- Sugar 2 cups
- Milk 1 cup
Method :-
- First make idly's, and then cut it into small pieces.
- Heat ghee, Then cut the bread pieces, and then fry it in ghee. It cames golden colour move it paper towel.
- Then add idly pieces and fry it till golden colour, place it in a paper towel.
- Then take a bowl add sugar and water, make sugar syrup. When the syrup come's add fried bread, fried idly pieces and mix it for.
- Then add boiled milk and mix it well. Then add fried cashew nuts, raisins and mix it......
- Soak it for 20 to 30 minutes..... After then serve it........ Idly bread gulad jamun's ready to eat...
