special food! They said its their regional speciality! Almost through out western ghats...its found in every star hotel menu! On using fresh herbs from the hills, it gets this delectable green color! The recipe is too spicy and hot! Even the spices were got right from the hill's plantations! Lavish use of green chilies and coconut, make it hot + sweet! Sounds yummy, right! Well...the original recipe was prepared from goat/lamb!  The recipe is said to have originated from Nilgiri tribes(Badugans)...who make their curry using only fresh green herbs! Preparation :

  1. First take a cooker add mutton, salt, turmeric powder and close it with lid and boil it for 2 vissels. when the mutton is boiled then put it a side... 
  2. Next take a mixer jar add spinach leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, some little bit of water and grind it fine paste.
  3. Now take a wok add oil, then add shahjeera, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. And then add boiled mutton pieces, and mix it well, and then add fresh curry leaves and mix it well. And mutton will boil it for 10 minutes..
  5. After 10 minutes, mix the mixture and then add poppy seeds paste, coconut paste and mix it well and fry it for oil will oozes out.... 
  6. And then add curd, salt to taste, grind spinach paste and mix it well for 5 minutes. Fry it for food smell.... 
  7. And now add 1 glass of water and mix it well, then add coriander powder and mix it... And put the lid to boil  the mutton for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes open the lid and mix it well.. Now the curry is almost done then add garam masala powder and mix it, then cook it for 3 minutes. Then add fresh coriander leaves and then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot........

    Doodh peda kheer or alternatively labelled as a Doodh peda  is a deliciously refreshing dessert consisting of soft and light spongy balls made from milk powder cooked and served in creamy thickened milk and with a pistachio or almond garnish. Doodh peda kheer recipe one more quick sweet dessert recipe of kheer, that can be made for navratri, dussehra and diwali. I plan to add some quick and easy sweets for the upcoming festive season.   1. First take a wok add milk to boiled. Boil it for 20 minutes in medium flame for the milk is thick.
  2. Next take a bowl add maida flour, baking powder, milk powder and mix  it well.
  3. And then add some water to mix the mixture, and mix it like a smooth dough and then put it a side.
  4. And now the milk is boiled and then add sugar and mix it well for the sugar is melt.
  5. Next take the dough mixture and then prepare it like a small balls, and then press it in middle .
  6. Next add fried raisins and then close it, and then press it like a doodh peda all are same to do like that.
  7. And now take a wok add ghee to heat it, and then add these peda's to fry it for little golden color. (fry it in low flame for good smell)
  8. When milk is boiled it came's thick and then add fried and chopped cashew nuts, almond nuts add and mix it well.
  9. And then add fried pedas to milk and then boiled dhood pedas  for 5 minutes in low flame.
  10. After 5 minutes and then move to a serving bowl and cool it in refrigerate and then cool it for 1 hour..... After 1 hour u can serve this coollllll..... And enjoy it this cool and sweet desert.......

  2. When the is chicken boiled, then add chopped carrot, chopped beans and fry it for 5 minutes. When the vegetables also boiled move it a side, and start next process. 
  3. Next take a bowl add 2 spoons of oil, now add egg yolk  then beat it. And then  add salt again mix it well for the salt is melted.
  4. Now take a pan add oil, when oil is heated then add egg mixture and prepare like a omelette to fry it both sides. Then move to a plate cut it in to a small pieces.
  5. And then take a wok add some oil and ghee,  when oil is heated then add fried chicken pieces, omelette pieces and mix it well. 
  6. Then add boiled rice and mix it... When the rice is mixed then add soya sauce, salt, sugar, ajinomoto and mix it and fry it  for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes mix it, then add chopped spring onions and mix it well, then turn to a serving bowl and serve it hot.....

  • Salt to taste

  • Aji no moto 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leafs
  • Butter / Olive / Oil 2 tbsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take a jar add garlic cloves, green chili and grind it fine paste.
  2. Next take a wok add tomatoes, onions, garlic cloves, water and boil it for 15 minutes.
  3. After boiled then cool it for... Next take jar add boiled tomatoes mixture and grind it fine paste (Don't add more water, add some water to paste contents).
  4. Next take a sauce pan add butter heat it then add tomato puree, and then add grind green chili paste and mix it well for 5 minutes.
  5. Then add 3 of water and mix it well. It will came on boil then drain the puree.
  6. Next add some food color to the gravy and mix it well and again boil it.  
  7. Next take a bowl add corn flour powder and mix it with water like a paste.
  8. And then add to boiling tomato soup and mix it.
  9. Next add salt, ajinomoto, pepper powder and mix it well. It came's thick paste then move to serving bowl and add fresh cream and some coriander leafs.... Serve it hot...
