Kadhi Pakora Recipe How To Prepare

Kadhi pakora like to eat with snack item are take with chappathi...

Ingredients :-

  • Bengal gram flour 1 cup
  • Curd 2 cups
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking soda 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin seeds (Jerra) 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Garlic pieces 1 tbsp
  • Hing 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander
  • Oil for deep fry And fry for to use
Preparation :-

  1. Take a bowl add bengal gram, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cooking soda, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, chopped onions, cumin seeds, and mix it.
  2. Next add some water and mix like a thick contain's. 
  3. Next take a pan add oil to heat, when oil is heat then take pakora batter take small balls add to oil and fry it golden brown color. Then move it to paper towel.
  4. Take a bowl add curd, 1/2 glass water and mix it, then add turmeric powder, salt and boil it for 5 minutes. 
  5. Take a wok add 3 spoons oil to heat, then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili pieces, garlic pieces, hing fry for. 
  6. And then turn to curd mixture and mix it for. Next add fried pakora balls and mix it and put it for 2 minutes, and then move it to serving bowl and serve it hot...... Its good combination to rice, chappthi, and rotti.....
