         Basically Am from Nellore, Nellore is very famous for its authentic Chepala Pulsu recipe (Fish curry).  In AP, most of the cities and towns will definetly be having a Nellore Mess which serves this curry. This is prepared without any masala (ginger,garlic,garam masala).
        My mom an expert prepare this recipe very tasty and delicious fish curry.  So i saw so many time my mom preparing the curry mmmhhhhhh!!!!! The aroma is so good mouth watering to me..... And then my add raw mango pieces for extra flavour to fish curry.

So here is the recipe for all those who love nellore style fish !! :) So try this enjoy the yummy and hot spicy curry recipe... I use fish in this recipe "Bocha gnadu" (Rohu fish). So enjoy this Nellore Special curry.......  
Nellore Fish Curry With Mango Recipe How to cook
Ingredients :-
  • Fresh Fish (Rohu (Carpo fish)) 1 kg 
  • Onion 1 big size
  • Tomatoes 2 
  • Green chillies 5
  • Raw mango 1
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tdsp
  • Red chilli powder 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Tamarind thick juice 1 1/2 cup ( Take 150 grm and soak it then make it thick paste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 10 to 12 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 
  • Coriander leaves

Preparation :-
  1. First take fish pieces, add some sea salt and mix it well and then wash it and then put it a side. (Like this type wash it came's good smell)
  2. Next take a cooking vessel to heat, then add oil to heat it, when the oil is heat then add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and fry it for.
  3. And than add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, cut green chillies, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder  and fry it for 5 minutes.
  4. Next add tamarind thick juice and mix it well, and put the lid and boil it for one boil the mixture.

  5. Its boiled then add fish pieces, and boil it.....(Don't mix with any spoon r tools... Mix it the vessel to u r hands with care fully. Y means the fish is so delicate that's y. )
  6. And then add raw mango medium pieces and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes in medium flame, when the curry is came thick then add chopped coriander leaves add and then turn off the gas and put it for 15 minutes...
  7. After 15 minutes the tasty and delicious Nellore fish curry is ready to taste........

U can serve this recipe after 30 minutes...  Serve it with  rice........ And enjoy the new taste....... Hot and Spicy Fish Curry...........
