Vermicelli Payasam Sweet How To Make

Hi friends, good morning to all.... I am so happy to share this vermicelli payasam.... Y means Got Engaged..... That's y today I will share this sweet to you guys....... I n your south side any happy occasion are any festival first we prepared this recipe...... In your home.. Friends try this recipe and then enjoy........ :)

 Ingredients :-


  • vermicelli 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 litre 
  • Sugar 1 cup 
  • Ghee 5 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 10 to 15
  • Raisins 20 
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Preparation :-

  1. Take a fry pan add 2 spoons ghee and add vermicelli and fry it for lite red color.
  2. Next a bowl add milk, 1/2 glass of water and boil it for 15 minutes. 
  3. First boil came's then add sugar and boil it for5 minutes. Sugar will be melt then add fried vermicelli and cook it for.
  4. When the vermicelli is boiled then add cardamom powder, fried cashew nuts, raisins, ghee and mix it well.
  5. And then put it aside cool it for. When the payasam is cool then sever it serving bowls and serve it.......
