        Hi good morning to everyone. Today i will show u one different and juicy chicken spicy chilli chicken curry or chicken fry. Yesterday I went to my sister's home, my sis ask to me today I want very special delicious and juicy recipe I want....... Special y she ask me I want chilli chicken recipe. But totaly different juicy chicken I want my sis ask me... So I think how can I prepare that juicy chicken. It's so dried how can, and then she told me don't use soya, tomato sauces........ Ok then i told to her but not now I will prepare in dinner time. She sad ok. Then I told to my brother go and bring the chicken, my brother take it. Then I wash it the chicken then I put the freezer for 4 hours. Next then take it out the chicken, then I add some ingredients to apply and then again marinate for 1 hour then I started the recipe...... For dinner time, and then my sis arrange moon light dinner to your's family. We family is so enjoyed the new recipe and enjoy it so much.... The juicy and spicy and delicious recipe. how to prepare chilli chicken gravy recipe

Ingredients :-
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Green chillies 10
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato 1  
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder 1,1/2 tdsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts & poppy seeds paste 3 tbsp
  • Lemon 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd 4 tbsp
  • Aji no moto 1/2 tsp
  • Bay leafs 2
  • Shajerra 1 tsp
  • Red food color 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 3 spoons
  • Oil 8 tbsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 
How to Prepare Chilli Chicken Gravy recipe

Method for curry :-
  1. First take the chicken clean it then close with plastic paper and then put it for 4 hours in fridge. 
  2. After 4 hours then take the chicken out, then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curd, corn flour powder, lemon, oil 2 tbsp, food color and mix it well. Again put it for 1/2 hour to marinate the chicken.
  3. Next take a jar add chopped onions and grind it fine paste and then move it to a bowl, then add tomatoes and grind it fine paste, and put a side.
  4. Next take fry wok add oil, ghee to heat, when the oil is heat then add bay leaf fry it for, then add onion paste, salt (I use salt for curry so see then use it.) to fry it for oil will came out, fry it in medium flame.
  5. Next add cashew nut and poppy seeds paste and fry it for good smell, oil will came out then add tomato paste and fry it for.. 
  6. Then add chopped green chillies and fry it for 5 minutes then add marinated chicken and mix it well. 
  7. Boil it for 5 minutes water will came out then add 1/2 glass of water and mix it well... And boil it for....
  8. After boil the chicken then add coriander powder, garam masala powder and mix it well... Boil it for lite thick then add some fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot.... Now the dish is ready to serve....... Hot and spicy green chilli chicken is ready......
