Hi friends good morning to all... I am so sorry for it... My marriage date is conformed so I am little bit busy that's y my post are be lated.... :).... Today recipe is Vegetable bagara rice is very easy to prepare and very taste recipe. Healthy our pot dish which can be serves as a complete meal by itself. Veggies make it look vibrant and taste just awesome. Serve it with any curry or raitha. So relish this dish enjoy its taste. This seves as a best way to get rid of all the left over veggies sitting in your refrigerator.. :-)
Ingredients :-
- Rice 3 cups
- Potatoes 2 (medium size)
- Capsicums 2
- Carrots 2
- Cauliflower pieces 1 cup
- Green peas 1/2 cup
- Green Bean pieces 1/2 cup
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Green chilies 8
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Aji-no-moto 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1
- Cardamom 4
- Cloves 5
- Shahjeera 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil and Ghee 10 tbsp (Both)
Preparation :-
- First take a cooking vessel add oil and ghee heat, then add cloves,cinnamon, cardamom, shahjeera fry for.
- Next add chopped onions, chopped green chilies fry it for lite golden color.
- And then add chopped capsicum, and fry it for. (Fry the capsicum pieces for good smell.)
- Next add boiled vegetables chopped carrot, chopped potatoes, chopped cauliflower, peas, chopped green beans and mix it well. Fry it for 5 minutes.
- Next add chopped tomatoes salt to taste and mix it well.
- And then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and mix it.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, aji-no- motot and mix it well. and fry it for 5 minutes.
- Next add soaked rice, add water and mix it well.(3 cups rice, u use only 5 cups of water.) And close with lid and and boil it for.
- When the rice boiled then turn to a serving bowl, and add ring onions some coriander and serve it hot.
