But today I will share to my signature snack item...... "Cauliflower" what we prepared this we all are prepared curry's, masala curry's, fries, gobi manchurian, etc..., etc...,  But today different and taste sauce cauliflower with fruit jam....... Really friends the taste mmmmmmmmhhhhhhhhhh simple wow wow wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its really so tasty and delicious, and also its sauce is perfect to cauliflower... First I marinate cauliflower in corn flour powder and pepper powder......... It will be so different and taste also came....... First time I ate this wow what I told my mouth watering guys..... You must try this in your home and tell to me wow its really so tasty Neha :-) ha ha ha........Seriously guys wonder full dish I will share this item step by step pics also I will share here so friends try this in your home, it will be like chinese and my style item... Am in use this recipe fruit jam... funny na ya friends am use in this sauce fruit jam...  it will be so different na ya its my secret friends ha ha ha...... We use jam in bread items today am use in my taste sauce..... Ok  lets view my recipe details step by step to you guysssssssssss....................

Cauliflower With Jam Sauce How to cook


Ingredients :-

  • Cauliflower big pieces 1 cup
  • Corn flour 5 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Jam 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic pieces 1 tbsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take cauliflower pieces add to hot water and then soak for 15 minutes, then move it to a bowl.... 
  2. Now take a bowl add corn flour, salt, pepper powder and mix it well for...... Then add cauliflower pieces and then mix it well, then move it to fridge for 2 hours for marinate....

  3. After 2 hours, take the marinate cauliflower bowl mix it again, now take a wok add oil to heat... 
  4. When oil is heated then add cauliflower pieces into oil, fry it for golden brown color.. When it came that color then move it to a side......
  5. Now take a bowl add jam, soya sauce, vinegar and then mix it like a sauce......

  6. Marinated corn flour add some water and then mix it well....
  7. And then take a wok add olive oil to heat, and then add garlic pieces to fry....

I use for stuff only powders and chat masala powder, and lemon for little sour.. So interesting recipe, so easy to prepare this "Cocktail Samosa"... First time I eat this item in exhibition, so I search this recipe in some sites, some many varieties... But I eat this recipe so sour and chat masala only... One day I tried this recipe in my home first time so so, next time I tried it wow its really yummy.... My amma prepared onion samosa, onion potato samosa I love it so mush... Now we tried this recipe so friends try this...  Here is the easy and quick recipe.   Of course they taste out of this word when served hot.

Ingredients :-


  • Maida flour 2 cups
  • Ajowan seeds (vamu) 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut Powder 3 tbsp
  • Hing powder pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Amchur (dry mango)powder 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 10
  • Raisins 10
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add maida flour, salt, ghee, ajowan seeds and mix it well. Then add water and then mix it like a dough and put it a side for rest of 30 minutes.
  2. Now take a pan add coriander seeds, sesame seeds to fry for 2 minutes in low flame, then add dry coconut powder again fry for good smell. 
  3. Then add hing powder also again mix it well, and fry it for 1 minute in low flame then move it to a side and then cool it for.
  4. When the seeds are cool then move it to a jar and then grind it fine powder and then move it to a bowl. Then add salt, red chili powder, lemon juice 1 tsp, amchur, cashew nuts crush, raisins, chat masala powder and then mix it all spices well.
  5. After 30 minutes take dough and then make it small chapatis, then cut it in middle take the chapati half make it cone shape and close sides...
  6. Then take mixed spices in to cone and then close it with the help of water. And then put it a side. 
  7. Now take wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then add stuffed samosa into oil then fry it in medium flame. Fry it for golden color, when it came golden color then move it to a paper towel and then serve it hot.....
My cooking style is greatly influenced by my mother, a true inspiration!  Of course they taste out of this word when served hot. Serve with sweet chutney or green chutney it good to eat this snack..            Hi friends good morning to all..... Today I came one different and easy morning break fast recipe... "Ginger Oats Roti" its very easy to prepare and taste is yummy..... Cooking with oats can be quite challenging when trying to incorporate it into Indian style recipes. But there are a few Indian oats recipes that are just a breeze to make like today’s "Ginger Oats Roti". All you need to do is add some powdered oats to the regular atta aka wheat flour. I have made a version of oats roti before, and I really liked it, both the for the taste and for the health benefits
I wanted to make something healthy from oats which is not only healthy but yummy too. Finally I thought of making roti with oats + ginger paste and wheat flour.
       Oats have great healthy benefits start your morning with oats. Eating oats regulates cholesterol, pressure, good for your heart, good in losing weight also great for digestion. So don’t wait get a pack of oats make chiwda, poha, upma, rotis Or just cook them and eat. They are great to have in any form as they are full of fiber. I have seen people not eating oats because of its bland flavor. In such cases try giving some spice and flavor to oats dish. I also have developed a habit to eat oats as never had eaten them in my childhood. But have started loving them. Looking forward to make more yummy dishes with oats. This dish is easy to make, simple to cook yet flavorful and healthy. Oats Roti would be an ideal choice for kid tiffin box, lunch box Or quick snack Or brunch. This roti tastes like normal roti so club them with regular vegetable Or gravy. Your family won’t even come to know the difference. You get variety of oats like steel cut oats, instant oats etc. Nowadays you get other variety like masala oats, flavored oats.   • Oats Powder 1 cup
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tbsp

  1. First take a bowl add wheat flour, oats powder, salt, ginger paste, cumin powder, oil and then mix it well...
  2. Now add water, then mix it like a chapati dough mixture... And then put for rest for 20 to 30 minutes...
  3. After 30 minutes, take the chapati dough mix it then make it small balls... Then roll it like chapati...
  4. Take a pan to heat it, when the pan is heated then add chapati to it then fry it both side,s... Chapati is fried both side then apply butter and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it hot.......
You can serve this roti with aloo curry, paneer curry, raita, and also to eat with sweet chutney also good combination... Also to with tomato pickles its so tasty.........         Hi friends, I am back to work... After marriage now am free to start my work again here... I am really so happy to share my recipe again here to all  my friends and my blogger friends... After marriage this is my first post here... am so happy to share... Actually my husband likes tradition recipes only... now he will eat my special recipes also... :) Today I will share one different snack item "Soya bread rolls" its very easy to prepare... Its a healthy and tasty recipe.. Stuffed Bread are our favorite snack cum breakfast. I tried so many stuffing with bread. Healthy­ Proteinicious theme first ingredients came to my mind was "Soya".. It is very healthy and good to eat this.. Children will love it so much... Not only in snack time you can prepare this recipe in morning break fast recipe also... As we all know that soya are rich in proteins when compared to milk, meats, egg n other things. So I tried sauted soya granules stuffing in rolls of bread n Dosa. Bread rolls, I tried Bread roll for easy and crispy to eat.. if you like to dosa also... I use for stuffing soya granules, carrot, boiled potato... Its great to fit the rolls and taste also...  For sealing i used maida water instead of plain water... Ok lets move on to the soya bread n dosa roll recipe... 

Ingredients :-

  • Bread pieces 8
  • Soya granules 1 small cup
  • Grated Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Boiled Potato 1
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

  1. First take a jar add soya and then grind it like a crush pieces.. Then take a bowl add water then boil it for... When water is boiled then add soya crush and then boil it for 5 minutes.. Then move it to a side.. Then press it for remove water....
  2. Now take a bowl add boiled potato and then mash it for... then add grated carrot, garam masala powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic, green chili paste and then mix it well for...
  3. And then shape it as you like oval or round as you like... Then start next process to make bread roll...
  4. Next take a bread cut it side and then dip in to water press it.... Now take a stuffed mixer and then put it in center and then close it... same to prepare all the bread pieces...
  5. Then take a bowl add maida flour, add water and then mix it like a lite paste... Now take stuffed bread roll dip in to maida water and then move it to a side...
  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated then drop the bread rolls to fry, fry it in medium flame only... When it came golden color then move it to a paper towel... Then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce...

  2. When the mixture is totally mixed then add lemon juice, and mixed it well.. Then take a bowl add water.. And now take papads dip into water and then move it to a side for 2 minutes.
  3. After 2 minutes, take papads put the potato mixer in it center.. and roll it then close it side's with the help of water.. Close all side's.....
  4. Now take a wok add oil to heat it, when oil is heated then add papad's and fry it golden color.. When it came golden color then move it to a serving plate and serve it....

Dahi Fruit Chaat How to Prepare

    Fruits are essential part of fasting, in most of the fast fruits are allowed.  Eating fruits just plain can be boring some times so here comes a simple fruit salad in yogurt dressing.  The recipe is very quick, easy and taste good, actually it’s so easy lot of you may wonderful why I am posting this.  This fruit salad is good not only for vrat/fasting days but also for party or get-together, you will be amaze how this simple salad will be liked by all.  This is a bright, colorful and refreshing fruit chaat that can also be used as a fruit salad. We rarely make any fruit salad as we always believe in eating the fruits in it's most natural form especially the smaller fruits like apricots, peaches and plums so abundantly available in this season . Even apples and mangoes are preferred as standalone snacks n so are bananas , but still there are some fruits which need to be cut into pieces...... papaya and melons and the tough nut pineapples......papaya are just chopped and devoured as it is but whenever i buy pineapples it is for a salad ...... More than the fruits I love that dressing and sometimes make that at home whenever I have apples, pineapple, or a few of them ...........
     Here i have used pineapples ( they impart a very tangy sweet twist to this salad n so i consider them essential for this) , banana, grapes, straw berry, papaya and a long neglected near comatose apple whose skin was so shriveled I had to peel it ( BAD ) ...any fruits can be used for this chat and I missed having guavas this time....... First time I taste this item in my friend's home she a North Indian, her mother will prepare this different snacks, recipe will prepare... I like it so much then, I asked to aunty how to prepare this chat item so aunty will told to me this tasty recipe.. So I tried this recipe in my home so taste, but I use some ingredients extra.... So friends lets see the process to prepare it "Dhai Fruit Chat" item...

Ingredients :-

  • Yogurt  1 1/2 cup
  • Apple 1
  • Banana 1
  • Papaya pieces 1/2 cup
  • Green grapes 1/2 cup
  • Straw berry pieces 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala powder 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder for sprinkle
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Salt 3 pinches
  • Black salt 1/6 tsp
  • Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
Preparation :-

  1. First take a bowl add yogurt, cumin seeds powder, salt, black salt, chat masala powder, red chili powder and then mix it well.
  2. Next add chopped apple pieces, chopped banana pieces, chopped papaya pieces, green grape pieces, straw berry pieces and again mix it.
  3. The mixture is totally mixed, then move it to a serving bowl and then sprinkle cumin seeds powder, chat masala powder, red chili powder and honey...

How to Prepare Egg Cheese Rolls with Bread

     Hi, every one... Today one different snack item "Egg cheese rolls". Its very tasty and process also so different. One day I went to my friend's home, that day my friend mother make this juicy tasty and recipe prepare mmmhhhhh!!!!! Wow amazing taste, then I ask recipe how prepare this aunt y... Then she will told the recipe, then I went to home and then I prepare the tasty and juicy recipe another day.. Wow the item is mmhh.. So good.. I change some ingredients also. Aunt y prepared this item with paneer, but I prepared with cheese and egg. To make them, cut off the crusts of sliced (loaf) bread. Flatten the crustless bread with a rolling pin. And then arrange some cheese egg mixture of each bread and top with a generous, and then roll up the bread, and then dip in beaten egg and then roll in to bread powder and then fry in plenty of hot oil. And then shift to paper towel and then serve it tasty recipe with tomato sauce... And enjoy it, kids like it so much to them... Its totally different snack item... So try this juicy recipe in your home and enjoy the taste......

  • Cheese slices 8

  • Onion 2

Preparation :-
  1. First take a bowl beat 2 eggs, and then mix it for 2 minutes for.
  2. And then add finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, salt to taste, chopped coriander, chat masala powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well for.
  3. Next take a bread slices cut edges and then flatten the bread with the help of rolling pin for flat the bread slice.
  4. All are completed and then start next process, and now take the flat bread and then sprinkle  the water for rolling the bread.
  5. Next take a cheese slice, put it in bread and then apply egg mixture it to the bread.
  6. And slowly roll the bread, and close it both side, and then put it aside.
  7. Next take bowl beat eggs and then add some salt and then beat it for. And then take the bread rolls and then dip the egg mixture and then roll it to bread powder.
  8. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then add to hot oil bread rolls to fry... Fry it in medium flame.
  9. It came's golden color and then move it to a paper towel and then move it to a serving plate and then serve it with tomato sauce.. 
And now the "Egg cheese rolls" are ready to serve... Yummy tasty and juicy snack item is ready, serve this snack in evening tea time... 

Caramel Sauce With Apple Bread Rolls How to Cook

Ingredients :-
  • Apple pieces 1/2 cup
  • Bread pieces (big size) 6
  • Cashew nuts crashed 3 spoons
  • Almond Crashed 3 spoons
  • Caramel sauce 5 spoons
  • Oil for deep fry
Preparation :-
  1. First take bread slices and cut it sides.
  2. Next take a bowl add some water, and then dip the bread pieces and press it move extra water.
  3. Next add 2 spoons of apple pieces and roll it and close.
  4. Next heat the oil, when oil is heat then drop the bread rolls and fry it for lite golden color.
  5. It came's golden color then move it to paper towel, and then set it in serving plate and and add caramel sauce, cashew nut crash, almond crash and serve it..

Bengal Gram Kabab Recipe Snack Item

Ingredients :-

  • Bengal gram 150 grams
  • Potatoes 100 grams
  • Ginger garlic pieces 3 spoons
  • Cumin seeds (Vammu) 1 spoon
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Cheese 50 grams
  • Garam masala powder 1 spoon
  • Green chillies 5
  • Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  • Cardomom powder 1/2 spoon
  • Nutmeg powder 1/2 spoon  
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep fry

Snack Item Tomato Bajji Stuffed Mixer Recipe

      TOMATO BAJJI, For tomato bajji the recipe is the same as we do it for normal bajji.But instead of Banana or potato slices I used the whole tomato. I saw this recipe in a book, I liked so much then I prepared this recipe in my home. One's the batter will be so thick to catch the tomato. Its like a chat item so spicy and juicy. And moreover the batter we use for this tomato bajji should be thicker than we use for Banana bajji. A  half tsp of chilli powder can be added to the batter. Besan powder 1 cup, Rice flour 1/2 cup, salt, red chilli powder 1 tsp, cooking soda a pinch. Tomatoes should be firm and well washed Mix all these materials in a bowl and add water in low quantities.The bajji batter should be thick just like idli batter.If reqd add 1 tbsp more,water. Now place oil in a wok for deep frying,after the oil... So lets watch the recipe and then try this and enjoy it.........

Ingredients :-
  • Tomatoes 4 Medium size
  • Besan flour (Gram flour)1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Cooking soda little bit
  • Onions finely chopped 1
  • Green chilli chopped 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 spoon
  • Peanut crush 2 spoons
  • Lemon 1 spoon
  • Coriander leafs chopped
  • Puffed rice 1 cup
Snack Item Tomato Bajji Stuffed Mixer Recipe how to prepare
Method :-
  1. First take a bowl add besan, cooking soda, salt, rice flour, red chilli powder and mix it well.
  2. And then add water to mix the batter, the batter will be so thick paste.
  3. Next take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heated and then start then process to prepare bajji. 
  4. Next take tomatoes and then dip into batter and then drop it in oil to fry the tomatoes.
  5. Boil it in  medium flame only for the tomato is boiled. When golden colour came move to paper towel. 
  6. Next cut the tomato half, then remove the seeds to jar and then add some salt, red chili powder and then grind it paste.
  7. Then take a bowl add salt to taste, onions, green chillies, peanut crush, garam masala powder, lemon juice, puffed rice, chopped coriander leaves, grind tomato paste and mix it well for.
  8. Next take the fried tomato cups stuffed the tomato mixer to the tomato packets. And then add some corinder leaves. And then serve Tomato bajji stuffed mixer is ready to eat........
Its evening snack item... U can serve it with tea it so delicious and different bajji and also its chat item ..... In this season it really taste food. 

How to Prepare Paneer Tikka Recipe Evening Snack

     Paneer is a tasteless item yet, the most coveted ingredient of North-India and South. This is a classic tandoor tikkas dish which is almost everyone's favorite. I love it too and always used to think that you cannot make it without an oven or a tandoor. But here is my attempt at making it with oven and with out oven and it turned out yummmmy. Hope you will enjoy as much as I did. Tikkas are authentic punjabi snacks that are prepared in the tandoor. A tikka is basically any vegetable, paneer or meat marinated in a highly flavourful seasoning and grilled to perfection. Here large chunks of paneer have been marinated in tangy marinade made of curd, chat masala, ginger and garlic paste and then cooked in the microwave and gas stove. Paneer tikka can be serve with green chutny or sauce u can serve it hot....


Ingredients :-

  • Panner 500 grams
  • Curd 200 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemon 1  
  • Onions 1 
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Little bit red colour 
  • Oil or Butter 
  • Coriander, curry leafs
Paneer Tikka Recipe  evening snack how to make
Method Oven process :-

  1. First take a fresh paneer cut it like a cubes, and then put it a side.
  2. Next take a bowl  add curd, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala powder, pepper powder, tandoori powder, salt, little bit of red colour and mix it well. 
  3. And then add paneer cubes and mix it well, the masala will complete catch the paneer cubes for. And then put it a side for marinate it for 30 minutes, after then start next process.
  4. After 30 minutes, now  preheat oven for 350 degrees  for 10 minutes.
  5. And then take oven try, then apply some oil to grease the try, and now add paneer cubes to the try and then move it to oven cook it for 10 minutes. 
  6. After 10 minutes check it, when it is fried  then take it out the try, apply  oil or butter to paneer cubes rotate it again move it to oven and baked it for 10 minutes. When  the panner cubes are totally baked  then move  it out.
  7. And then turn to a serving plate add onion rings, fried curry leaves, coriander leaves, lemon pieces to serve........
Fry pan method :- 

  1. Same process to paneer batter. 
  2. Next take a pan  add oil / butter 5 to 7 spoons. When oil is heat then add marinate paneer pieces to fry, fry it in medium flame.
  3. Turn the paneer pieces all side baked, panner is all sides baked then move it to a plate and then serve it.  U can serve it with green chunty or sweet chutny or tomato sauce..

How to Prepare Mirchi Bajji Andhra Style


        Hi friends, rainy season hot hot snacks recipe Mirchi bajji...  Today's recipe one snack item.. Actually this is street food recipe, famous in Andhra... I love it to this recipe... In my college day am really enjoyed street food "Mirapakaya Bajji". When I went to my home after college we definitely eat this bajji wit my friends we all are enjoyed to eat this spicy bajji... In your Nellore city its very famous street food.. We loved very mcuh....Its so spicy and delicious recipe... Specially we eat in rainy days and off course we eat regularly :-)... And also sip hot cup of tea with combination of snack... In south street bajji don't have stuffed inside the chilli.. But in home we tried this recipe we can stuffed potato, some masala's as we like.... In this easy recipe, the long green chillies are stuffed , coated with besan flour mixture and deep fried in hot oil until crisp. The batter consistency is very important for preparing nice , crispy Bajji’s.. Mirchi bajji also called as mirapakaya bajji in telugu, milagai bajji in tamil or chilli bajji is a popular street food of South India. So lets see this hot and spicy green chili bajji preparation easy to cook... And then enjoy this spicy snack in evening tea time......

Ingredients :-
  • Green chillis 10 
  • Ajowan  (Vamu in telugu)4 tsp
  • Besan flour  250 grams
  • Cooking Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Chat masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Coriander leaves

Method :-
  1. First take green chilies and then clean it well, next cut it straight for stuffing mixture to the chilli.
  2. Next  take a jar add ajowan, salt for it only and then grind it  fine rough power.
  3. And then take the chilies, remove seeds  and then put the ajowan powder in to that and close it.
  4. Next take a bowl, and then add besan flour, salt, cooking soda and mix it well. 
  5. And now add  water  for mixing the batter like a thick paste and then put a side.

  6. Now take a wok add oil to heat, when oil is heat and then take chili dip into bean flour and then move it to oil to fry the chili...
  7. Fry it in medium flame to fry the bajji to cook well, and then it came's golden color and then move it to a paper towel...
  8. Next take onion finely chopped it, and then cut the bujji straight and then stuffed onion pieces, chopped coriander leaves, sprinkle chat masala powder. And then turn to a serving plate to set all the bajji and then serve it with tea.....
