Ingredients :-
- Sweet corn 1 1/2 cup
- Onions 1
- Green chilies 3
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
- Oil for deep fry
Preparation :-
- First take a jar add corn, salt and grind it. Then add some water again grind it fine paste.
- Next turn the paste to a bowl and then add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leafs, rice flour and mix it. (Mix it like masala vada mixture thick mixture.)
- Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat then take corn mixture small balls and press it then drop to oil and fry it both side.
- It came's golden color then move to a paper towel, then serve it with tomato sauces.
Its evening snack. Serve it with tea.....
