Today I have come again with a new recipe Oats Halwa. Its very delicious recipe, as I prepare with thick oats. It is purely halwa made with oats aata, ghee, suagr, milk and fried dry fruits.
It is very easy to make.
(Today special Shivaratri that's why I prepared festival recipe special Halwa made of Oats. In India we prepare to god Neivedyam {Prasadam} to Lord Shiva.) ("Prasadam" means the scared food offered to god)
Maha Shivaratri is a Hindu festival, which is celebrated in the honor of Lord Shiva.

Ingredients :-
- Oats 1 cup
- Milk 2 cup
- Bread pieces 5
- Ghee 8 tbsp
- Almond 6
- Cashew nuts 6
- Raisins 8
- Cardamom powder 1tsp
Preparation :-
- First take wok, add oats and fry it for good smell. Then move it to mixer jar and grind it fine powder.
- Next take wok add 4 spoons ghee, then fry almond pieces, cashew nut pieces, raisins lite brown color came then turn to a bowl.
- Next in same wok add ghee, then add grind oats powder and mix it well.
- Then add bread pieces, sugar and mix it well.
- Next add milk and mix it well and then boil it for thick paste.
- And then halwa is release ghee out side then add fried dry fruits, cardamom powder and mix it well.
